It comes after the mum-of-four confessed to Grazia that these days, she lived in flat shoes and does the school run in her leggings.

Victoria said: “‘I get up, do half my workout, take the kids to school in my workout gear, then go back and finish off my workout before I go to work.

“I work out every day, it’s the time when I get to think, I put on loud music and I dance.

“It’s two hours a day when I turn off the phone and I focus on me and clear my mind at the same time. I use the time to get inspired and get my head ready for the day.”

The fashion designer also recently revealed she had bagged an invite to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding.

But the former Spice Girl shut down claims she will be designing Meghan’s dress.

Appearing on The Late, Late Show with James Corden, she confessed: “Sadly, I’m not, but I’m sure she’ll look incredible.”

Posh added: “England is so excited. It is so great, isn’t it? They look so happy!”

Victoria and David’s attendance shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise, given that they were also invited to Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding back in April 2011.

Victoria’s former bandmate Mel B also appeared to confirm that all of the Spice Girls had been invited to the big day – and even teased a musical performance at the ceremony.

Asked if she knew anybody who was attending during her appearance on US talk show The Real, she remarked: “I’m going – I don’t know if I should have said that.”
