‘Taught me how to love’: Chance The Rapper finally introduces 15-month-old daughter Kensli on Instagram
Chance The Rapper took to Instagram to introduce his 15-month-old daughter Kensli Bennett.
The 23-year-old hip hop star shared a snap on Saturday of himself reclining on a rug next to cute Kensli wearing a furry costume.
‘This is the girl who reintroduced me to God. She’s the woman who reminded me how to be a man, and taught me how to love,’ he wrote in the caption for his nearly three million followers on Instagram.
‘She is everything I am but much better. I can’t wait for her to one day help the world the way she has helped me,’ he added.
He later posted a photo of himself holding Kensli while flanked by President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama.
‘Look up Kensli, say cheese!,’ he wrote in the caption.
He also posted a couple of adorable videos of Kensli.
The rapper, real name Chancelor Johnathan Bennett, welcomed Kensli on September 21, 2015 in Chicago.
The Chicago native reportedly has been dating Kensli’s mother Kirsten Corley since 2013.
He shared an Instagram photo back in September 2015 of baby Kensli’s little hand gripping a finger.
‘My ladies #wcw,’ he wrote in the caption in reference to Woman Crush Wednesday.
Chance in November led hundreds of people at a Chicago concert from the venue to an early voting site.
He was performing at Petrillo Music Shell in Grant Park at an event sponsored by his nonprofit group Social Works geared toward millennial voters.
Chance himself went inside the polling place and cast his ballot.
