THEY say a boy’s first love is his mum and Victoria Beckham’s influence certainly runs deep when it comes to her sons’ pick of partners.

That’s because the women who catch the eye of Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 22, and Cruz, 19, all seem to share some striking similarities to Victoria.

From their shared passion for fashion and showbiz connections to their elegance and even their looks, it’s clear the Beckham boys gravitate towards women who are in fact ‘dupes’ of Victoria and ones who mirror her qualities.

Psychologist Emma Kenny says their choice in partners speaks volumes about the bond they have with their mum:

“This pattern suggests that Victoria has not only set a high standard but has also provided a blueprint for what a strong, supportive, and independent partner looks like,” she explains. “Her sons feel safe and understood around women who echo their mum’s qualities.

“It highlights a deep respect and genuine affection for the values and attributes she’s instilled in them.”

And Cruz Beckham seems to be floating on cloud nine with his new girlfriend, Jackie Apostel, who is ten years older than him and even has a look of Victoria.

Brooklyn’s wife Nicola Peltz, 29, appears to be following in 50-year-old Victoria’s footsteps with similar fashion choices and a shared love for letting loose on the dance floor.

Even Romeo’s new hot date, Gray Sorrenti, 23, daughter of Mario Sorrenti, one of the most iconic photographers of all time who once shot Victoria in a shoot for sports brand Reebok, mirrors his mum with her love of fashion and photography.

Emma believes it’s natural for men who admire their mums to gravitate towards women who have the same, or very similar, traits.

She adds: “By connecting with women who are like their mother, they are likely to feel reassured that their relationships will be based on the foundations they enjoyed growing up.

“Essentially, the Beckham’s sons’ choices speak to the comfort, guidance, and unwavering support Victoria has given them, which they now seek to replicate in their own relationships.”

Victoria has always been a powerhouse who has somehow managed the roles of celebrity, entrepreneur, and mother with a seemingly effortless poise.

She embodies not only glamour, but resilience and dedication to her family.

“Take Brooklyn, for example. His relationship with Nicola feels like a reflection of what he’s seen in his mother.”

Nicola is an American actress and model, best known for her roles in films like “Transformers: Age of Extinction” and the TV series “Bates Motel” and she married Brooklyn in a lavish ceremony back in April 2022.

Life is a runway

Both Nicola and Victoria have a keen eye for fashion.

Victoria is a renowned fashion designer with her own successful brand, while Nicola is often seen sporting high-end designer outfits and gracing the pages of fashion magazines.

The pair are also no strangers to the limelight, often invited to high-profile events.

Much like Victoria, Nicola exudes a sense of chic elegance and neither of them are caught letting their polished yet trendy looks slip.

And although Victoria has 33 million followers on Instagram, whilst Nicola has 3 million, the pair often share the importance of family time together with their videos and snaps to showcase their strong bond.

Emma says: “Nicola, like Victoria, is not just stunning but is also confident and accomplished in her own right, pursuing her ambitions as an actress and now taking strides in directing.

“The qualities of elegance, assertiveness, and a keen eye for success can all be drawn as parallels between Nicola and Victoria.”

Before his most recent fling with American photographer and model Gray, Romeo was dating Mia Regan up until recently who also has similarities to Victoria.
