Katie Price has revealed what she looks for in a man, and she isn’t holding back. The former glamour model, 46, who is currently dating Married at First Sight star JJ Slater, 31, revealed she wanted a man “who has been around the block”.

The mother of five has always been open about her love life, and has had a number of high profile relationships before Peter, most notably her marriage with Peter Andre. Since her split from the Mysterious Girl singer, Katie has tied the knot with Alex Reid and Kieran Hayler.

Now, the star is opening up about what she likes in a partner. Speaking on the Disruptors Podcast, Katie said: “I like to know they’ve been around the block. I’d rather a man know what they’re doing. If someone hadn’t had many, I wouldn’t really like that – isn’t that weird!”

Katie then revealed she asks potential partners how many people they’ve slept with, claiming that a man “who’s been there and done it knows what they want. Imagine if it’s like two or three girls, they don’t even know what they’re doing.”

However, not everyone agrees with Katie, as she said her friends call her “gross” as they question why she’d want a man “that’s been everywhere.”

Katie’s comments come after she said her turbulent love life, which has included eight engagements and three divorces, has finally led her to meeting “The One.” On her Katie Price Show podcast, she said that boyfriend JJ Slater not only fits perfectly in her life, but he’s been a hit with the whole family.

“He’s very much part of the furniture,” she said, “I feel that if me and JJ were ever not together, I’d upset the whole family.”

However, JJ had to prove his place in the family, as Katie’s brother-in-law Harry Brooks, who is married to her sister Sophie, greeted JJ’s arrival into the family group chat by saying: “What… another one?”

Further speaking on their relationship, Katie said: “Healthiness [in a relationship] is being able to work, go out with your friends, no questioning. “When I say no questioning you obviously want someone that cares, but I have felt there’s a massive shift and a massive difference in the relationship I’m in now, compared to all the other relationships I’ve been in. And so far, so good.”
