If Brooklyn, 21, and US actress Nicola, 25, were to choose St Paul’s — where Prince Charles and Diana Spencer married in 1981 — it would not be until 2022 at the earliest as there is a waiting list.

The couple, who got engaged in July, are also expected to have a Jewish blessing in America to please her billionaire dad.

A source said: “David and Victoria are aware Brooklyn can get married at St Paul’s. They are overseeing their British wedding and want to make sure it has the wow factor for Nicola’s family.

“If they went ahead, the wedding would have real gravitas and set the benchmark for what comes later in America.

“Brooklyn and Nicola are weighing up their options.

“A wedding at St Paul’s has to include at least one Bible reading and contemporary music is banned so they would have to have something traditional.

“Plus St Paul’s is open to the public so they would have a lot of people milling around. Also, there’s a long waiting list so it would be 2022 before they could go ahead, at the earliest.”

Weddings at the cathedral take place in the Chapel of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire in the crypt.

Applications to marry there must be made through the Archbishop of Canterbury, who grants a special licence.

It costs £3,240 for a ceremony with an organist, plus £325 for the licence.

Musicians and recordings of the ceremony start from £1,000 each. The overall basic cost would exceed £5,000.

Charles and Diana walked down the aisle at St Paul’s in front of 3,500 guests.

It was an anomaly as royals usually get married at Westminster Abbey.

In 2006, Jasper Carrott’s daughter Lucy Davis, 47 — who played receptionist Dawn in The Office — wed Welsh actor Owain Yeoman, 42, at the cathedral.

Wheelchair basketballer and TV presenter Ade Adepitan, 47, tied the knot there with Linda Harrison in August, 2018.

And Tom Cruise was shooting a Mission: Impossible movie in the cathedral when Kirsten Hulatt married Nicholas Reader at St Paul’s in February 2018.

Filming was suspended for the ceremony and Tom, 58, posed for snaps with the couple.

The Beckham’s spokeswoman declined to comment on their wedding plans.

After the controversy of his character’s savage m::rder in episode 2, which fans deemed ‘m@d’, it has been confirmed that Sean Bean will make a reappearance in the second season. The news comes after some viewers took issue with his quick departure from the show, writing ‘Perhaps he can only manage 30 minutes of acting per programme. One of the biggest disappointments ever was him being written out of Game of Thrones so early.’ Speculation is already swirling that the new season will feature a flashback episode delving deeper into Ronnie’s past. We have all been blown away by the incredibly positive response to This City is Ours,’ said show creator Stephen Butchard. ‘I can’t thank the audience enough for their time and emotional investment.’ Beginning to contemplate the possibility of a future and a new family with his girlfriend, Diana, (Hannah Onslow, left), Michael reevaluates his life choices Beginning to contemplate the possibility of a future and a new family with his girlfriend, Diana, (Hannah Onslow, left), Michael reevaluates his life choices Featuring scenes such as the Catholic ‘wigwam’ cathedral, where a gangster prays for guidance before betraying his fellow crooks, to the ships on the Mersey, the series is set and shot in Liverpool, with an unwavering affection for the city Featuring scenes such as the Catholic ‘wigwam’ cathedral, where a gangster prays for guidance before betraying his fellow crooks, to the ships on the Mersey, the series is set and shot in Liverpool, with an unwavering affection for the city ‘This City is Ours was one of our team’s first commissions when I joined the BBC,’ added Lindsay Salt, director of BBC Drama. ‘I could not be happier with how Stephen, Saul and the Left Bank team have brought it to the screen so classily.’ The show has garnered a whopping 92% rating from audiences on Rotten Tomatoes, with one fan on X calling last night’s finale ‘Shakespearean level drama’. But Salt suggests that the drama is only just beginning: ‘I’m delightedthat we now get to build on this fantastic first run and show that things are only just getting started for this very special series’.
