Though she’s been working in Hollywood for years, Dylan Meyer wasn’t thrown into the spotlight until 2019 when she began dating Twilight actress Kristen Stewart.

Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer have tied the knot. The Twilight star, 35, and the 37-year-old actress and screenwriter said their vows in the garden of their home in Los Angeles on Easter Sunday, surrounded by close friends and family.

In pictures seen from the couple’s special day, Kristen can be seen in a causal matching two piece, while Dylan wore a sheer white blouse and gold skirt and held a white and blue bouquet. Kristen is pictured placing a ring on Dylan’s finger and the loved-up duo making their first kiss as a married couple.

Guests include Pretty Little Liars star Ashley Benson and her husband Brandon Davis According to US outlet TMZ, Kristen and Dylan obtained their marriage license in Los Angeles County on April 15. The pair got engaged in 2021 after two years together.

The couple were in no rush to get hitched and had a “loose” plan for their wedding. Kristen recently told the ‘Not Skinny But Not Fat’ podcast: “We’re both, like, really casual people, and so we did this sweeping, tradition thing where we were like, ‘Marry me! You marry me!’.

“And then we just never planned a wedding because we were like, ‘We kind of did it.’ But we’ll do it. I think we have a very loose plan, which is appropriate to us.”

Meanwhile, Kristen and Dylan have frozen their eggs in a bid to start a family in the future.

Kristen said: “We’ve done really annoying things like freeze our eggs and stuff. So if we want to we can.” The ‘Charlie’s Angels’ star recently admitted she is looking forward to having children one day.

She told Rolling Stone magazine: “I don’t know what my family’s going to look like, but there’s no way that I don’t start acquiring kids. And also, ideally at some point soon I go, ‘I want to have a kid.’ I really want that to happen.”

However, the ‘Spencer’ star admitted she is “scared” of the idea of giving birth because she doesn’t like the idea of feeling out of control.

She said: “I’m not scared of being pregnant. I’m not scared of having a kid. But I’m so scared of childbirth, it’s crazy. I hate that. I mean, I smoke a lot of weed — I obviously self-medicate — but I don’t like hard drugs. And I’ve tried — a lot. I just can’t deal.”

Kristine and Dylan met on a movie set six years ago. Dylan has written and co-starred in multiple films and TV shows. She co-wrote and executive produced the 2016 Netflix movie XOXO, starring Sarah Hyland. She also wrote the short films Loose Ends (2015) and Rock Bottom (2019), As for her acting credits, Meyer has appeared in short films including The Death and Return of Superman (2011), Wrestling Isn’t Wrestling (2015), and Jem Reacts to the New Jem and the Holograms Trailer (2015).

Kristin and Dylan got together with the former split with model Stella Maxwell. They went Instagram official in 2019 and spent lockdown together in the US.

Kristin famously dated her Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson for four years before splitting in 2013. She was then linked to producer Alicia Cargile in 2014 and went on to date date musician St. Vincent.

Kristin came out on Saturday Night Live in 2017. Speaking about her journey with InStyle in 2020 she said: “Even in my previous relationships, which were straight, we did everything we could to not be photographed doing things — things that would become not ours,” she said. “So I think the added pressure of representing a group of people, of representing queerness, wasn’t something I understood then. Only now can I see it.”
