'Little d*ckhead' Jake Paul has been sending DMs to Michael Bisping on Twitter

Michael Bisping has savagely called Jake Paul a ‘little d*ckhead’, revealing he’s been sending him direct messages on Twitter.

Paul resumes his boxing career against former UFC superstar Nate Diaz following his defeat to Tommy Fury last February.

He’s landed himself another MMA fighter, having fought the likes of Ben Askren, Tyron Woodley and Anderson Silva.

The 26-year-old had also pursued Bisping, who captured the UFC middleweight title during his legendary career, but failed to lure him to the ring.

But that’s not stopped him from taking shots at Bisping, with the pair exchanging DMs on Twitter.

The Brit called him a ‘little d*ckhead’ as he revealed that he’s been sent DMs.

“I’ll tell you what I think, I think Jake Paul is a little d*ckhead,” he said.

“He’s been sending me DMs on Twitter, again. I don’t know what prompted this one, [last one was] maybe six months ago, maybe less. He just came at me on Twitter, this is direct message, I won’t go into exact details.

“We went back and forth a bit, I was just laughing at him and he was all upset.”

The UFC legend added: “The reality is, I don’t know Jake Paul, I’ve never met the guy. I’m sure he’s not a bad person, he talks a lot of crap, he’s doing his own thing, he’s promoting himself.

“But I don’t know him, and I’ve never said anything personal about him. All I’ve ever said is that I wish the guy would fight a boxer.”

Bisping won’t be able to get his hands on ‘The Problem Child’, but Diaz will as they go head-to-head on August 5.

Paul vs, Diaz, which is scheduled for eight rounds, will headline a big event in Dallas, Texas.

Who takes it? Let us know.

Tyson Fury wants to take on Anthony Joshua in what would be the fight of the year.

Anthony Joshua's camp have responded to Tyson Fury contract offer claim

Late on Friday night Tyson Fury claimed he was trying to organise a fight with Anthony Joshua, but now it looks like that might not be the case.

A fight between the UK’s top heavyweight boxers is what all fans of the sport want to see, especially after Fury’s proposed bout with Oleksandr Usyk fell through earlier this year.

Fury was set to take on the WBA, IBF and WBO champions at Wembley Stadium in April, but multiple disagreements between the two camps over payments resulted in the fight being scrapped.

Now Fury wants to fight fellow British heavyweight Joshua, but already that plan has hit a hurdle.

On Friday night, Fury took to Twitter to announce that he had sent a fight contract to the Olympic gold medalist.

“A few days ago I sent a draft contract to @anthonyjoshua for a fight in September @wembleystadium,” Fury said.

“It’s a fight that everyone wants to see including myself. Come of AJ let’s give the world what they want to see. This time I’m not gonna make a million vids & keep putting pressure on. the ball is now on your side..”

The mention of online videos references the many videos Fury posted online calling out Usyk in the months during their failed negotiations.

A few days ago i sent a draft contract to @anthonyjoshua for a fight in September @wembleystadium its a fight that everyone wants to see including myself. Come of AJ lets give the world 🌎 what they want to see. This time im not gonna make a million vids & keep putting pressure…

However, contrary to Fury’s claims, boxing promoter Eddie Hearn has denied that the Gypsy King has sent a draft contract to Joshua.

According to IFL TV, Hearn confirmed that George Warren – son of famous boxing promoter Frank Warren – has reached out to the Joshua camp to restart talks about a fight in September.

However, Hearn claimed that Joshua doesn’t believe Fury’s offer, and so his priority is to fight in August before taking on Deontay Wilder in December in Saudi Arabia.

Given the circus that developed around the back-and-forth between Fury and Usyk, it’s perhaps not surprising that Joshua is skeptical about his offer.

Fury is right about one thing though – a fight between the two titans of British heavyweight boxing is exactly what fans want to see. Hopefully, they can come to some sort of agreement.

Tyson Fury has confirmed he’s sent a ‘draft contract’ to Anthony Joshua for a blockbuster showdown in September in the UK.

Fury vs. Joshua is back in talks as promoters George Warren and Eddie Hearn have revisited the discussion after the all-British clash collapsed last year.

The self-proclaimed ‘Gypsy King’ has told his team to push for a fight against Joshua, who returned to the win column following his victory over Jermaine Franklin in April.

The WBC world heavyweight champion has confirmed a ‘draft contract’ has been sent to Joshua’s camp ahead of a September fight at Wembley Stadium.

“A few days ago i sent a draft contract to @anthonyjoshua for a fight in September @wembleystadium its a fight that everyone wants to see including myself. Come of AJ lets give the world,” he wrote on Instagram.

Fury hasn’t fought since his TKO victory over Derek Chisora at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium last December.

He had been in talks to face WBA (super), WBO and IBF title holder Oleksandr Usyk until negotiations broke down.

The 34-year-old Brit is eager to return to action as he eyes a bout against his domestic rival.

Joshua, meanwhile, has been linked with a fight against former foe Dillian Whyte, which is being explored for August 12 in the UK.

The former unified world champion already boasts a victory over Whyte, having stopped him in their December 2015 meeting. Whyte has a victory over Joshua in the amateur ranks.

Former UFC champion reveals dream fight regret after Dana White agreed to blockbuster clash… before huge moment changed everything

Aljamain Sterling has revealed he was one win away from a dream match-up against Alexander Volkanovski, before his defeat by Sean O’Malley changed everything.

Sterling says he would be fighting for the featherweight title at UFC 300 this weekend had he defended his bantamweight championship against O’Malley, with UFC supremo Dana White agreeing to sanction the right.

But ‘Suga’ secured a sensational second round knockout victory to win the title, while Aussie star Volkanovski went on to lose his belt to Ilia Topuria.

Sterling, 34, takes on Calvin Kattar at UFC 300 this weekend but still harbours regret over not getting the Volkanovski fight.

‘I had asked Dana White for the opportunity to fight Volk, and he said he’d give it to me,’ Sterling told The Daily Telegraph.

Sterling has opted to move up to the 145-pound division after not being granted an immediate rematch with O’Malley.

He believes that a convincing win at UFC 300 will put him in a strong position to compete for the featherweight belt.

‘If I win and win well, that should put me right up there, with what I’ve done at 135,’ he said.

‘Calvin Kattar’s a tough opponent, but if I can stop him – something even Max Holloway wasn’t even able to do – then that puts me right there.

Triple H, Nick Khan and Bruce Prichard get Cody Rhodes special gift for winning first-ever WWE world title… as the new champion sheds tears explaining how his late father, Dusty, had the same item

Cody Rhodes has revealed how a group of WWE officials gifted him a monumental watch after his victory over Roman Reigns.

Rhodes made history in WWE by getting the better of Reigns, ending a reign that had lasted over 1,300 days as a number of WWE stars and legends got involved in the match.

He cut an emotional figure after the match as his family joined him in the ring to celebrate, as well as a number of other WWE stars, standing alongside him after he became the new WWE champion.

Much of the story of Rhodes’ bid to win the title was led by the fact his late father Dusty Rhodes had never won the title, and Cody paid tribute to his father after the match both in the ring and after.

In the post-event press conference, Rhodes found it hard to hold it together as he explained a gift he received from WWE officials that related to his father.

‘I came to the back and Bruce Pritchard and Triple H and Nick Khan handed me this. It is the same watch my dad had, that he pawned so that I could go to acting school.

‘The level of investment and responsibility that the company just put in my hands, I hope I can pay it back, pay it forward 100 times over.’

Rhodes cut an emotional figure discussing his father, who played a big role in his career in the WWE.

Rhodes made it somewhat his mission to carry on his father’s legacy when he passed in 2015, adopting ‘The American Nightmare’ as a nickname as a spin-off on Dusty’s ‘American Dream’.

When he returned to WWE two years ago, he made it clear his aim was to win the WWE title, a feat Dusty didn’t achieve in his career.

Last year he came up short against holder Reigns, though this year got the better of his rival to win the belt.

WWE chief Triple H also took to the microphone at the press conference and was asked about the meaning behind the watch.

After joking that Rhodes was a ‘stooge’, he explained how the gift came about and how it was due to the size of the occasion.

‘We wanted to do something special for him,’ he said. ‘It is a special night for him. The storyline thing, this finish, the story, it’s not a fabricated thing, it’s real.

‘Bruce was very close with Dusty, I was very close with Dusty. I know what this means to Cody, what this business means to him. He is the right human being.

‘It was Nick’s idea. He had this amazing idea. Bruce was just along for the ride a little bit. I thought it was great, Bruce went and found this watch that was the exact same that Dusty had and we just wanted to give him something that in some way commemorated his dad being here when this happened, because he was.’

Triple H leads the congratulations for Cody Rhodes after he dethroned Roman Reigns to become WWE Universal Champion: ‘His story has made history’

WWE Chief Operating Officer and former 14-time world champion Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque led the congratulations for Cody Rhodes after he dethroned Roman Reigns to become the WWE Universal Champion.

Rhodes defeated Reigns in the main event of WrestleMania 40 on Sunday night, ending Reigns 1,316-day run as world champion, the longest in the company in almost four decades.

Rhodes is the son of the late Dusty Rhodes, who was one of the most accomplished American wrestlers of all-time to never hold a WWE world championship.

Now, his son has gotten to that helm, with the support of many of his peers, and Levesque, his boss.

‘His story has made history’ Triple H said, posing with Cody just behind the curtain with his new world-championship belt. Others were also quick to give praise to Rhodes.

‘Shoutout Cody,’ New York Knick guard Jalen Brunson said, immediately after scoring 43 points in a win over the Milwaukee Bucks.

‘It resonates because it’s real,’ said Amanda Huber, wife of the late Luke Harper/Brodie Lee. Huber’s son, Brodie, was in the ring to celebrate Rhodes’ victory.

‘It’s everything you ever want…it’s everything you ever need, and it’s here right in front of you. This is where you want to be,’ said Brandi Rhodes, who appeared with Cody during his WrestleMania entrance.

Rhodes debuted with WWE in 2006 and stayed with the company for a decade, before leaving 2016 frustrated with his standing and creative direction.

In his six years away from WWE, he helped found rival All Elite Wrestling in 2019 alongside Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks, Tony Khan and others.

Rhodes returned to WWE in April 2022 at WrestleMania 38, defeating Seth Rollins.

This was Rhodes second WrestleMania main event, also facing Reigns in a losing effort at last year’s show.

WrestleMania 40 RESULTS: Cody Rhodes BEATS Roman Reigns to end three-and-a-half year title reign with help from WWE legends… and that was just one of FOUR new world champions on night two

Roman Reigns’ championship reign of 1,316 days finally came to an end thanks to Cody Rhodes who in turn, finally finished his story.

There were three other newly crowned world champions on the night, including two in the first two matches.

We were also treated to a slew of legendary returns in the main event that helped create on the greatest babyface crowning moments in WWE history.

Logan Paul also showed out on the night where he fought with two future Hall of Famers and snuck in some genius marketing for PRIME.

So, let’s get to the results:

With the tempo these two started at, it was obvious we were getting a world-class sprint and they did not disappoint.

Both men unloaded their arsenal which started with a Claymore in the opening seconds of the bout.

It would take four Claymores for McInyre to get the job done, but he finally got to win the title in front of fans.

Remember we said about McIntyre winning the title in front of fans? Well, minutes later, he found out what it’s like to lose it in front of them too.

The Scot was gloating a little too much when CM Punk, who was on commentary, finally snapped. He attacked McIntyre with the brace he had on his arm and then Damien Priest’s music hit.

The Judgement Day man sprinted to the ring, cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase, landed a chokeslam and secured his very first world title reign.

Philadelphia Street Fight: The Pride def. The Final Testament

The Pride scored an entertaining win with ECW legend Bubba Ray Dudley as the referee

This was an entertaining affair from start to finish. Bubba Ray Dudley was announced as the surprise special guest referee and rap legend Snoop Dogg appeared as a special guest commentator.

Kendo sticks and tables dominated the action. After a rocky start, The Pride – Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits – got the upper hand and isolated Karrion Kross.

The first table they set Kross up on broke before Montez Ford could scale the top rope. But at the second time of asking, Ford landed the Frog Splash and secured the victory for his team.

    LA Knight def. AJ Styles

LA Knight scored a big victory on his first WrestleMania with AJ Styles doing a sterling job

Save for a period of control in the middle of the bout, AJ Styles showcased LA Knight in this first-ever WrestleMania contest and he did a very good job of it.

The crowd was hot for Knight and Styles, a man who keeps mentioning retirement, used his legacy to give a big rub to one of the WWE’s most popular stars.

It was another decent sprint of a match. Knight won with Blunt Force Trauma, but Styles did try and give the fans some of his greatest hits, including a 450 splash.

United States Championship: Logan Paul (c) def. Randy Orton and Kevin Owens

Logan Paul scored a massive win over two legends of pro wrestling, but PRIME won biggest

Logan Paul scored a massive win over two legends of pro wrestling, but PRIME won biggest

This was a triple-threat that had plenty of classic themes mixed in with the freshness of Logan Paul that made for a good recipe on the night.

Paul made his entrance on a huge PRIME truck and came with a mascot to the ring, the question was, who was in the suit? That turned out to be IShowSpeed, and he ate a RKO on the announce table for his troubles.

Down the home stretch, Orton and Owens kicked out of the RKO and Stunner before Orton turned a pop-up powerbomb into a RKO! Paul capitalised on this to chuck Orton out of the ring, nail a frog splash and secure the win.

SmackDown Women’s Championship: Bayley def. IYO SKY (c)

Bayley got a long, long overdue WrestleMania moment after 11 years in WWE

Bayley got a long, long overdue WrestleMania moment after 11 years in WWE

Bayley finally got the WrestleMania moment she deserved when she dethroned her backstabbing best friend, IYO SKY.

After a few years of either losing at the showpiece and another where she was simply the host, Bayley got the long story treatment with Damage CTRL and took that story all the way.

The match itself was better than the build it was given. Bayley had to battle through an injured knee to overcome SKY, one of the most underrated champions on the roster. SKY pulled off an impressive flipping counter to the Rose Plant before that very move proved to be her demise.

Undisputed Universal Heavyweight World Championship: Cody Rhodes def. Roman Reigns (c)

The locker room emptied to celebrate Cody Rhodes's first-ever world title win

The locker room emptied to celebrate Cody Rhodes’s first-ever world title win

Two enormous milestones come out of this stellar main event. One, Cody Rhodes has finally finished his story and, in many ways, has just started a new one. Two, Roman Reigns and his epic 1,316-day title reign has finally come to an end and, in time, it will be celebrated for how truly great it was.

The action started off slow as one would expect before Reigns assumed control for the vast majority. The two men traded finishers and kicked out at the last second on several occasions before the shenanigans really kicked into gear.

Jimmy Uso interferred. Jey Uso came out to deal with him. Solo Sikoa interfered. John Cena came out to deal with him. The Rock interfered. Seth Rollins tried to interfere in his old Shield gear. The Undertaker came out to deal with him. And yes, it was every bit as awesome as it sounds like with those names involved.

After all the chaos, Cody managed to land three consecutive Cross Rhodes to close the book on Roman’s reign and finally, finish his story.

Roman Reigns LOSES! WWE legends help Cody Rhodes end the Tribal Chief’s 1,316-day run as Undisputed Universal Champion on Night Two of WrestleMania 40

The greatest world title run of the modern era in WWE is now officially over as Cody Rhodes finally gets his chance to be the man.

Roman Reigns had dominated WWE for 1,316 days before WrestleMania 40 night two. Rhodes had been trying to finish his story for his entire life, complete with a pit stop on the independents and AEW.

Now, a Rhodes can say they have held a world title in WWE. Now, Reigns’ world title run is in the record books.

It’s not quite the longest ever (it’s third longest, to be exact). But it may well be the greatest ever.

The match kicked off with the rivals soaking in the atmosphere in the 73,000-strong Philadelphia Financial Field stadium, coming face-to-face before getting into their early exchanges.

It should come as no surprise that Reigns dominated proceedings, painting Rhodes as the gutsy underdog. Around the 15 minute mark, the pair began trading finishers – even each other’s finishers – and last second kickouts.

With Roman in trouble, Jimmy Uso came to the rescue. However, he was met by his twin brother Jey Uso, who fought him on the stage and speared him off of said stage and through a table.

Then when Rhodes had Reigns compromised and locked in Cross Rhodes, Solo Sikoa made his presence felt. After a Spear and Samoan Spike combination couldn’t get the job done, John Cena had seen enough.

The 16-time world champion was then met by The Rock who Rock Bottomed him out of the mix. Then Seth Rollins tried to get The Rock in full Shield get-up, but Reigns intercepted him.

The Undertaker’s gong rang out and the Deadman appeared behind The Rock to Chokeslam him out of comission.

With all interference taken care of, Rhodes delivered three Cross Rhodes to finally put Reigns away and win the belt that had eluded him for a lifetime.
