It’s believed that Brooklyn, 26, is currently embroiled in a feud with his family, including dad David and mum Victoria. The alleged feud is believed to have started when Brooklyn and Nicola, 30, tied the knot three years ago, while fuel was also added to the fire when Nicola and Brooklyn failed to attend David’s 50th birthday celebrations last month.

Not addressing the drama, Nicola took to Instagram on Sunday night and said she has a ‘very important announcement’, before revealing that the couple have made a sweet Instagram account for their dogs.

Nicola shared a link to the new social media page titled ‘pelzbeckhambabies’, which has already shared a snap of each of their dogs. The couple are proud dog parents to dogs named Bridalina, Lamb, Label and Angel. The dog’s Instagram page only follows Nicola and Brooklyn.

The couple’s latest announcement comes shortly after reports that Brooklyn is setting up a new charity dog shelter with Nicola in America. The Sun reported that the couple are launching the Peltz Beckham Foundation, which will rescue homeless dogs and offer them shelter and support.

In another career update, it was announced last week that she will star in the thriller Pretty Ugly and also serve as an executive producer, with it understood to be the first time she’s held that position on a film.

Nicola has appeared in several films over the years, including Transformers: Age of Extinction (2014) and Lola (2024), which she also wrote and directed. It was reported last week that Nicola will star alongside Jazzy De Lisser and Mary Stuart Masterson.

The film is said to be written and directed by Erica Dunton, who has previously worked on TV shows such as Ted Lasso, The Summer I Turned Pretty and Outer Banks.

The couple’s career announcements come amid a rumoured growing rift between Nicola and Brooklyn and his parents, Victoria and David. In the latest family drama, it was revealed last week that both Brooklyn and Nicola’s Instagram accounts don’t follow younger brothers Crus, 20 and Romeo, 22.

It was also reported earlier this month that Brooklyn was expected to miss his youngest sibling Harper Beckham’s 14th birthday. A source told the Mirror at the time: “He took a stand and missed his dad’s 50th so he’s not likely to suddenly do a U-turn and forget everything that’s happened, as much as he loves Harper.”

They continued: “He didn’t want it to turn out this way, and he’s always been really close to all his siblings, but he is a married man now and his priorities have to lie somewhere else.”

The source added: “He just doesn’t feel his family has treated Nicola well and now that he’s grown so close to her family in the States, he doesn’t really feel like he fits into the Beckham family right now.”

Crowley was targeting Joe and blackmailing him over his own dodgy dealings, months on from the fiasco that saw the pair steal Caleb Miligan’s kidney. Noah Dingle had also been drugged to see if he was a kidney donor match for Joe, who needed a transplant.

Crowley demanded Joe steal money from Kim and get it to him if he wanted him out of the way. So when Kim declined on the made up investment idea, Crowley came up with a sinister plan that would involve Joe drugging his ‘grandmother’, before Crowley would enter and steal the cash from her account.

But in that moment it became clear that Kim and Joe were faking the entire scenario, and she had not been drugged at all She leapt up and jabbed Crowley with the needle, injecting him with the medication before Joe smirked. He’d told Kim everything and they teamed up to take down Crowley. Even the surgeon’s accomplice Shaun was in on it, paid by Kim and Joe to switch sides and help them defeat the doctor. Kim explained how she knew she was being played thanks to Joe, and she did not take being scammed, almost, very lightly.

During her early days in the serial, Kim’s infamous marriage to Frank Tate (Norman Bowler), and at one point, she faked her own death in an attempt to frame him before leaving him to die of a heart attack. After marrying again and concocting a string of moneymaking scams, she left the village in a helicopter with nearly £200,000 of her stepson Chris’ money.

What’s more, Grace Springer, the woman who p osted the original clip has since spoken out and claimed that she “didn’t think much of it” in the momen t. Appearing on This Morning, she said: “So in the moment when I filmed it, I didn’t think much of it but everyone was chattering. There was over 50,000 people at the concert. It wasn’t until after the concert when I was debriefing the moment with my friends. We reviewed the footage to see if it really looked that bad and it really does.”

When asked by Dermot whether she felt guilty about posting the video, she said: “I definitely feel for Andy’s wife Megan and his family and everyone else who has been hurt in the process.”

The pair have launched an account called ‘peltzbeckhambabies’ where they share photos of their four pet pooches called Lamb Label, Birdie and Angel and already they have shared some sweet snaps of the dogs.

However, it looks like the rest of the Beckhams won’t be following the account. At the time of writing, Nicola and Brooklyn’s new ‘babies’ account has less than 200 followers. The account just follows two people – Nicola and Brooklyn.

She made the announcement of the new account on her stories, where she wrote: “Very important announcement. We made an account for our doggies,” alongside a post from the account.

As the feud continues to grow, body language expert Judi James believes Nicola Peltz Beckham appears to be under ‘strain’ and showing signs of vulnerability amid ongoing feud with her husband Brooklyn’s family.

The couple, who are parents to Amelia, Theo, and Arabella, with Emily also being stepmum to Peter’s older children, Princess and Junior, have opened up about their mixed feelings. Writing in his New! magazine column, the father of six expressed the melancholy they’ve felt amidst celebration, revealing, “It’s been a bittersweet time recently – Emily and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary this month, but it was also Millie’s last week of primary school before she heads off to secondary school in September,” Peter shared.

He continued, “It’s been quite sad to see her prepare to say goodbye to the school she’s attended since she was little. I try to look at it like they’re growing up and it’s great, but Emily has found it tough. Millie is her firstborn so I totally understand why she feels so emotional about it.”

Discussing the family dynamic, she said: “They have a lovely relationship together. Even though the older two have their own lives, so they’re busy and doing their own thing, when they see the younger kids, they’re so sweet and they get the biggest hugs.

“The age gap is so big that it makes it easier because they’re not in competition with each other. Like the younger ones understand that there’s a different set of rules for the older ones because they’re grown-ups.”

“Which, I don’t know if that’s the right way to look at it, but I think, you know, I always try and give them guidance, but I wouldn’t overstep that. Like, I obviously try and support them like I would do with my own kids. I always try and be the same. I’m quite strict though, on my kids. That’s what I would say to the older kids – it’s lucky there’s an age gap, you know?”

She added: “Because then you guys don’t need to worry about, like, silly rules I have. I’m like, you guys can be exempt because you’re older. The age gap is enough that my kids don’t ask the question, ‘Why are they allowed to have the screens?’”

She started by saying: “I guess the key question is how much is it going to cost and who is going to pay for it? Will the answer ultimately be: All of us through our bills? Because this report outlines some pretty big changes.

“The government has made some very ambitious promises to half the number of pollution spills, water companies are making big spending plans, between them spending more than £100billion in improving infrastructure and our water have already gone up by 26% in April this year and are expected to continue rising.”

TV presenter Louisa briefed viewers on the silver lining found in a recent report, emphasising the newfound financial transparency. She noted: “One good thing that the review looks at is how that money is going to be spent,” reports the Express.

“It talks about companies being less reliant on debt, more financially resilient, making sure they’re investing in maintaining their assets.”

Yet the report presented an unclear picture, with Louisa pointing out to viewers that it doesn’t tackle how corporate salaries are determined, particularly under scrutiny seeing as the chief executive of Southern Water was recently offered a hefty salary bump.

Furthermore, Louisa highlighted another gap: “What it also doesn’t do is address the question of renationalisation of water companies. That is something Reform UK wants but the government says it’s too expensive.

“It will take money away from things like the NHS and schools. Conservatives say the government needs to explain how replacing one quingo with another is going to clean up our rivers and lakes.”

Ed Balls from Good Morning Britain had a heated exchange with Feargal Sharkey following the recent review of the water sector. On Monday (July 21), ITV news correspondent Louisa James discussed the new report from the Independent Water Commission, as the government reveals its plans to revamp the sector and introduce a stronger complaints watchdog.

These new entities would take over from Ofwat, the Drinking Water Inspectorate, and the criticised regulator for a new integrated regular in England, merging the functions of Ofwat and assuming the water-related responsibilities from the Environment Agency and Natural England. To gain another perspective on the latest development, the 58 year old presenter and his co-host Kate Garraway invited campaigner Feargal Sharkey onto the show.

The Irishman quickly expressed his disapproval of the new plans in a fiery on-air discussion. Ed started by asking: “Is it all for the birds if they don’t renationalise and take it into public control, or do you think that some of the things in here can make a difference and improve things somewhat, even if they don’t go as far as you’d like?”

At this point, the musician made his views clear on the new development, calling for the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural affairs Steve Reed to step down, reports the Express.

He started: “[Sir John Cunliffe, the Independent Water Commissioner] and I agree, he cast the gates of Ofwat and the Environment Agency [EA], we’re in total agreement. There are two failed organisations. But then he says he wants to abolish Ofwat.

“Well, I don’t know how you can have that conversation without adding the Environment Agency to that list, and then we have to think of the role the ministers have had in all this for 35 years, because the board of Ofwat, the board of the EA were personally appointed by the Secretary of State for the environment.

“Both of those organisations operate under guidance issued by the Secretary of State for the Environment, Steve Reed. The day he came to office, he could have sacked both those boards and reissued the guidance and ordered both those organisations to proactively enforce the law.

“I’m afraid for Jon because I think there are some good things in what he said, but at the heart of this, he believes this is an issue of public trust, and for me that blatantly ignores that this is an issue about corporate greed, manipulation, profiteering, financial engineering, £74billion of debt and £84billion of dividends that these companies have ramraided.”

Kate then questioned the activist about who would foot the bill to fix the sector and get the water companies back on track, to which he disclosed: “You’re paying for it anyway, this is the curious thing. I’m quoting the government this morning. there’s £104billion private sector investment, but I’m challenging them right now.

“There is no private sector investment. Shareholders are not putting their hands in their pockets for that money, that’s why your bills have just gone up 30,40,50%. The chief executive for Northumberland Water just blew the gaffe in parliament two months ago.

“Now 85% of that money is coming from the bill increases. In the short term, it’s coming out of our bank accounts, and we’re certainly going to pay for it in the long term.”

He wrapped up: “I think the thing has become an utter shambles. The idea that on Friday (July ) it was announced that 65% increase in serious pollution incidents.

“There is no pollution control anymore in this country, and I think Steve has got to reflect very carefully on the role he’s played in the last 12 months. I think he should go.”

It wasn’t long before supporters flocked to X – formerly known as Twitter – to voice their opinions online, with many rallying behind The Undertones frontman. One user wrote: “Feargal is totally right in all he says. This report could be three feet thick, it won’t change a thing. We, the public, will still bear the cost. The bosses and shareholders will still get rich on us.”

Another concurred: “Feargal is right that there are ways of changing the status without it costing anything, but that means upsetting a lot of wealthy folk – which governments don’t like to do. It is time for the public to take control, as it benefitted the public and councils/ regions over profit.”

A third chimed in: “It’s all true what he says. Nothing will change and sewage dumping has gone up 60% since Steve Reed took control” while a fourth applauded: “What would we do without FEARGAL eg [thumbs up emoji].”

A cousin of Princes William and Harry was found dead with a firearm next to her, an inquest heard on Sunday.

20-year-old Rosie Roche – granddaughter of Princess Diana’s uncle – was found dead by her mum and sister on July 14 – with a firearm found near to her at the family home in Wiltshire, where she had been packing for a trip away with friends. During an inquest hearing at Wiltshire and Swindon coroner’s court, area coroner Grant Davies said police “have deemed the death as non-suspicious and there was no third-party involvement”.

Rosie was working towards obtaining a degree in English Literature at Durham University during the time of her death. A spokeswoman said she “will be sorely missed”. The inquest has been adjourned until October 25.

Ms Roche’s death comes after Thomas Kingston, who married Harry and William’s cousin Lady Gabriella in 2019, died in February last year aged just 45 with a firearm next to him. The financier suffered a “traumatic head wound”, and a gun was found near to his body in an outbuilding at his parents home in the Cotswolds, an inquest opening at Gloucestershire Coroners Court heard. Police said they were satisfied the death was not suspicious.

He and Lady Gabriella didn’t seem to have any relationship or money troubles, a family friend told The Times – while another close friend shared that Mr Kingston always put others first, which might have affected his own mental health.

The former financer, who studied economic history at Bristol University, had numerous brushes with death – the most notable being a suicide bombing at the church in 2004, which claimed 22 lives. Reflecting on the event, Reverend Canon Andrew White, who ran the only Anglican church in Baghdad, Iraq, where Mr Kingston reportedly spent time as a hostage negotiator, said: “We couldn’t move, and I can remember saying ‘What do we do Tom?’

“And he said, ‘Pray’. I said, ‘Lord, have mercy on us’ and suddenly a huge oil tanker about 25 metres ahead of us blew up. If we hadn’t been in the traffic jam, we would have been killed instantly. But this was a kind of daily thing that happened.”

A reconciliation between Prince Harry and his older brother, Prince William, is looking doubtful, while King Charles may only mend ties with his youngest son if he stops doing one thing.

Tensions have been high between the Duke of Sussex and his brother and father ever since he sensationally stepped down as a working member of the Royal Family in 2020 alongside his wife, Meghan Markle.

The Sussexes sought a new life for themselves and became permanent residents in California with their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. But since then the couple have unleashed a string of accusations against the royal family, and Harry himself admits they might “never forgive” him.

After finding their feet in the sunshine state of California, Harry and Meghan sat down for a tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey in March 2021, just months before Lilibet was born. It aired some serious claims against the Royal Family, including someone allegedly asking Meghan about the colour of Archie’s skin before he was born.

In another surprising turn, Harry released his explosive memoir Spare in January 2023, which sent shockwaves across the nation. This caused even more tension between his father and brother, as Harry disclosed further claims against his family.

In one claim, he said his father “did not hug” him when his mother, Princess Diana, died, and in another, he alleged that Charles had said to Diana, “Wonderful. You have given me an heir and a spare. You have done your job.” Harry also claimed that he and William had a physical fight over his relationship with Meghan.

It’s feared that Harry’s fractured relationship with William is “much harder to repair” following the claims made in Spare. But despite the memoir being released over two years ago, the Duke says there is plenty of material that never made it into the book. But Harry said that releasing this could see his older brother “never forgive” him.

After releasing the 400-page memoir, Harry claimed he originally had 800 pages written. He said at the time: “It could have been two books, put it that way. And the hard bit was taking things out.”

“But there are some things that have happened, especially between me and my brother, and to some extent between me and my father, that I just don’t want the world to know. Because I don’t think they would ever forgive me.

“Now you could argue that some of the stuff I’ve put in there, well, they will never forgive me anyway.”

However, earlier this month, sources said Charles would welcome a reunion with Harry, but only if he scales back his public attacks on the family and stops the “endless” interviews. The warning came after senior aides from Charles and Harry’s teams came together in a secret peace summit in London.

A royal source exclusively told the Mirror: “The King has consistently shown he loves both his sons and as he has done in the past is prepared to meet Harry when their diaries allow such an occasion. It’s not unusual for aides from different households to meet, especially when there is a new influx of staff starting their roles, but of course this is a significant moment.

“Senior members of the family have in the past said to Harry that he must both stop his attacks on the family as well as giving endless rounds of broadcast interviews as his only way of communication. If there is a period of calm and reflection on the part of the Duke of Sussex, then there may be a way forward for him to begin along the road of repairing his relationship with his father.

“As for his relationship with his brother, that is a different matter entirely and one which he will find much harder to repair.”
