Prince Louis was being his usual adorable self once again but mum Princess Kate had to intervene.

Trooping the Colour: Prince Louis watches from balcony

Prince Louis seemed to have quite an exchange with his mother, the Princess of Wales, during Saturday’s Trooping the Colour ceremony, a lip-reading expert has revealed.

Princess Kate made her grand return to the public eye, months after having been diagnosed with cancer, and the occasion was one to remember.

The Wales family appeared united as they showed up in a car before Kate and her three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis were driven by carriage from Buckingham Palace to Horse Guards Parade as Prince Wiliam was on horseback.

They then watched the parade from one of the balconies of a building with Louis’s adorable cheeky antics on full show.

Lous was pictured dancing, scuffing and yawning during the parade but he was also caught taking an interest in a beaded blind cord found next to the window.

And it was during that time that the youngster asked his mum a very pressing six-word question.

Lip reader Nicola Hickling spoke to the Mirror and claimed that Louis asked: “Can I play with the beads?” to which the princess firmly replied: “No. I need you to concentrate on the parade.”

During Louis’s shenanigans, his older sister was also spotted telling him off, according to Ms Hickling.

As Louis danced, Charlotte appeared to tell him: “You have to stop doing that. Watch the parade”, to which he replied: “I won’t”.

Charlotte added: “Do as you’re told” but her brother responded: “Nope.”

The six-year-old could be seen dancing along to the march as his siblings and mother stood still.

This was the first time the Wales children were pictured in public since last December.

KATE MIDDLETON WILL ‘NEVER FORGIVE’ MEGHAN MARKLE FOR PUTTING THE ROYAL FAMILY IN ‘A HORRIBLE SITUATION’

Kate Middleton is done with her American sister-in-law, Meghan Markle. An insider claimed the Princess of Wales struggled to move on from the lengthy list of accusations the Duchess of Sussex made about the royal family.

Kate and Meghan’s feud began before the Duchess of Sussex said “I do.” The royal spouses famously argued over Princess Charlotte‘s bridesmaid dress, and the two ladies never seemed to recover from the incident. However, after Meghan and Prince Harry fled the U.K., their never-ending tell-alls hurt Kate and her husband, Prince William.

“Kate has drawn a hard line in the sand — she’s not changing her mind about them,” the insider told a publication. “They never apologized for their lies. But it’s harder for William because Harry is his brother. It’s a horrible situation all around.”

Kate saw the pair’s 2021 chat with Oprah Winfrey as the “ultimate betrayal.” Despite Kate’s intense feelings, William wants to repair things with his only sibling.

The source claimed William planned on “extending an olive branch to Harry,” but Kate was “incensed” by his desire.

“Kate feels that Harry and especially Meghan have done enough damage to the royal family, and will do even more damage if they’re let back in,” the source added.

Meghan and Harry’s now infamous CBS interview depicted the crown as racist and unwilling to embrace Harry’s biracial spouse, Meghan, and their firstborn child, Prince Archie.

“Separate from that, and what was happening behind closed doors was, you know, we knew I was pregnant. We now know it’s Archie, and it was a boy,” Meghan told Winfrey. “We didn’t know any of that at the time. We can just talk about it as Archie now.”

“And that was when they were saying they didn’t want him to be a prince or a princess — not knowing what the gender would be, which would be different from protocol — and that he wasn’t going to receive security,” she added.

Meghan later alluded to Archie’s ethnic background being used as an excuse for not giving the tot the title of prince and the privileges associated with it.

“But the idea of our son not being safe, and also the idea of the first member of color in this family not being titled in the same way that other grandchildren would be,” the “Archetypes” host shared.

“You know, the other piece of that conversation is, there’s a convention — I forget if it was George V or George VI convention — that when you’re the grandchild of the monarch, so when Harry’s dad becomes king, automatically Archie and our next baby would become prince or princess, or whatever they were going to be,” she noted.

Prince Harry is ought to be missing King Charles on the eve of Father’s Day as distance between them continues to grow deeper.

Speaking to Entertainment Daily, the King’s former butler Grant Harrold revealed royal brothers Harry and Prince William’s annual tradition with their father on the occasion.

They showed their appreciation towards him,” he shared, noting, having Charles as the only parent further underscored importance of the day.

“When you only have one parent, you put more effort into that,” Grant explained. “It was definitely a happy time for them on the day, but it was very much an occasion behind closed doors.”

“They would have a family lunch or dinner. It was definitely a private occasion that they just celebrated together and kept close knit,” the former palace staff added.

Meanwhile, William, on his part, is expected to have honoured his father with a card and a gift at Trooping the Colour yesterday.

“The way William has been brought up with Father’s Day, it’s an important thing for him and something he will want to enjoy with his own family,” Harrold claimed of the heir.

The prince also posted a throwback photo of the father-son duo on Kensington Palace official social media, writing in the caption: “Happy Father’s Day, Pa. W”.

“My long awaited review of Prince Harry’s autobiography is two words. ‘Spare Me,’” the musician, 48, joked via X on Wednesday.

When fellow social media users came to the 39-year-old royal’s defense, Sean doubled — and tripled — down on his negative review.

“I do empathize with him generally. But the way he whines and wangs on about things is really too much,” he wrote on Thursday. “I’m just having a little fun. I think he’s earned some mockery. (I’m sure I have as well).”

When one fan wrote that writing “Spare” took “courage,” Lennon joked that the particular memento about Harry’s frostbitten penis “certainly” did.

The songwriter noted that while he is “aware” of what he and the Duke of Sussex have in common, he considers Harry an “idiot” and a “buffoon.”

He tweeted, “I do [empathize with him]. … [That’s] why I’m very disappointed with his outlook. I was hoping he’d be smarter.”

Sean also clapped back at claims that he “based his whole life on his father’s success,” pointing out that he “did win an Oscar this year” and is doing “OK” for himself.

He shrugged off a troll calling him “the spare Lennon,” replying, “If you say so.”

King Charles decided not to meet his son Prince Harry in London this week because of Harry’s “cruel” remarks about his wife, Queen Camilla, in his memoir, Spare, a friend of Charles and Camilla has told The Daily Beast.

Observers had thought that father and son could have met today, Wednesday, especially as both had events within just a couple of miles of each other—a ceremony to mark the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games for Harry, and the first Buckingham Palace garden party of the year for Charles. But Harry released a statement saying Charles was too busy to see him, with the palace a couple of hours later saying Charles was making Prince William the head of Harry’s old regiment. Harry’s U.K. trip has fast become a snub pile-up.

In Spare, Harry said Camilla “sacrificed me on her personal PR altar,” and described her as “dangerous.”

In remarks to Anderson Cooper on the show 60 Minutes to promote the book, which is estimated to have made Harry some $27 million, Harry said: “With a family built on hierarchy, and with her on the way to being queen consort, there was going to be people or bodies left in the street.”

He also described his stepmother as a “villain” and the “third person in the marriage,” echoing his mother’s controversial interview with Martin Bashir in 1995, when Diana said there were “three of us in the marriage.”

“Harry has made things very difficult for himself by saying such cruel and hurtful things about Camilla,” the friend told The Daily Beast. “Charles loves his sons, but he also loves his wife. The last few months have made it very clear how important she is; she has been the one propping up the whole edifice.

  • How Meghan considers herself the next Princess Di

How Meghan considers herself the next Princess Di

How Meghan considers herself the next Princess Di

The comparison between Meghan Markle and Princess Diana is a tired and reductive narrative that does a disservice to both women. Markle’s entrepreneurial endeavors and public persona should be evaluated on their own merits, not constantly measured against the legacy of her late mother-in-law.

The incessant scrutiny and dissection of Markle’s every move through the lens of Diana’s life is a shallow and lazy form of analysis. It reduces two complex individuals to mere caricatures, stripping them of their unique identities and experiences. This obsession with drawing parallels between the two women is a disservice to their individuality and the nuances of their respective journeys.

Markle’s decision to launch a lifestyle brand should be viewed as a personal and professional choice, not a calculated attempt to emulate or capitalize on Diana’s legacy. To suggest that her timing is a deliberate ploy to align with The Diana Award ceremony is a cynical and unfounded assumption. It undermines Markle’s agency and autonomy, reducing her to a mere pawn in a narrative she did not create.

Furthermore, the constant comparisons perpetuate a harmful and outdated notion that women, particularly those in the public eye, must be pitted against one another. This narrative fuels a toxic cycle of competition and judgment, rather than fostering an environment of mutual respect and support.

Markle’s journey is her own, shaped by her unique experiences, values, and aspirations. To constantly measure her against the legacy of another woman is not only unfair but also perpetuates a narrow and limiting perspective on what it means to be a public figure, a woman, and a member of the royal family.

Instead of fixating on superficial comparisons, it would be more productive to engage with Markle’s work, advocacy, and personal choices on their own terms. Evaluate her brand, her philanthropic efforts, and her public persona through the lens of their own merits and impact, rather than reducing them to mere echoes of a bygone era.

Ultimately, the constant comparisons between Meghan Markle and Princess Diana are a disservice to both women and a reflection of a society that struggles to view women as multidimensional individuals. It is time to move beyond this reductive narrative and embrace the complexities and nuances of their individual journeys.

EXCLUSIVE: William is ‘determined’ for his kids to have different life to him, expert says

The Prince of Wales is ‘determined’ to make sure his own children are given a different life to the one he and Prince Harry had growing up, an expert has claimed

Prince William is determined to give his three children a different life from the one he and Prince Harry had growing up, a body language expert has claimed.

William and his brother Harry have previously opened up about their difficult childhoods, as the pair were first-hand witnesses to their parents’ volatile marriage and subsequent divorce. These marital issues played out in full view of the public, creating a buzz in the media – which meant the boys, then aged fourteen and twelve, were banned from watching TV while at Ludgrove boarding school.

The following year, tragedy struck when their mother, Diana, Princess of Wales suddenly died in a car crash while on a trip to Paris in 1997. It was later revealed that at her funeral, the brothers had only agreed to walk behind her coffin at the 11th hour after being persuaded by their father who wanted to walk.

And as heir to the throne, William had the added pressure of ensuring he was brought up within the confines of traditional Royal protocols. But an expert now claims that the future King’s choice of pose in a new Father’s Day snap suggests he is determined to give his children a very different life than the one he had growing up.

To mark Father’s Day on Sunday, Willaim’s children shared the sweet photo on Kensington’s X account featuring them wrapped around their father as the quartet gazes out to the Norfolk sea with their backs to the camera. Kate, Princess of Wales, took the photo herself, while a sweet caption read: “We love you, Papa. Happy Father’s Day. G, C & L.”

The Father’s Day post comes after William shared his own moving message in tribute to the King as he revealed his affectionate nickname for the monarch. In a social media post, the Prince of Wales said: “Happy Father’s Day, Pa. W” and attached a photo of a young William next to the future king, who had a small football at his feet.

According to body language expert Judi James, William’s pose in the new snap with his children suggests he is determined to forge a different life for the young Royals than the one he had growing up. She told the Mirror: “The contrast between William’s choice of pose to illustrate his own view of fatherhood and the pose he chose to celebrate his own father’s role in his life could hardly be stronger, suggesting that although he appreciates the kind of upbringing he had, he is determined to forge something different for his own children.”

She added that the future King has taken experiences from his past to create a more “modern” family unit. She said: “William continually shows how he uses lessons from his past to forge the kind of family unit he sees as more modern and more ideal. His understanding of duty and loyalty seems strong but he is clearly also determined to create a more casual and playful life for his own children than he or his father were allowed to enjoy.”

Prince William and Prince Harry previously opened up about the devastating impact their parents’ divorce had on them growing up. Speaking on the ITV Documentary Diana, Our Mother: Her Life and Legacy, which aired in July 2017, Harry said: “There was the point where our parents split and… we never saw our mother enough or we never saw our father enough.

He added: “There was a lot of travelling and a lot of fights on the back seat with my brother, which I would win. There was all that to contend with. I don’t pretend we’re the only people to have to deal with that, but it was an interesting way of growing up.”

Opening up on the tragic death of his mother, Diana, Prince William added: “Even now I can feel the hugs that she used to give us. I miss that, I miss that feeling, I miss that part of a family, I miss having that mother to be able to give you those hugs, give you that compassion that I think everybody needs.”

Prince Harry opened up on an incident involving his dad, King Charles, and his brother, Prince William, that left him feeling shocked and ‘alone’

Prince Harry has opened up on the moment that made him feel “terribly alone”.

It came as he admitted it felt as though his father, King Charles, and brother, Prince William, may never have known him at all following his decision to leave England and start a new life in the United States.

The admission came in the Duke of Sussex’s memoir, Spare. In it, Harry described the conversation he had with his older brother regarding Harry’s decision to step back from his royal duties with his wife Meghan Markle.

Harry said he “couldn’t believe what I was hearing” during the tense encounter. “It was one thing to disagree about who was at fault or how things might have been different, but for him to claim total ignorance of the reasons I’d fled the land of my birth— the land for which I’d fought and been ready to die—my Mother Country?,” he wrote. “That fraught phrase. To claim no knowledge of why my wife and I took the drastic step of picking up our child and just running like hell, leaving behind everything—house, friends, furniture? Really?”

The Duke continued to share his bemusement at his brother’s reaction before admitting his shock that his father apparently had the same reaction. “If they didn’t know why Id left, maybe they just didn’t know me. At all,” he added. ‌”And maybe they never really did.”

Harry went on the share that perhaps he too didn’t know either and said this made him feel “colder” and “terribly alone”.

The Duke missed Trooping the Colour this weekend as relationships continue to be strained between himself and the royal family. Despite his no-show at the event on Saturday, which is also known as the King’s Birthday Parade, one expert believes he will be regretting the decision. The last time Harry attended the event was in 2019, the year before he quit his senior royal duties.

Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams told the Sun: “I think when it comes to military matters Harry has always taken an interest.” He also expressed his view on the Sussexes’ split from the Royal Family, saying: “I think that he does unquestionably view the way the break has occurred with the Royal Family. Which, as I say in my opinion, is the fault of the Sussexes. They’ve been hoping for an apology from the Royal Family regarding their treatment during their time as senior royals, which is unlikely to happen. There’s likely a touch of regret there.”

Prince Harry took a swipe at Queen Camilla in his memoir.

The 39-year-old Duke of Sussex appears to have adopted an unconventional nickname for his 76-year-old stepmother, referring to her as the “Other Woman”. Harry has also revealed that the Queen Consort’s relationship with King Charles “confused” and “tormented” his brother, Prince William, throughout their childhood.

In the Duke’s bombshell memoir Spare, Harry mentioned Camilla 60 times and claimed he and his brother begged their father not to marry her. In one heartbreaking passage, he described how he and Prince William “sensed the presence” of a third party in their parents’ infamously tumultuous relationship and claimed that his brother was left feeling “tremendous guilt” when King Charles and Queen Camilla got together.

In Spare, Harry refers to the late Princess Diana’s iconic BBC Panorama interview, in which she said: “There were three of us in this marriage, so it was a bit crowded”. The Duke then goes on to explain that his mother’s “maths was off” because she failed to take into account the toll that the royal love triangle took on her sons.

Harry wrote: “She left Willy and me out of the equation,” before describing how although they did not fully understand what was going on in their parents’ relationship, he and William sensed something was not right. He said: “We didn’t understand what was going on with her and Pa, certainly, but we intuited enough, we sensed the presence of the Other Woman, because we suffered the downstream effects.”

The Duke – who is currently estranged from his older brother and the rest of the Royal Family – added how he thought William was tormented by his “long harboured suspicions” about their father’s relationship with Camilla, adding that he felt “tremendous guilt” when “those suspicions were confirmed”. Although their relationship had been rumoured for a long time beforehand, Charles and Camilla appeared in public together for the first time in 1999, around a year and a half after the tragic death of Princess Diana. At the time, Harry was 14 years old and William was 17.

Harry wrote: “Willy long harboured suspicions about the Other Woman, which confused him, tormented him, and when those suspicions were confirmed he felt tremendous guilt for having done nothing, said nothing, sooner.”

Prince Louis’ cheeky Trooping comments – Kate question and brutal response to Charlotte scolding

No one enjoys a royal event quite like Prince Louis – and the young prince once again stole the show as he joined his family for the annual Trooping the Colour ceremony

Little Prince Louis once again stole the show when he joined this family for the annual Trooping the Colour ceremony. The cheeky six-year-old charmed onlookers with his animated reactions to the event, from showcasing his dance moves to pretending to fall asleep.

Louis is much loved for his excitable expressions; previous Trooping the Colour ceremonies have seen the young royal saluting along with his relatives, chatting to his late great-grandmother the Queen, and covering his ears and mock-screaming during the fly-past.

This year, he was just as entertaining. He attended the event with his older siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. And his mother Princess Kate was also there to keep an eye on her youngest as she made her return to the public eye for the first time since announcing her cancer diagnosis in March.

Prince William was there, too. He rode on horseback alongside his aunt, the Princess Royal, and his uncle, the Duke of Edinburgh, before joining his wife and children on the balcony of Buckingham Palace.

Louis certainly seemed to enjoy the celebrations. As the British Grenadiers marched past, musicians played a bagpipe-led piece and Louis was seen moving quickly in time with the music, while Kate watched him and smiled.

He also entertained fans when he played with the drawstring for the blinds, as well as fiddling with the window at the Duke of Wellington’s former office. Now a lip reader has revealed some of the comments made by the young Prince on the day – including one brutal remark to his sister, Charlotte.

    Question for Kate

As Louis reached for the blind beads, he could be seen turning to his mum and asking: “Can I play with these beads?” In response, Kate told him: “No. I need you to concentrate on the parade.”

    Brutal reply to Charlotte

Princess Charlotte often takes charge when it comes to her two brothers, and the same was true at the Trooping. But Louis was clearly feeling defiant.

Charlotte could be seen telling him: “You have to stop doing that. Watch the parade.” In response, Louis shrugged his shoulders and replied: “I won’t.” “Do as you’re told,” his sister then urged, to which the young Prince simply retorted: “Nope.”

    Concerns about crowds

There were lighter moments between the siblings. At one point, Prince Louis and Princess Charlotte could be seen laughing together, with: Louis saying: “They’re going to get wet!

    Lesson from dad Prince William

Little Louis often likes to have a chat on the Buckingham Palace balcony – and this year he was seen speaking to his dad William as they watched the flypast. “That’s why they are called hawks, they’re trained to fight in the sky,” William told his youngest as they spoke about the Hawk T 1, which the Red Arrows Display team has been using since 1979.

    Review of the flypast

Louis certainly enjoyed watching the flypast, which marks the end of the official celebrations. Once the jets had passed over the royals, mum Kate asked her son, “Did you like that?” to which Louis enthusiastically replied: “That was so much fun.”
