David Beckham was caught “eating the forbidden fruit” as he was seen laughing and joking with Prince Harry in public while scheming with Prince William behind closed doors (video)

The story begins with Tom Bower’s biography House of Beckham. In this book,

Tom Bower revealed that David Beckham was “ignored” by Prince Harry at the 2018 Invictus Games, which, according to the player himself, was “ordered” by Meghan Markle.

The former England player said he felt “confused” by Harry’s behavior at the event held in Sydney (Australia) that year.

“Beckham arrived at the Invictus Games stadium alone,” Mr. Bower wrote.

“Arrived on the scheduled day to meet Prince Harry, he was confused as to why the staff were deliberately keeping him at all costs, and of course, away from Harry.”

When Beckham questioned his longtime friend, he had no idea that “the prince had ordered that under no circumstances was the footballer allowed to come near him.”

“Photographs were taboo. The royal ‘butter’ was brutal. David Beckham was baffled. Why did Harry refuse to see him? The ban, it was later revealed, was imposed by Meghan. She didn’t want any competition in the press from Beckham, and especially from his wife, Victoria.”

Beckham didn’t let the incident fester for long, though. According to the book, during the 2022 World Cup, Beckham “flew 7,600 miles from Qatar to Boston (USA) to join the new Prince and Princess of Wales, William and Kate, and President Biden to celebrate the launch of the British royal Earthshot environmental award.”

“Harry and Meghan were looking to impress the Americans at an event in New York. But of course, the Sussexes were overshadowed by the A-list in Boston. Beckham got his revenge for being ignored in Sydney,” Mr Bower said that same day.

The incident appears to have caused a rift between the two couples. It is even said that this is not the first time Meghan has “ordered” her husband. Previously, she was said to have asked Prince Harry to act on her behalf after accusing Victoria of leaking information about her beauty regime to The Sun.

“The relationship between the two ambitious women only really broke down after The Sun reported that Victoria had given Meghan makeup advice,” Mr Bower explained. “Sensitive to the media’s scrutiny of her unconventional past, Meghan was furious at The Sun’s article.”

According to Bower, Harry was once again “ordered” by his wife, this time to “complain to David Beckham”. The footballer denied that his wife had leaked any information to the press, explaining that the story could have come from a cosmetic specialist, Mr Bower claimed.
