David and Victoria Beckham tried to recapture their newlywed feelings by wearing their wedding attire again, but a series of incidents seemed to foreshadow impending marital turmoil, especially with recent rumors of Beckham’s infidelity (video)

A day after posting photos of themselves wearing their wedding outfits again, the Becks revealed some photos from their 25th wedding anniversary photoshoot.

‘We did it. Can’t believe it’s been 25 years and they still fit,’ the couple’s joint Instagram post read, accompanied by a crying and laughing emoji, a ring and a purple heart.

The once-beautiful couple recreated the outfits and two throne-like chairs from their 1999 wedding.

In the post, they both named their children and expressed that they ‘love them very much’. Mrs. Becks said her husband ‘still makes me laugh’ after all these years.

In the comments section, fans congratulated the Becks on their silver wedding anniversary. Many compared them to the King and Queen.

The word ‘icon’ was mentioned the most by followers as they seemed to be back in the 1990s.

The image was sparkling on the outside, but on Instagram Story, Vic revealed some behind-the-scenes photos of many incidents during the fitting. Mrs. Becks posted a moment when her husband struggled to put on his pants and vest. The former England midfielder laughed and seemed to suck in his stomach to fit his pants. He also had difficulty putting on his vest and it seemed like his shirt was torn.

Vic seemed to have no trouble with the Antonio Berardi dress when she posed perfectly alone in front of the mirror or with her husband. But in the video posted by Becks late on July 4, the fashion designer could not zip up her dress even with the help of her daughter Harper and close friend Ken Paves. When her husband asked where she was, Vic lied that she was in the gym and burst out laughing when he discovered she was having trouble with her dress.

The couple finally fit into their ‘outstanding’ wedding dress from years ago and had some satisfying souvenir photos. Vic also revealed a picture of her youngest son Cruz wearing his father’s purple suit.

On July 4, 1999, the MU midfielder and the Spice Girls singer held a wedding at Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland after more than two years of dating. In addition to the purple tuxedo, the couple also wore an ivory wedding dress.

In later interviews, the Becks couple said that at that time they did not think much about choosing a unique purple wedding dress but just wanted to have a happy and comfortable wedding day.

After the 1999 wedding, the couple had three more children, two boys and one girl. After many ups and downs in their marriage, the Becks couple still held hands and were admired for their image of a happy and successful family.
