Fans have voiced deep concern over Katie Price’s dramatically slimmer appearance and ongoing cosmetic procedures following new photos of the star partying in Ibiza

Katie Price is once again at the centre of fan concern after unveiling a noticeably thinner frame in her latest Instagram offering. The former glamour model, 47, posed up a storm in a striking mirror selfie where she showed off her assets in a tiny pink bikini.

The mum-of-five is currently living it up in Ibiza and has been teasing fans with an array of snaps from her party-filled getaway with the likes of Wayne Lineker and Conor McGregor. On Tuesday evening, Katie told her fans that she was gearing up for some sunbathing as she snapped a photo of herself in the mirror before heading outside to lay in the sun.

Never one to shy away from showing off some skin, Katie showcased her slim waist in the bikini snap as she tied her black hair up in a messy bun and covered her makeup-free complexion with a pair of oversized sunglasses.

While some of Katie’s fans gushed over her summer look, others couldn’t help but share their concern for the reality TV star. One commented: “Soo soo sad to see Katie like this.. I hope she goes and gets the help she needs.. she isn’t well at all.”

Another echoed: “Katie you don’t look well. I hope everything is okay. Please stop complimenting her.” Another fan disagreed as they said: “Katie’s fine people are so judgmental just chill she’s happy enjoying her summer.”

It comes Katie was seen dancing with UFC star McGregor at the infamous O Beach club in Ibiza. Wearing a barely-there bikini, Katie unveiled her bronzed skin and a strikingly lean figure. She smiled for the cameras alongside McGregor, 36, who posed shirtless in red swim shorts and a white cap, his tattoos on full display.

The pair even shared a photo together, with Conor captioning the snap: “@KatiePrice forever.” While the image made waves online, the attention quickly turned to Katie’s appearance, prompting a wave of concern from fans worried about her health following significant weight loss and continued cosmetic procedures.

“Katie darling, you need to look after yourself. You do not look healthy right now,” one follower wrote, while another commented, “She was so beautiful, it makes me so sad that she feels she has to do all this to upkeep an image.”

A recent Instagram video, where Katie promoted a line of CBD products, only intensified the discussion – some followers overlooked the product entirely and instead focused on her appearance, with cruel remarks comparing her to a “walking corpse.”

Responding to the growing concern, Katie addressed the issue directly on Snapchat: “Yes I’ve lost weight. Yes that’s what I’ve wanted to do, I’ve wanted to lose weight,” she said.

“Because the past three, four years ago when I broke my feet and I was in a wheelchair for 10 months because they said I’d never walk again, and obviously you put weight on being in a wheelchair. And then I did all the IVF stuff, that also puts on weight. So yeah I did put on weight and I hated it, I felt uncomfortable and it wasn’t me.”

Despite having undergone multiple surgeries – including six facelifts – Katie insists she’s not trying to avoid aging. She said: “I’m not afraid of getting old: I like getting old because you become wiser. But with the face and that I just think if there’s something to tweak it’s just easy to do.”

Only days after another procedure, Katie reflected on one of her worst cosmetic surgery experiences—a botched Brazilian butt lift. Speaking on Katherine Ryan’s What’s My Age Again? podcast, she said: “I tried that BBL abroad where they take your own fat and put it in your bum. It was so painful. And it just did not look right on me.”

The ordeal left a lasting impression. “I would never have surgery in England again. Ever, ever,” she added, making clear her preference for international clinics.

Katie, who recently showcased her latest transformation at a Pride event in Portsmouth, revealed the results of more filler injections and a visibly altered physique. Yet even that celebration was clouded by renewed anxiety from fans, many of whom have publicly pleaded for her to slow down.

In a past interview with Louis Theroux, Katie candidly reflected on her lifelong battle with self-image: “I always said I haven’t got body dysmorphia but there’s definitely something, I don’t know what it is… I’ve never looked in the mirror and thought I’m pretty or whatever.”
