It’s the fab four! Sir Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr are mobbed as they return to London with wives Nancy and Barbara after supporting Stella McCartney’s Paris Fashion Week show

Wings were traded for a Eurostar carriage on Tuesday morning as Sir Paul McCartney, Sir Ringo Starr and their respective wives returned to London after a brief appearance at Paris Fashion Week.

The former Beatles legends had a ticket to ride from the French capital, where they were on hand to support Paul’s designer daughter Stella as she presented her latest autumn-winter womenswear range.
Sir Paul, 81, greeted onlookers with a characteristically cheerful smile as he made his way across a busy Kings Cross St. Pancras station with wife Nancy.
Joining his former bandmate, Ringo, 83, flashed a trademark peace sign while walking alongside wife of 43-years Barbara Bach, a model and actress best known for her starring role in James Bond film The Spy Who Loved Me.
Stella, whose latest collection proved to be one of the highlights from Paris, completed the group as they left the station and climbed into a waiting car.

Back in 1999, a 28-year-old Stella wore a statement vest top to watch her famous father be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame.
And 24 years later, the fashion designer, 52, resurrected the vest – which read ‘About F**king Time’ – at her Paris Fashion Week show at Parc André Citroën on Monday morning.
The fashion show set tongues wagging around the world thanks to the incredibly A-list front row – including dad Sir Paul and his former bandmate Ringo.
As well as her famous father, she was also joined by her siblings Mary, 54, and James, 46, who made sure to be by their sister’s side as she threw things back to the 90s.
Speaking about the vest at the show, Stella said: ‘Well, I mean, we’re in a bit of a state here, aren’t we? I always want the platform of Stella McCartney to have an environmental message…
‘I am here to remind people that this is one of the most harmful industries. But I’m not here to make people depressed and scared…
‘I want to celebrate Mother Earth and all of her creatures and to remind us all to be conscious of that, but at the same time, I want it to be an uplifting experience.’
At the time, Stella paired the look with a 90s-appropriate slip skirt and barely-there make-up while the model on Monday wore chaps with the look.

Sir Paul, a committed vegan,  took the opportunity to pose for photos alongside his daughter after travelling to France to support her.
As well as Stella, Mary and James, the musician is also father to adopted daughter Heather with late wife Linda Eastman.
After Linda’s death from breast cancer in 1998 at age 56, the rocker married Heather Mills in 2002, and they welcomed daughter Beatrice, 20.
He split from Heather in 2006, with the divorce finalised two years later, and began dating socialite Nancy Shevall, with whom he exchanged vows in 2011.
