She comes from a family of artists. Her father, Johnny Turnbull, and uncle, Alex Turnbull, were part of the post-punk band 23 Skidoo. Johnny also directed a 2011 documentary about his father, narrated by Jude Law.
Her grandfather, William Turnbull, was a renowned post-war sculptor and painter whose work was displayed in top galleries, including London’s Tate. William passed away in 2012 but left a lasting artistic legacy.
