A growing divide within the Beckham family has become increasingly apparent, with sources claiming that Brooklyn Beckham’s marriage to Nicola Peltz is at the centre of ongoing tensions between the couple and his parents, David and Victoria Beckham. The reported fallout, described as ‘severe’ has led to an apparent estrangement – which hasn’t gone unnoticed by fans.

While the family has remained largely silent on the matter publicly, recent developments have highlighted the strained relationships, including Brooklyn’s absence from his father’s high-profile 50th birthday celebrations last month. Despite flying to London from Los Angeles, Brooklyn, 26, and Nicola, 30, did not attend any of the events organised to mark the milestone – including a private party at the Beckhams’ Cotswolds home, a family trip to France, and a dinner at Core restaurant in Notting Hill.

The couple also reportedly failed to inform David and Victoria of their presence in the UK during a photoshoot with luxury fashion label Moncler, held less than two miles from the family’s West London residence.

The distance between Brooklyn and his family was further underscored by a recent social media post in which he reaffirmed his commitment to Nicola. “I always choose you baby, you’re the most amazing person in the world, me and you forever baby,” he wrote on Instagram, in what many interpreted as a message of allegiance to his wife.

Shortly afterward, Brooklyn’s younger brother Cruz, 20, appeared to signal support for their parents. In a post of his own, he wrote: “I love my family. I love you guys more than anything, mum and dad you gave us life and cared for us no matter what, I cannot tell you how blessed we are to have you in our lives.”

Meanwhile, in a previous interview conducted before the public became aware of the family rift, Brooklyn shared advice he had given his 13-year-old sister Harper. “I just tell her, find that one thing that you love and just put your head down, don’t listen to anyone,” he said, adding: “Find that one thing that you love and don’t listen to anyone.”

The Beckhams are said to be particularly affected by the impact this divide may have on Harper, who has long shared a close relationship with both Brooklyn and Nicola. Peltz frequently referred to Harper as “my younger sister” in affectionate posts on Instagram, sharing numerous pictures and praising the teen.

As Harper prepares to celebrate her 14th birthday in July, questions remain over whether Brooklyn will attend.

Earlier this week, David and Victoria made a visible effort to present a united front by attending the TIME100 Impact Dinner in New York. The couple reportedly displayed a family photo taken at Victoria’s 50th birthday, which included all four of their children.

Despite such efforts to reconcile, there has been no public sign of a resolution between Brooklyn and his parents.
