Loose Women’s Coleen Nolan swipes ‘I’ve never had that’ in thinly-veiled dig at exes

Loose Women presenter Coleen Nolan has praised her partner Michael Jones while firing thinly-veiled digs at her exes in a new interview, saying she’s “never had it” before

Loose Women star Coleen Nolan has fired a thinly-veiled swipe at her exes in a new interview as she praised new love Michael Jones.

Coleen, who married Eastenders star Shane Ritchie in 1990, and was also married to guitarist Ray Fensome through the mid-2000s, says there’s “no game-playing” with her new man.

The 59-year-old told Bella magazine that Michael brings her “peace, calm and love” and loves her for who she is, rather than what she looks like. She said: “No matter what I look like in front of that man – he sees me on telly being all professionally done up – but he looks me exactly the same when I’ve got my hair in a ponytail at home.

Coleen then claimed she’s “never had that before”, adding: “I’ve always felt I had to prove something. It’s very different from every relationship I’ve had – there’s no game-playing.”

Coleen met Michael on Tinder in 2021 and the pair have been loved-up ever since. The presenter even sparked rumours an engagement was in the offing after revealing she was “obsessed” with looking at diamond rings.

And, speaking previously to Kaye Adams on her podcast, she revealed: “I think Michael would very much like to get married at some point. If it meant a lot to him, maybe I would, but I’d bloody make him sign a great big piece of paper before I did, because I’m not going through that again.

“I’ve looked into it. 100 per cent. It’s sorted from there and it’s a reference point; no-one thinks they’re going to split up.”

Coleen has never been afraid to speak her mind on Loose Women and famously had an on-air argument with guest Kim Woodburn. It led to the so-called “Queen of Clean” storming off-set in tears, but the core team have remained close and Coleen says she’ll never quit the show.

“I’ll stay there until they literally kick me out,” she said, “I’ll be the last one turning the light out on that day.”

And despite the constant pressure to look good on TV, Coleen insists that she’ll never go under the knife to regain her youthful appearance. She continued: “I’ll never have surgery because I’m too much of a coward – and Michael can’t stand it, I think he’d leave me if I got surgery.”

  • Inside King Charles’ cancer battle: Why 75-year-old monarch could only give Prince Harry 30 minutes of his time, why he has not lost his hair and the real reason he has not revealed which type of the disease he is fighting

Inside King Charles’ cancer battle: Why 75-year-old monarch could only give Prince Harry 30 minutes of his time, why he has not lost his hair and the real reason he has not revealed which type of the disease he is fighting

public for revealing he had undergone a prostate procedure – as well as the significant awareness it raised – encouraged the King to reveal his cancer diagnosis in the hope the same would happen.

Charles had his first public outing after his diagnosis was revealed at a cancer hospital on April 30, where he met with fellow patients.

His aides took the opportunity to point out that not all recovery programmes for cancer patients are the same.

It has been widely noted that he has not suffered any hair loss from his treatment, which was said to have been a natural concern for the King.

Thankfully, he has also not experience any debilitating side effects from the treatment, details of which have not been disclosed.

A source told The Sun of his treatment that it is ‘not pioneering in any way as it’s available for any cancer patient.’

‘The treatments are highly evolved and sophisticated in ways previous treatments were not,’ they added.

The treatment did however prevent him from appearing at the Trooping the Colour in June on his horse Noble, who was instead ridden by Princess Anne for the King’s birthday celebration.

Claims at the time that the monarch had been left ‘furious’ by the decision are now believed to have been downplayed by the Palace.

He reportedly ‘accepted the reality of the situation’, understanding that even if it weren’t for the cancer, his prostate procedure would have stopped him riding anyway.

King’s playful response as Maya Jama says she won’t touch him again

Rather than his ill health stopping him from carrying out his public duties, it has been claimed the decision to postpone his public facing role was made as a ‘precautionary measure’ because of the King’s diminished immune response to other diseases.

During his 103 days away from public duties, Covid-style tiers were in place and he was restricted to the amount of people he could be with.

He was planned to have weekly treatment in London and factor in vital periods of rest time at Sandringham, Highgrove and Windsor.

This was reportedly thrown into chaos early on in his treatment when his son, Prince Harry, announced he would fly in from Los Angeles to see his father.

The King delayed his helicopter flight to Sandringham, and Harry was given just 30 minutes of his company at Clarence House, due to plans which were put in place to avoid the King contacting a secondary infection.

As the warmer months approached they felt confident to relax the Covid-style tiers, allowing him to take part in crucial events such as the D-Day commemorations.

One source explained: ‘Rest and recovery has to be taken as seriously a priority as duty, public duty, so we build in rest periods and try to limit the number of hours a day that are public-facing duties.’

The King is also said to have been forced to eat at least a light snack at lunchtimes after  skipping the meal his whole life.

Despite things getting almost back to normal – particularly on the surface, most notably with the King’s Speech last month – the Queen and the King’s closest aides are likely still urging him to take it easy as he continues on his road to recovery.

Royal mothers… three decades apart: Princess Diana and Kate Middleton show their maternal love in strikingly similar videos

As a universally famous princess who is mother to the future King, Kate Middleton has more than a little bit in common with the late Princess Diana.

Kate, the first Princess of Wales since the tragic death of Diana in 1997, has strived to emulate her late mother-in-law’s passionate work for charitable causes.

And another shared trait is their love for their children and other youngsters, as videos filmed decades apart reveal.

In a clip from 1984, Princess Diana can be seen holding her youngest son Prince Harry during his christening party at Windsor Castle.

As she holds Harry, Diana is seen trying to beckon over her three-year-old niece Zara Phillips.

She shouts, ‘Zara!’, and asks someone nearby, ‘can you get Zara?’, before saying her name again as she beckons her over with her hand.

Princess Anne’s daughter then goes over to admire Harry, who was only three months old at the time.

She appears to hold Harry’s hand and chat to Diana, who was wearing a deep blue dress and matching hat for the special day.

Zara’s brother Peter, who was seven, also stands by the Princess’s side and peers at his cousin.

The video was released as part of the documentary, Elizabeth at 90: A Family Tribute, produced by the BBC to celebrate the Queen’s 90th birthday in 2016.

When Prince William and Harry watched the footage together, Harry turned to his older brother and said: ‘Mummy looks great in blue. I’m still not convinced about the dress I’m in!’

Harry’s christening made the front page of the Daily Mail at the time. It was noted that Anne and her first husband, Captain Mark Phillips, were oddly absent.

Three decades later, Prince William and Kate brought their children George and Charlotte – only three years old and 16 months old at the time – on an eight-day royal tour of Canada.

At at a party for military families, Kate was filmed petting a dog.

Kate keeps her promise: Princess’s warm hug with cancer-stricken teenager proves she’s still ‘side by side’ with other patients after vowing ‘I remain with you’ in moving video clip

The Princess of Wales‘ most recent engagement took on a new significance in light of her statement announcing she had completed chemotherapy treatment for cancer in September.

Kate’s return to work earlier this week has underscored her commitment to standing ‘side by side’ with other cancer patients and survivors, including 16-year-old Liz Hatton, an aspiring photographer who is battling terminal cancer.

Liz, who travelled to Windsor Castle on Prince William‘s invitation, was diagnosed with desmoplastic small round cell tumours – an extremely rare and aggressive tumour – in January, according to a Sky News report. Her mother Vicky Roboyna said Liz has between six months and three years to live in June.

On Wednesday, October 2, Kensington Palace released the first photograph of Kate since she confirmed she’s completed chemotherapy, and the picture showed her embracing Liz during a private meeting.

It was an incredibly significant moment that echoed Kates’ words in her moving video released last month: ‘I am with you.’

Dressed in a burgundy suit, beige jumper and gold earrings, Kate greeted Liz with a big smile and warm hug, before hearing about her day and cancer journey.

Liz’s trip to Windsor Castle was organised after she posted a ‘bucket list’ of all the things she wanted to photograph during her lifetime, including a music festival, fashion shoot, and the rehearsal of a musical.

A spokesperson for the royal family said Prince William found out about Liz through the London Air Ambulance Charity of which he is a patron and extended a personal invitation to join him at an investiture.

The teen from Harrogate photographed William handing out honours to Mark Cavendish, Waynes Barnes, and Alistair McCoist.

After the ceremony, she was invited to meet with William and Kate in what became an especially poignant moment.

Liz was accompanied by Vicky, her stepfather Aaron and brother Mateo.

The prince and princess later thanked Liz for ‘sharing your photos and story with us’ in a message posted on X, which was accompanied by photographs from her emotional meeting with Kate.

Liz also marked the occasion with a post online, which read: ‘Such lovely, genuine and kind people. I’m over the moon that my family had this experience.’

Kate, 42, confirmed she would be stepping back from her official duties in March after she was diagnosed with cancer following a planned abdominal surgery in January.

Explaining that she was undergoing ‘preventative chemotherapy’, the mother-of-three asked for ‘time, space and privacy while I complete my treatment’ in an emotional video message.

Much to the relief of royal fans, Kate shared that she was cancer-free in a moving video featuring Prince William and their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.

Kate added that she was ‘looking forward to being back at work’ and undertaking more public engagements in the months to come, before addressing those who ‘are continuing their own cancer journey.’

Delivering a message of hope and solidarity, the princess said, ‘I remain with you, side by side, hand in hand. Out of darkness, can come light, so let that light shine bright.’

As she hugged Liz at Windsor Castle, she ensured commitment to her promise.

Kate’s gentle return to public life

Confirming chemotherapy was behind her, Kate also briefly laid out plans for a gradual and measured comeback to public life after her nine-month health ordeal.

‘Despite all that has gone before, I enter this new phase of recovery with a renewed sense of hope and appreciation of life,’ she said, adding that she will be ‘undertaking a few more’ engagements over the coming months.

Since then, the princess has made a handful of public appearances, including attending a performance of Akram Khan’s Giselle at Sadler’s Wells theatre in London.

Taking to X to share a photo of the performance, Kate wrote: ‘Congratulations and thank you to [English National Ballet] and [Sadler’s Wells’ for the wonderfully powerful, moving and inspiring performance of Akram Khan’s Giselle.

    ‘Creativity at its best!’

It would appear that Kate is prioritising her family, as well as the causes and events closest to her heart, while navigating her recovery.

The Mail recently revealed that she and Prince William enjoyed some time together during a private trip to Balmoral, while their children remained in Berkshire.

Their getaway came less than a week after Kate hosted her first work meeting in over nine months.

On September 17, the royal held a meeting at Windsor Castle with those involved in her ‘Early Years’ project, which focuses on the crucial role the first few years of a person’s life plays in the adults they become.

It was formally logged in the Court Circular, the official record of royal engagements, which read: ‘The Princess of Wales, Joint Patron, The Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales, this afternoon held an Early Years Meeting at Windsor.’

It comes as no surprise that Kate’s first major work engagement pertained to the ‘Early Years’ project, considering its mission is extremely important to the princess.

Her Centre for Early Childhood raises awareness about how formative experiences between the ages of birth to five can significantly shape a person’s life.

While Kate has made brief public appearances since her cancer diagnosis, including attending the men’s Wimbledon finals and the Trooping the Colour, the ‘Early Years’ meeting marked a significant step forward in Kate’s recovery journey.

It was the first meeting noted in the Court Circular since Kate presided over a round table of her Royal Foundation on December 6 last year.

She hosted her annual carol service tow days later and attended the royal family’s Christmas celebrations at Sandringham, before she was secretly admitted to The London Clinic for abdominal surgery on January 16.

At the time, Kensington Palace announced that Kate was likely to spend a couple of weeks in hospital to recover from the planned surgery, adding she was ‘doing well’ in the aftermath of the operation.

She was discharged from The London Clinic on January 29, days before Buckingham Palace announced King Charles had been diagnosed with cancer during an unrelated procedure for an enlarged prostate.

Over one month later, amid heightened speculation over Kate’s well-being, the princess issued a statement about her cancer diagnosis on March 22.

‘It has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them, and to reassure them that I am going to be OK,’ Kate said in a video that was posted on Kensington Palace’s social media channels.

Speculation surrounding their relationship mounted he failed to post a Valentine’s Day tribute to her, it was claimed the couple went their separate ways after an argument, with Mia moving out of the home they shared together.

Has Victoria Beckham played matchmaker in Romeo’s new romance months after split from Mia Regan?

As a mother incredibly close to her children, Victoria Beckham is undoubtedly invested in her son’s love lives and was devastated when Romeo split from his childhood love, Mia Regan.

And as the 22-year-old debuted his romance with the 23-year-old photographer and ‘wild child’, Gray Sorrenti, it may come as no surprise that Posh Spice, 50, links her son to his new flame.

Gray is the daughter of Victoria’s friend and collaborator – the famed fashion photographer Mario Sorrenti – who shot the campaign for Posh’s first collaboration with Reebok in 2019.

Sorrenti is best known for creating Kate Moss’s iconic Calvin Klein ad in the 90s but has also taken pictures of the mother-of-four for her publicity images.

Posh said in 2019: ‘I am behind the camera with Mario all day and then at the end, I am the one who has to be on the other side of the camera. Having to wear both hats can be stressful.’

Five years later, their children were enjoying a romantic stroll in New York this week and they packed on the PDA, locking lips and wrapping their arms around each other.

Romeo and Gray were first spotted together when the Beckham’s second eldest son was in Paris supporting his mum last month and was seen getting a cab together after the Saint Laurent party.

It comes as Romeo announced he was leaving Brentford FC reserves team, and football altogether, to follow in his fashionista mother’s footsteps.

Posh no doubt approves of the relationship as she has followed Gray on Instagram for years who is a rising star in the fashion world, following in her father’s footsteps as a photographer.

A fellow ‘nepo baby’ with Romeo, Gray has shot ad campaigns for the likes of Loewe, Saint Laurent and Calvin Klein as well as a slew of celebrity magazine covers.

Awkwardly, another long-term follower of Gray is Romeo’s ex-girlfriend, Mia Regan, who dated the former footballer for five years before he confirmed their split in February.

Mia, who is a model and social media influencer, has been liking Gray’s pictures on Instagram since 2021 when she was still going out with Romeo.

But the pair split after reportedly having an argument, with Mia moving out of his home in Battersea and both confirming it on their Instagram saying, ‘After five years we friendzoned each other.’

Victoria was said to have been devastated by the split as she was very close to Mia who was a muse for her label.

A source told the Mail on Sunday: ‘Mia and Victoria have always been the two that have been close – in fact, Mia was at her side through the fallout with Nicola and was a constant support.’

Romeo and Mia are still friends, but for Victoria, it isn’t the same, so she is so relieved to have Nicola in her life properly now.

‘Victoria is all about family, and she has longed to have close relationships with her sons’ partners.’

The former Spice Girl famously had a fallout with her eldest son Brooklyn’s wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham during preparations for the couple’s wedding in May 2022.

Speculation was rife at the time, but it appeared that the problems began after it emerged that Victoria didn’t have time to make Nicola’s wedding dress.

Instead, the bride wore Valentino – and later gave an interview insisting that ditching Victoria’s offer was not intended to be a slight against her new mother-in-law.

Nicola said: ‘I was going to and I really wanted to, and then a few months down the line, she realized that her atelier couldn’t do it, so then I had to pick another dress.’

But the women have reconciled and Nicola has since often called her mother-in-law’s designs ‘genius’ and the pair are undoubtedly closer than ever.

A Royal Rebirth! Kate Middleton Soon Prepares to Dazzle in a Tiara for Fairytale Comeback After Conquering Cancer… full details below 😱👇

Catherine, Princess of Wales, is back on duty with royal engagements after conquering cancer in early September.

Buckingham Palace’s recent announcement of a State Visit by the Amir of Qatar has royal fans eager with hope of seeing the future queen in a dazzling dress and tiara in early December.

The Amir and his wife, Sheikha Jawaher, will visit Britain from December 3rd to 4th, which will include a ceremonial carriage procession from Horse Guards Parade and a dazzling State Banquet at the palace on the evening of December 3. Although the Princess of Wales said in September that she hoped to attend a few engagements, it is unknown if she will attend the reception.

The queen-in-waiting completed her first tried and true royal engagement since last December on Thursday, October 10 alongside Prince William.

Kate’s visit involved some familiar body language behaviors, both her own and as a couple with William,” body language analyst Judi James told a publication.
Fans are eagerly awaiting the princess’s reemergence into the spotlight, as her tiara moments have always been a highlight of state events. Her presence, alongside William, is likely to be a moment of both celebration and admiration, as the princess not only returns to royal duties but does so with the same poise and strength that has defined her throughout the years.

In her emotional video in which she announced the end of chemotherapy, HRH said, “As the summer comes to an end, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment. The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family,” she said. “Life as you know it can change in an instant and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown.”

“The cancer journey is complex, scary and unpredictable for everyone, especially those closest to you,” the next Queen consort continued. “With humility, it also brings you face to face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you have never considered before, and with that, a new perspective on everything.”

The “Kate Effect,” a term coined to describe how quickly items she wears sell out, showcases HRH’s influence on the fashion industry. Brands often experience a surge in sales when she is seen wearing their products, sometimes causing items to sell out within hours. This widespread adoration stems from her timeless, elegant, and occasionally bold fashion choices, with each outfit carefully curated to suit the occasion.

Kate’s ability to recycle and restyle outfits further endears her to fans, demonstrating both practicality and sustainability. Whether attending royal banquets in stunning tiaras or charity events in a simple yet chic coat dress, she brings an effortless sense of grace and poise to every appearance, which is set to “hopefully” soon return

In a surprising turn of events, Princess Anne has publicly expressed her strong opposition to King Charles III’s recent decision regarding Prince Harry’s royal titles. During a candid interview, she emphasized her belief that Harry bears the closest resemblance to their late mother, Princess Diana, and asserted that nothing should stand in the way of his potential to ascend the throne in the future.

Princess Anne, known for her straightforward demeanor and commitment to the royal family, has often maintained a more traditional perspective on monarchy. However, her latest comments signal a shift in her stance regarding Harry’s role within the family. “He carries Diana’s spirit and compassion in everything he does,” she stated. “It’s essential to recognize that. No one can deny the connection he has with her legacy, and it’s time we embrace that, rather than resist it.”

Her remarks come at a time when the royal family is navigating complex dynamics following Harry and Meghan Markle’s departure from royal duties. The couple has faced intense scrutiny and criticism since their decision to step back, leading many to question their future within the royal hierarchy. However, Anne’s defense of Harry suggests a growing acknowledgment of his importance and potential impact on the monarchy.

Princess Anne’s comments have sparked considerable debate among royal observers and the public alike. Many applaud her willingness to support Harry, viewing it as a much-needed show of unity within the family. Supporters argue that recognizing Harry’s unique qualities and connection to Diana could help mend relationships that have been strained in recent years.
On the other hand, some critics question whether this approach aligns with the traditional values of the monarchy. They express concerns that by elevating Harry’s status, it could undermine the established order and create further divisions within the royal family.

Regardless of the mixed reactions, Anne’s remarks underscore a significant shift in the royal narrative. They highlight the need for the monarchy to adapt to modern values while honoring its history. As the royal family faces ongoing challenges, the support from Princess Anne for Harry may be a step towards fostering healing and reconciliation.

As discussions continue, many are left wondering how King Charles will respond to his sister’s bold stance. Will this lead to a reevaluation of how the monarchy views Prince Harry and his children? Only time will tell. However, one thing is clear: Princess Anne’s words have ignited a conversation about the future of the royal family, emphasizing the enduring legacy of Princess Diana and the importance of embracing change within tradition.

Prince Harry was included in a tearjerking clause of Princess Diana’s will.

Before her death, Diana had written several final wishes, including what should be gifted to her sons Prince William and Prince Harry in the event of her death.

The original document was signed by Diana on June 1, 1993 and later amended in 1996.

The “People’s Princess” tragically died at 36 alongside boyfriend Dodi Fayed, 42, in a car crash in Paris in 1997.

Frances Ruth Shand Kydd, and sister Lady Elizabeth Sarah Lavinia McCorquodale, were named as co-executors and trustees for the will.

In the will, Diana requested that nearly all her possessions be divided between William and Harry.

Her 17 godchildren received the rest and £50,000 was given to her butler Paul Burrell.

According to reports, Diana wanted the bulk of her estate to be placed in a trust, which she requested William and Harry have access to when they turned 25.

But the court allowed Diana’s mother and sister to change a few of the will’s details.

The age at which the princes received their share was changed from 25 to 30.

The items included Diana’s iconic 1981 wedding dress, which was to be gifted to the pair when Harry marked his 30th birthday.

Meanwhile William received his mother’s engagement ring – which he later used to propose to Princess Kate.

The dress was made up of thousands of pearls, layers of silk and a 25ft train, and was returned to her sons in 2014 after a global tour.

The treasured heirloom was transferred into the princes’ possession, alongside other cherished personal items.

It had previously been looked after by her brother Earl Spencer and had been the centrepiece of an exhibition, which has raised money for the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fund.

The Cincinnati Museum Center in the United States also displayed the dress for six months.

Mr Emanuel said in 2014: “That gown has earned its keep. It has been around the globe many, many times. I think more people abroad have seen it than British people.

“What’s extraordinary is, after so many years, people are still talking about it.”
