Emmerdale’s Michael Parr reveals girlfriend is pregnant with adorable snaps

Emmerdale cast member Michael Parr, who plays Ross Barton on the ITV soap opera, has announced that he’s expecting a baby with his partner Isabelle Du Plessis in a new post

Isabelle wrote in the post: “In our Mum & Dad Era.” Sharing the post on her Instagram Story, she further teased over the news by sharing an emoji of a baby and writing: “Incoming.” She then tagged her partner, Michael, in that post.The main post included photos of Michael and Isabelle posing together whilst showcasing her baby bump on an apparent holiday. It included a photo of them taking a selfie in a bedroom mirror, whilst others showed them on a beach.

Teasing over the news, the couple also shared a message written in the sand. It featured their respective initials before confirming that their family would “soon” be expanding. It read: “M.J.P [and] I.D.P SOON 2 B 3.”

The couple have been met with well wishes over the news on the platform. Several Emmerdale stars were among those who reacted to the announcement in the comments section of the post, uploaded earlier this evening.

Michael’s colleague Michelle Hardwick, who plays Vanessa Woodfield on the soap, said in her response: “Absolutely beautiful.” Amelia Flanagan, who plays April Windsor, shared heart emojis beneath the new post.

Amy Walsh, who plays Tracy Metcalfe, wrote beside a heart emoji, “Cute.” Shebz Miah, who made his debut as Kammy Hadiq just months ago, shared several emojis, including a heart and one depicting an angel.

Lewis Cope, who played Nicky Miligan, wrote in his reaction to the post shared by Isabelle and Michael: “Love it mate.” Whilst Ned Porteous, who plays Joe Tate, teased in his reply to the announcement tonight: “Adopt me.”

It was previously reported that Michael confirmed his relationship with Isabelle on social media last summer. He’s also said to have had a romance with his co-star Isabel Hodgins, who plays Victoria Sugden on Emmerdale.
