Meghan Markle is ready to grow her brand as she continues her return into the public eye, according to reports. The former Suits actress appears to have plans to venture into the hotel and restaurant industry with her latest move.

The Duchess of Sussex, 43, has been continuing to trademark her lifestyle firm, recently retitled to As Ever. It has be listed as “hospitality services” in records, with it said this will include places to stay, “provision of food and drink” and temporary lodgings.

It’s the latest bold move by Meghan has has spent the last year creating a new brand for herself away from the Royal Family. As well as her ventures, which include products such as jam, Meghan has been involved in TV productions, including Netflix’s With Love, Meghan.

It’s thought that a venture into the hospitality sector would suit Meghan, too. The mum-of-two said during her Netflix series: “When I have someone stay, one of my favourite things to do is prep the guest room.”

And her brand’s website hinted there was more to come with its slogan too. It described it as: “As Ever is more than a brand — it’s a love language. ­

“Created by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, As Ever welcomes you to a collection of products, each inspired by her long-lasting love of cooking, entertaining and hostessing.”

With Meghan’s As Ever Instagram page becoming more active recently, a snap of the Duchess running in the sea in a white frock appeared over the weekend. The upload was captioned: “So excited for all the good to come! Running into the weekend like.”

Just hours before the water upload, Meghan had shared a series of heartwarming photos which featured herself, hubby Prince Harry, and their children – six-year-old Archie and four-year-old Lilibet. The family of four were seen enjoying a memorable family trip to Disneyland.

Sharing the montage with her 3.7million followers on her personal page, Meghan described their two-day visit as “pure joy”. She also expressed gratitude to the park for helping create their special experience.

Offering a glimpse into her family’s stateside life, Meghan included a sweet photo of Archie and Lilibet meeting Elsa from Frozen for the first time. There was also a photograph of Prince Harry and Lilibet enjoying a ride together.

The adorable family trip uploads come after a video of a pregnant Meghan twerking caused controversy. The clip, which runs for more than a minute and also features a dad-dancing Harry sees the pair dance together.

Meghan is wearing a black maternity dress in the footage and is seen cradling her large bump as she dances. The upload came after Meghan had earlier posted never-before-seen intimate family photos of “Daddy’s little girl and favorite adventurer” Lili to mark her birthday.

Reality TV star Katie Price has revealed she has had to send son Harvey back to college early after he destroyed her television. The former glamour model took to Snapchat to share the incident which saw her oldest son “smash” the £3,000 device.

Harvey, 23, shocked his mum after his outburst left her needing a new TV for her living rom. The mum-of-five told her social media followers what had happened before informing her son of the consequences of his actions.

Uploading a video to the platform, Katie filmed Harvey, who has septo-optic dysplasia (a disorder of early brain development which has caused blindness), autism and Prader-Willi Syndrome (a rare genetic condition which can cause an excessive appetite).

She explained how she was woken up by the sound of the TV smashing at six in the morning. In the clip, Katie, 47, asked him: “What has mummy just heard?” In a calm response, Harvey said: “Smashing the TV.”

She then questioned why he did what he did and he told her that it had angered him. She later told her followers that she wasn’t convinced by his story, saying she didn’t think anything had been playing on the screen.

Katie went on to tell Harvey: “You was going to college tomorrow to get some new meds [medication], but now when are you going? You are going now.”

A despondent Harvey replied: “Oh god,” before his mum explained she needed to send him back so she could get a new TV for her home. She described the situation as “sad”.

Later, Harvey apologised and told the former glamour model it wouldn’t happen again. However, Katie told her son: “Well you’ve got to go to collage now and get some meds.”

The update comes after Katie celebrated her son’s 23rd birthday last month. She shared a gorgeous photo of herself and her son cuddling in bed before his birthday celebrations.

Katie took to her Instagram stories on Bank Holiday Monday to share her excitement about Harvey turning another year older. The sweet upload saw the duo laying face-to-face in bed as they enjoyed a relaxing day chilling at home.

Katie shared her excitement for son’s big day as she gushed: “Bank holiday cuddles before lots of celebrations tomorrow.” She has been open about Harvey’s growing health concerns as he tipped the scale at 30 stone.

Speaking candidly to sister Sophie on The Katie Price Show, Kate didn’t hold back about the reality of their situation. “He’s just under 30st and that’s huge,” she explained. “He’s on the verge of a heart attack. He won’t have a long life if he carries on putting more and more weight on.”

Katie then confessed they are working closely with a medical team to try to turn his situation around.

Gemma Collins has said that she feels like she’s ‘dying’ as her vital Pneumonia battle enters its fourth week. The former TOWIE star, 44, was struck down with the debilitating illness almost a month ago and has been struggling to breathe since.

On Wednesday, a bedridden Gemma took to Instagram to share an update about her health, revealing that she had been seriously unwell for a number of weeks. In her post, which included a photo of the reality TV star laying in bed, she wrote: “Hey guys sorry been quiet i have Pneumonia. I’m not as fast or on it as I usually am on the daily. I am still honouring my work commitments which is taking every bit of energy I have but will be back entertaining you all soon.”

At the time, Gemma also shared a further update on her Instagram Story, showing that she was receiving treatment via a drip and had been seen by a doctor. The much-loved TV star was struck down with Pneumonia – an inflammation of the lungs typically caused by an infection. While most people recover within two to four weeks, infants, the elderly, and those with heart or lung conditions are at a higher risk of severe illness and may require hospitalisation.

Luckily, Gemma has not had to go to hospital, but speaking to The Mirror, she admitted that she feels as though ‘she’s dying’. “Because the Pneumonia is viral, no antibiotic is going to help me. I’ve been really short of breath and obviously I have work commitments that I would never not turn up to. I’m old-school, I would always fulfill my work commitments.

“It’s shocking, I’ve had it now for over three weeks and I had steroids given to me by my doctor. It was DJ Fat Tony’s wedding and I had to take them to get through that, but I’m off them now and the sickness is really kicking back in. It’s so frustrating because I normally have so much energy and I’m always loving life, but now I get really breathless really quickly and I feel like I’m dying.”

Thankfully, Gemma’s doctor believes she’s through the worst of it now as the GC revealed that she is having final chest scans this weekend. “The doctor is coming to my house and I’m praying that I’ll be on the mend soon.”

Throughout the duration of her debilitating health battle over the past month, Gemma has tried her best to slow down and rest – but admits that it’s just not in her blood to do so. “I’ve got one more job to do this weekend and then I have two weeks off, so I’m praying in that time I will properly recover. But I can’t take it easy. I’m just one of those people who has to always be doing something and I feel so guilty when I’m forced to stop working.”

When Gemma announced her health woes earlier this week, fans and famous friends alike rushed to wish her well in the comment section. “You giving us all so much energy and good vibes! Get your rest! Wouldn’t want anything to happen to you,” X Factor legends Jedward told their close pal. Meghan Markle has brushed off backlash surrounding her “cringeworthy” twerking video with a carefree beach snap.

The Duchess of Sussex spoke of ‘running into the weekend’ as she frolicked in the water in her most recent Instagram post on her As Ever account.

The 43-year-old was pictured prancing in the water on a sunny beach, sporting a flowing white sundress as she revealed her excitement ‘for all the good to come’.

Just hours earlier, she had shared a series of heartwarming photos featuring herself, Prince Harry, and their children – six-year-old Archie and four-year-old Lilibet – during a memorable family trip to Disneyland.

“However – to share those scenes with the world is utterly bizarre and, in my view, takes away all the magic of the moment. I cannot imagine why she chose to release it. Maybe show it one day to your nearest and dearest— but to anyone and everyone who wants to click on it?

Since sharing the clip many have questioned why she posted it, given the couple’s supposed desire for privacy. And Jennie added: “I’m glad they were so happy before the birth, I’m glad Harry was there to support his wife in every way, I’m delighted to hear that he’s such a great dad. But they really can’t have it both ways.

“They can’t demand privacy and be so coy about sharing images of their children and then show us all these intensely intimate scenes. And she cannot expect to be treated as if she’s royal whilst behaving like a click-hungry social media influencer.

“Having said all that, there’s no doubt that videos like this connect in a very real way to young people. And perhaps that’s what Meghan is trying to do. My own daughter thought the video humanised both Meghan and Harry and was light-hearted and hugely relatable. Stage actor turned film star Jack Lowden is back on our screens this weekend as Kenneth Noye in series 2 of The Gold, alongside Hugh Bonneville, Charlotte Spencer and Emun Elliott.

It’s been a big year for him and his wife, four-time Oscar-nominated actress and producer, Saoirse Ronan.

The couple tied the knot in secret, in Scotland, last summer. And now – congratulations! – they are expecting their first child.

Scottish actor Jack Lowden, 35, and Irish actress Saoirse Ronan, 31, are expecting their first child together.

The news is hot off the press, after Saoirse attended a red carpet event in France last week with a visible baby bump.

Since then, the couple have been photographed while out for a walk with their dog, Fran, in north London. They live together in Islington.

They married in a low-key ceremony in Edinburgh last July, with only a handful of their closest friends present, all of whom were sworn to secrecy.

Being a parent is a ‘dream’ of Saoirse’s

The Mail reports that Saoirse and Jack are “thrilled” to be on the road to parenthood.

“I became successful when I was quite young,” it quotes her as saying. “It meant that by the time I found my partner, I’m at the stage where if it happened, I would like to have a kid. I’ve always wanted that.”

She has described him as her “partner in crime, life and love”. Jack calls her a “force of nature, on and off screen”.

Jack just celebrated his 35th birthday, on June 2. He grew up in the Scottish village of Oxton, and revealed in 2019 that he is an IVF baby.

“And so is my brother. Down there [England] was one of the few places that was doing it,” he told the Standard.

He and Saoirse have been in a relationship since 2018.

Former Coronation Street star Rebecca Ryan has given birth to her second child, a gorgeous baby girl.

Rebecca, 34, played Lydia Chambers on the soap from 2021 to 2022 – but is perhaps best known for playing Debbie Gallagher in the Channel 4 comedy drama Shameless.

She also played Carly Hope in 3 episodes of Emmerdale in 2006.

This is her second child with husband Dan Acraman, who she married in September 2022 and follows the birth of their first child, Aurora – who was born in April 2023.

And baby makes four!

Posting a picture of her beautiful newborn on Instagram, she shared: “Introducing the newest member of my little girl gang, the adorable Oriana.”

Her co-star brother Jack James Ryan – who played Jacob Hay in the soap – wrote: “Proof that the first time wasn’t a fluke, you make the most beautiful babies.”

Rebecca’s soap star pals also shared their congratulations.

Sally Carman said: “She’s beautiful! Congratulations to you both!”

Charley Webb shared: “Another beauty and I loooove the name.”

Coronation Street star Rebecca Ryan reveals baby news

Rebecca revealed the news she was expecting her second baby with a post to her Instagram account back in January.

“Sleep is overrated anyway. Here comes baby No.2,” she wrote in the accompanying caption.

At the time, comments below Rebecca’s post were full of congratulations from fans and co-stars alike.

Rebecca first appeared as Lydia Chambers on the soap in 2021. She was first introduced as a new Personal Assistant at Underworld. There, she befriended Sarah Platt – and revealed that she shared a history with her husband, Adam.

Growing jealous, Lydia began to stalk Sarah and Adam, breaking into their apartment and leaving both gifts and threatening notes. After leaving Adam on death’s door by pushing him from a balcony, Lydia called an end to her reign of terror.

Archie and Lilibet were not born a prince or princess…

Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet received their royal titles in 2023, when Archie was four years old and ‘Lili’ Diana two.

However, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle once opened up over their fears of their children and royal titles when they sat down with Oprah Winfrey for a tell-all interview in 2021. So what changed?

When the two Sussex children were first born, neither of them had royal titles due to a long-standing tradition within The Firm, and this upset Archie and Lilibet’s parents. Here’s the full explainer on what the couple said before and after their children were finally known as Prince and Princess.

Meghan Markle’s complaint over Prince Archie’s title

During her bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey, Meghan Markle claimed her son was not given a royal title because of his race.

However, experts came out at the time to explain it was actually because only the grandchildren of the living monarch are given the royal title of Prince. Archie was Queen Elizabeth II’s great-grandchild, meaning he was not entitled to the royal title, nor Lilibet, as she was born in 2021.

Meghan claimed during the CBS show: “They didn’t want him to be a prince or princess, not knowing what the gender would be, which would be different from protocol, and [said] that he wasn’t going to receive security.”

When asked by Oprah if she was bothered by this, the former Suits star said: “All the grandeur surrounding this stuff is an attachment I don’t personally have. I have been a waitress, an actress, a princess, a duchess, and I’ve always just been Meghan.

“The most important title I will ever have is Mom but the idea of our son not being safe and also the idea of the first member of colour in this family not being titled in the same way that other grandchildren would be…”

She went further to allege that the ‘tradition’ was changed while she was pregnant.

“It’s not their right to take it away…” she said. “While I was pregnant they said they want to change the convention for Archie. Well, why?”

What does royal protocol say about titles?

It was King George V – Queen Elizabeth II’s grandfather – who brought the rule in force in November 1917.

He issued a letter patent to declare that the great-grandchildren of the monarch would no longer be prince or princesses, except for the eldest son of the eldest son of the Prince of Wales.

Before Charles was crowned King, this would have been William’s son George, who automatically became a prince when he was born. But it did not include Archie, even though he was born as a great-grandson of the Queen.

Therefore, Meghan’s claim that the convention was changed when she was pregnant, was false. The rule had been in force for 102 years before Archie was born.

It also meant that George’s siblings, Charlotte and Louis, wouldn’t have received a title either. However, the Queen issued a letter patent in 2012 amending this, explaining William’s children would be entitled to be a prince and princess and HRH title as he was the second heir to the throne.

To add, the prince and princess title only travels through the male line, and this is why Princess Anne’s children do not have titles and are known as Zara Tindall and Peter Phillips – despite being the late Queen’s grandchildren.

When did Archie and Lilibet get their prince and princess titles?

Archie and Lilibet received their royal titles, officially becoming prince and princess in March 2023. They are also entitled to use the His/Her Royal Highness titles.

However, in a strange twist, Buckingham Palace didn’t announce the news – despite Harry and Meghan apparently ‘hoping’ that they would.

The young royals officially became prince and princess when their grandfather, Charles, ascended to the throne in September 2022. Previously, they were simply referred to as Master Archie and Miss Lilibet on the Buckingham Palace website.

But the young royals had been confirmed as officially taking their titles by the Sussexes.

A spokesperson for the Sussexes confirmed the news – and title change – in a statement after Lilibet’s christening earlier that month.

“I can confirm that Princess Lilibet Diana was christened on Friday, March 3. By Archbishop of Los Angeles, the Rve John Taylor,” they said.

They also confirmed that children’s titles were their “birthright”.

“The children’s titles have been a birthright since their grandfather became Monarch. This matter has been settled for some time in alignment with Buckingham Palace,” they said.

Buckingham Palace didn’t announce change to Archie and Lilibet titles

According to a royal expert, Meghan and Harry actually wanted Buckingham Palace to announce Archie and Lilibet’s title changes.

Ingrid Seward, a royal biographer and the editor-in-chief of Majesty magazine, made the claims during a chat with the Mirror.

“Archie and Lilibet have been allowed to use this style since their great-grandmother died, but their parents have chosen not to until now,” she said.

“How interesting they waited six months to do this. They were hoping the Palace would jump the gun and announce it before they did. No such luck,” she then continued.

“Buckingham Palace left their website intact and allowed the Sussexes to make the move themselves so they couldn’t complain.”

She then went on to say that no one is going to “push the traditions of the monarchy aside”.

Digital Box previously contacted Buckingham Palace and Sussexes’ reps for comment.

Green-fingered god Alan Titchmarsh previously joked about his “head being turned” while married to wife Alison.

The telly fave, 74, shot to fame back in the late 1970s – and since then, he’s not stopped. He’s back on TV screens on Sunday (June 8) too, for his show, Alan Titchmarsh’s Gardening Club.

When he’s not appearing on screen, Alan lives in Hampshire with his wife Alison – who he married way back in 1975. The pair are parents to grown-up children, Polly and Camilla.

And while Alison is no doubt the love of his life, Alan also has a second love – plants and flowers…

Alan and Alison first met when they were in their early twenties at an amateur dramatics group. Cementing their relationship, the pair tied the knot in the summer of 1975.

The couple also share two children together. Their eldest, Polly, was born in 1980, followed by Camilla, who was born in 1982. They are grandparents too, to four children.

But a few years ago, Alan joked about having his ‘head turned’…

Speaking to The Guardian in 2011, Alan was quizzed about his love of plants.

“The old flame I’ve loved for 50 years is the humble pelargonium. You can neglect them and yet they are good, shapely plants,” Alan said.

The green-fingered star also revealed the new plant he was loving, admitting that his ‘head had been turned’.

He said: “My head has been turned by Annabelle, a summer-flowering hydrangea, with floppy heads of creamy white, fading to palest green.”

Alan reveals ‘stresses and strains’

Meanwhile, in October last year, Alan opened up about “stresses and strains” affecting him in his private life.

Appearing on This Morning, he revealed he has “enough to cope with” when it comes to his family, and this is why he largely avoids social media.

Telling hosts Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond that hosting his peaceful Sunday morning show, Love Your Weekend, is a “real luxury”, Alan said that he uses Instagram as an extension of the series.

And, as a result, he only uses the platform to share pictures of plants, flowers and his garden. And, Alan said, he never takes any notice of any of the negativity online because his time is already taken up with “worrying” about his family, and his hydrangea Annabelle, we expect!
