Strictly fans were left fuming “I’m even more annoyed” after a leaked spoiler revealed which celebrity left the competition this weekend.
The results show airs on Sunday but is pre-recorded on the Saturday night after the live show, meaning that the name of the axed star is often leaked online. The Mirror knows the name of the celebrity, but won’t be naming them.
Fans took to Twitter this evening to share their opinion, with one commenting: “After this spoiler I’m even more annoyed.” While another commented: “I would like to thank the British public for getting it right.”
It comes after Movie Night saw Love Island star Tasha Ghouri soar to the top of the leaderboard with Aljaz Skorjanec after wowing with their Barbie-themed Rumba to Billie Eilish’s What Was I Made For. Head Judge Shirley Ballas was blown away, admitting that she was better than some people she judged at the recent world championships. The pair scored an incredible 34 out of 40 after scoring two nines from Shirley and Anton Du Beke.
Following closely behind her were three couples in joint second, all scoring 33 – Sarah Hadland and Vito Coppola, Shayne Ward and Nancy Xu and Dr Punam Kirshnan and Gorka Marquez.

At the other end of the table were Toyah Willcox and Neil Jones after they failed to impress for a third week in a row with their Samba to The Little Mermaid’s Poor Unfortunate Souls. However, judge Revel Horwood’s scatching critique was interrupted by Toyah’s other half, Robert Fripp. After telling her that she was “stuck in the mud” and was “flat-footed”, Robert leapt out of his seat to boo the judge.
But Craig was having none of it as he responded: “Sit down young man!” After discovering that he was Toyah’s husband, he quipped: “Oh, that’s your husband. Even more so, sit down!”

Also struggling to impress tonight were Paul Merson and partner Karen Hauer following their Cha Cha to The Magnificent Seven Theme. Despite receiving his best score of the series, he was awarded 19 out of a possible 40 after receiving a 3 from Craig. Also in the danger zone were Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystał with 26 and Montell Douglas and Johannes Radebe with 28.
Nick Knowles had been second favourite to leave the competition this weekend, but was forced to pull out of performing after suffering a nasty injury in rehearsals. As part of the rules, he and partner Luba were given a bye to next week. However, BBC bosses have been left deeply concerned that his injury could be serious enough to see him completely pull out of the show altogether.
