Last One Laughing line-up in full as new comedy series comes to Prime Video

The Prime Video show is packed with comedy cameos, format twists and surprises designed to lure a smile from the players.

New Prime Video series Last One Laughing features a stellar lineup of stars from across British comedy. Comedian Jimmy Carr challenges 10 of Britain’s funniest comics to spend the day together without so much as cracking a smile.

And it’s not just their rivals they need to watch out for — the show is packed with comedy cameos, format twists and surprises designed to lure a smile from the players.
