Reality TV star and podcaster Katie Price has split with her boyfriend JJ Slater after 19 months together, with reports revealing she is already moving on and has ‘loads of guys’ filling up her inbox.

Married At First Sight star JJ, 31, and 47-year-old Katie were first linked at the end of 2023, and after a controversial whirlwind of a romance, a source has claimed that Katie has got ‘bored’ and that JJ has ‘lost his sparkle’.

“Katie and JJ have decided to go their separate ways, with JJ having already packed his bags and moved out. Ultimately, Katie’s gotten bored. Friends and family had been warning JJ for a while that he’d lost his sparkle and that she treated him like a doormat,” a source claimed to Closer.

The source went on to reveal that Katie ‘isn’t upset’ to be single again and has plenty of options in her DM’s, and she has even made jokes with her friend where she referred to men as handbags.

They added: “JJ has seen the messages, DM’s sliding in and out from other men, Katie isn’t upset. She even joked with her pal, ‘new house, new start! I change men like handbags, but handbags are more useful!’ He’s gutted, but Katie claims she has not been unfaithful or been going behind his back and sexting other men.”

Commenting on Katie’s dating habits, the source said: “Katie loves the excitement of the chase and being chased. If it’s naughty, then she’s in.”

Adding: “She craves the dopamine rush and is a self-confessed addict to anything that gives her a rush and instant gratification. She lives for her next hit, and sadly, JJ is just another statistic of collateral damage.”

Just last month, Katie was snapped cosying up to a number of shirtless men while on holiday in Ibiza, and the holiday is said to have made JJ feel insecure. “She can’t help but flirt and cosy up to people, it’s the life she’s always led,” a source told OK!

The former glamour model was snapped partying with former UFC champion Conor McGregor, EastEnders star Dean Gaffney and nightclub boss Wayne Lineker, owner of the island’s famous O Beach club.

Katie gave fans a hint that things were on the rocks with JJ in May when she appeared on Paul C Brunson’s podcast. She opened up about her concerns that she was spending too much time with JJ and that she wasn’t going out to see her friends.

She said: “When you meet someone, it’s natural to want to be with them all the time. Then the mistakes I’ve made in the past are then you’re with them all the time.” She added: “I’m a bit worried that I’ve got like that with JJ.”

The Late Show’s Stephen Colbert hit back at President Donald Trump after he said he ‘absolutely loved’ that the CBS show was getting cancelled

Stephen Colbert told US President Donald Trump to go ‘f**k himself’ as he responded to a tweet the POTUS made about the CBS talk show host. CBS recently announced their decision to cancel The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, with the show not returning after May 2026.

CBS said financial difficulties were part of the reason they decided to cancel the long-running show, as they were ‘losing money’ in a challenging late-night show environment. Convicted felon and US President Trump, who is known to lash out at celebrities, was delighted at the news and took to his social media to share his excitement over The Late Show’s cancellation.

“I absolutely love that Colbert’ got fired. His talent was even less than his ratings. I hear Jimmy Kimmel is next. Has even less talent than Colbert!” he wrote.

“Greg Gutfield is better than all of them combined, including the Moron on NBC who ruined the once great Tonight Show.” In a segment on Stephen’s show, the host read out Trump’s tweet while doing an impression of the President’s voice.

The audience booed the tweet before Stephen confidently said: “How dare you, sir? Would an untalented man be able to compose the following satirical witticism?” before turning to a different camera and adding: “Go f**k yourself!”

Cheers could be heard from the audience before they started chanting: “Stephen! Stephen! Stephen!” After the cancellation of the show was announced, fellow talk show hosts shared their support for the star.

Jimmy Kimmel wrote: “Love you Stephen. F**k you and all your Sheldons, CBS.” Jimmy Fallon and Seth Meyers also posted their support

Tonight Show host Jimmy said: “I’m just as shocked as everyone,” while Seth posted: “I’m going to miss having him on TV every night.”

In a joint statement, Paramount and CBS bosses said: “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert will end its historic run in May 2026 at the end of the broadcast season. We consider Stephen Colbert irreplaceable and will retire The Late Show franchise at that time.

“We are proud that Stephen called CBS home. He and the broadcast will be remembered in the pantheon of greats that graced late night television.”

It continued: “This is purely a financial decision against a challenging backdrop in late night. It is not related in any way to the show’s performance, content or other matters happening at Paramount.”

Stephen broke the news last Thursday and told viewers: “I want to let you know something I found out just last night. Next year will be our last season. The network will be ending The Late Show in May.”

Loose Women panellist Brenda Edwards shared her worries for her role after ITV announced budget cuts to the programmes

Loose Women’s Brenda Edwards shared her worries about her job amid ITV’s budget cuts. The 56-year-old has been a panellist for the talk show since 2019 and hopes to keep her position on the programme to “raise awareness” on multiple topics that are regularly discussed on the show.

It comes as ITV revealed Loose Women will be airing for 30 weeks instead of 52 weeks starting from the New Year. Over 220 jobs at the channel are also being cut. Speaking to Women’s Own magazine, she said: “You have to move with the times I guess, and I hope this is just an interim thing, and maybe in a few years’ time [it will go back to how it was], but we can only wait and see.

She went on to discuss her fellow panellists, admitting she’s a “big fan” of Janet Street-Porter and her ‘feistiness’.

She added: “I just love her feistiness and outspokenness, which I think a lot of us have. She is doing her first-ever tour where she will talk to the audience, and it’s going to be fab!

Brenda isn’t the only Loose Women star to comment on the move as fellow panellist Nadia Sawalha previously said the ITV budget cuts news came “out of the blue” and would be “absolutely brutal” for the show.

Speaking on her YouTube channel, she said: “What’s been brutal, absolutely brutal, over the last week, honestly I feel tearful about it, is that hundreds of people… are going to be made redundant out of the blue, these are all the people behind the scenes that support us in every way.”

The cuts mean that around 220 out of the 440 staff involved in the programmes would lose their jobs following the decision published in May, reports the Guardian.

Whilst Loose Women will stay at the same running time, the number of times it appears on the air will be cut from 52 to 30 weeks.

ITV’s media and entertainment division Kevin Lygo has said that cutting Loose Women and Lorraine’s weeks aligned “with the lead daytime presenters who host their shows around a seasonal pattern”.

He explained: “Daytime is a really important part of what we do, and these scheduling and production changes will enable us to continue to deliver a schedule providing viewers with the news, debate and discussion they love from the presenters they know and trust, as well generating savings which will allow us to reinvest across the programme budget in other genres.”

In 2014, Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) began cheating on fiance Chrissie White (Louise Marwood) with Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) that sparked a craze amongst viewers known as Robron. But things did not end well, as the whole affair plot led to the death of Katie Winward (Sammy Winward), on the day that Robert was set to tie the knot after he pushed her through the floor during a confrontation at Wylie’s Farm.

Their relationship was tested in the years that followed and Aaron was later sent to prison when he attacked Lee Posner (Kristopher Ian Mochrie) for raping his sister Victoria Sugden (Isabel Hodgins) but the pair were able to navigate through things and eventually married in 2016. But Lee died after suffering brain haemorrhage that came as a result of the attack, and Robert was sentenced to 14 years in prison.

Fans of the Yorkshire-based soap will know that, despite his lengthy sentence, he made a shock return earlier this year after being released from prison early and he stormed into Aaron’s wedding, who has now struck up a relationship with Robert’s brother John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth). The wedding went ahead, even though Robert and his former flame shared a kiss, but fans of the former couple are now very excited over the idea that a spark between them could make a comeback for good.

Tweeting a photo from a magazine teaser that claimed a “surprise encounter” is on the horizon for Robert and Aaron, one super fan simply wrote: “AFFAIR 2.0 AFFAIR 2.0 AFFAIR 2.0 AFFAIR 2.0 AFFAIR 2.0 AFFAIR 2.0 AFFAIR 2.0 AFFAIR 2.0”, whilst another bluntly admitted: “I AM F****** SCREAMING RIGHT NOW.” Another claimed that fans of the soap were “winning” with the update, whilst a fourth user wrote :”OMGGGGGGGG”, seemingly in disbelief of the news.

A fifth viewer seemed rather impatient with the current plot that has seen John work his way through the village as a killer, but promised that they would start watching again if the couple was to reunite, as they wrote: “It better be because iv stopped watching the show until they get back together this storyline with John has dragged on for far to long now.”(sic)

This isn’t the fist time fans have theorised that Robron will make a comeback, with fans predicting that something was coming last month following a dramatic episode. Aaron and John were seen having a romantic night in, when they heard a knock at the door. To their surprise, it was none other than Robert at the door. Having just been released from prison, Robert smugly asked the pair if he could join their night.

Robert then told the pair he had just been released from prison, before saying: “Thought I’d spend some time with my family.” However, a less than impressed Aaron stood up and responded: “Well not here you’re not, get out.”

Robert didn’t put up a fight to stay, although he told Aaron he’d be seeing him soon. With a huge pause, he then ended the sentence by saying: “Family” and looking John straight in the eye. However, it was Aaron’s face fans couldn’t look away from as they noticed a smirk when his ex-lover walked into the room. Despite pretending in front of husband John he wanted Robert gone, he wasn’t fooling fans.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan said: “The way Aaron smirked when Robert walked through the door. Oh John you’re so done!”

A second commented: “The way both Aaron and John know they’re done for now, and both in completely different ways. “Aaron because he knows him and Rob are inevitable and John because he knows Robert will absolutely destroy him.”

This Morning host Alison could be seen wearing the same black sequin maxi as Loose Women star Judi Love, as they hit the red carpet on Saturday night for the Multicultural Business & Community Champion Awards.

But instead of steering clear of each other to avoid any embarrassment, the two presenters loved every second of their ‘double slay’, posing for photos alongside one another.

They shared their happy accident on social media, revelling in the fact they both picked out the same outfit. Stand up comedian and panellist Judi, 44, posted two photos of the women beaming together, writing: “There would be no one else I’d want to turn up to an event and we’re wearing the same outfit!!

“The same dress!! We laughed so hard and at the same time loved it so much!!” She added the hashtags ‘sameoutfit’, ‘sisterqueen’ and ‘doubletheslay’. I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! star Jane Moore has made her first TV appearance after being evicted from the Australian jungle.

The TV star, 62, reunited with her Loose Women co-stars on Monday as she joined Christine Lampard, Linda Robson, Judi Love, and Brenda Edwards via video call from Down Under.

A tired and worn out Jane appeared on video call, and revealed who her winner of the 2024 series is. Jane insisted that none other than Coleen Rooney deserves to win the show in her eyes – after the pair cemented a close bond while in the jungle together.

At first, Jane admitted that she felt she couldn’t get too close to Coleen, 38, given that she was from a journalistic background. However, as the days went on, Jane found herself gravitating towards WAG Coleen more and more.

Lifting the lid on what Coleen is really like behind the scenes, Jane told her Loose Women co-stars that the mum-of-four is quite reserved and quiet in the jungle. “I now call her Col. We’re not Coleen anymore, we’re Col. She’s brilliant. She’s very quiet and quite reserved.

“I thought in the camp that I would quietly get to know her. I wanted her to come out of her shell a bit, and she did confide in me that she was a bit overwhelmed by all the big personalities in camp – which is understandable. I really think that she’s coming into her own now. She is such a grafter and I hope she wins.”

During Friday’s instalment of I’m A Celebrity, it was announced that Loose Women’s Jane was the first campmated voted off the new series of the ITV show. Jane spoke to Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly following her departure, describing her stint in the jungle as “such a weird and magical experience”.

Some viewers shared surprise over Jane’s departure, with a number of fans having called for radio host Dean to be the first campmate to go this week. One wrote: “Dean still in the jungle i cannot go on like this.” Another said: “Guys I thought we were getting rid of Dean… GUYS PLEASE I THOUGHT WE AGREED?!” A third teased: “The British public like to disappoint others don’t they. Dean was supposed to be the 1st gone. Then Jane.”

Whilst talking to Ant and Dec, Jane reflected on the experience of having been a campmate. When asked if she was disappointed to be first out, she responded: “No more washing up – yes!” She also stated that: “Hard work doesn’t get rewarded.”

During her stint in the jungle, Jane came under fire after she accused Barry McGuigan and Danny Jones of being “sexist” and “ageist” over a camp chore. Viewers were unconvinced by her tirade too after voting for her to do a bushtucker trial.

Reflecting, she said: “I collected the logs, I built the fire, I emptied the dunny, because my partner was Dean, who was on trials all the time. So I did it all on my own, put out the rubbish. I had three jobs. I worked like a dog, and then they gave me the washing up, which is a really tough job to go three times a day all the way to the bottom of the creek, lugging everything. I wasn’t pleased about that, to be honest. I said to Danny when he walked out: ‘don’t give me cleaning’.”

She added that she “can’t wait to get rid of the washing up,” adding: “I’m never washing up again, ever. Yeah, it’s been hard work down there this year.” Jane backed Melvin Odoom or Coleen Rooney to win as they work hard in camp. She said: “I think Melvin is an absolute slogger. He’s very quiet. He doesn’t push himself forward. Colleen is another one. So they keep everything going. They’re not flamboyant but they’re solid.”

She said she enjoyed her time on the show – but said it wasn’t the “best experience” given the rain. “I will look back on this experience with a long list of fond memories, and I would do it all again in a heartbeat. […] I’ve never been so soaked in all my life, constantly. But you know, all of those guys in there are absolutely wonderful people. I’ve loved getting to know them all by asking them questions.”

Speaking about her departure, Ant said that he wasn’t surprised she had left. He said on Unpacked: “I’m not surprised because I think she hit the nail on the head [saying she had kept her head down and just did chores].” He suggested that campmates who have that approach don’t get the same amount of air time.

The TV star, 64, jetted Down Under to support her co-star Jane Moore following her exit from the I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! jungle. However, she appears to be trying to recruit another member for the Loose Women panel. ITV are reportedly wanting to sign Coleen Rooney to the hit daytime show upon her jungle exit.

The WAG is a fan favourite to be crowned Queen of the Jungle and has spilled on her life with famous husband Wayne and their four sons. Coleen has already appeared on Loose Women as a guest but has never secured a permanent spot. She is said to have turned down the opportunity while her sons Kai, 15, Klay, 11, Kit, eight, and Cass, five, were young.

Ruth confessed she would “love” to have Coleen on the show and branded it “absolutely fantastic”. Speaking on spin-off show, I’m A Celebrity… Unpacked she said: “On Loose Women, we share our lives, warts and all. So actually the fact that we don’t know Coleen very well, she’s very private, maybe now she’s felt comfortable enough to open up and she’s met Jane, they’ve become friends, so Coleen please come on.”

Loose Women star Denise Welch has confirmed she has landed a role in Emmerdale.

The 66-year-old actress is shown in first look images released by the iconic ITV soap that is set in the Yorkshire Dales. Her character Heidi will be linked to soap villain Tom King as he finally appears in court over his domestic abuse of wife Belle Dingle. But will he be sent down or will he get away with it?

Viewers will have to tune in to find out, but giving fans a few spoilers ahead of her upcoming role, Denise excitedly told the audience and her fellow Loose Women panellists: “I’m going to be in Emmerdale!”

She said: “It’s a one-off one hour special and it’s the first time Emmerdale have ever done it. And for those of you who are fans of Emmerdale, there is a very powerful year-long story of domestic abuse. Which of course, appealed to me when I knew I’d be part of it because of our Facing It Together campaign, and this is a culmination of that story.”

Denise continued: “The episode takes place exclusively between the court and the jury and I am one of the head’s of the jury called Heidi. Obviously, I can’t say what the outcome is, but it’s a very, very powerful episode and some of the lines are taken from true cases. Refuge have seen it and they’re thrilled with how it’s been depicted so it was incredible to be a part of it, and that’s on I think December 19.”

Landing the role is a career milestone for Denise – who has already appeared in Coronation Street, EastEnders and Hollyoaks. Her role in Emmerdale apparently makes her a ‘CHEE’. She gushed: “So I’ve now been in all four soaps.” which earned a round of cheers from the audience.

Explaining what it means, Denise added: “‘I saw on social media that I’m now a CHEE and that’s because it’s quite something in America to be an EGOT, which is the winner of an Emmy, a Grammy, and Oscar and a Tony. So not quite that level, but Corrie, Hollyoaks, EastEnders, and Emmerdale.”

Though there are some stars who have appeared in multiple British soaps, Denise is thought to be the first star to have appeared in all four of the current big ones. An actress from the age of 12, Denise got her big break on ITV series Soldier, Soldier in 1993, but it was her role as Rovers barmaid Natalie Barnes that made her a household name.

She played Natalie from 1997 to 2000. Her time in Corrie saw her have an affair with Kevin Webster while he was married to Sally, marry Des Barnes and later become the landlady of the Rovers Return. Her exit saw her flee Wetherfield pregnant with Rovers potman Vinny Sorrel’s baby. But Vinny was having an affair with her sister Debs and they ran off together to start a new life. In 2001, it was revealed Natalie had given birth to a daughter called Laura and was living in the Cotswolds with her cousin Helen.

In real life, Denise was pregnant with her son Louis, who is also an actor. She is also mum to Matty Healy, frontman of rock band The 1975. Denise later went on to star as transgender character Kyle’s mum, Alison Slater, in BBC’s EastEnders in 2016. And she played Trish Minniver in Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks from 2021 to 2022.

Eamonn Holmes has made a jaw-dropping dig at his ex-wife, Ruth Langsford, after reportedly claiming that his girlfriend, Katie Alexander, 43, is his “soulmate”. Ruth and Eamonn, both 65, sent shockwaves through the showbiz world when they announced they were heading for divorce last year.

The former This Morning stars were thought to have one of the strongest marriages in the industry. However, after calling it quits, Eamonn moved on with relationship councillor, Katie – who he subsequently took to the party island of Ibiza – while Ruth stayed silent.

Eamonn and Katie look very loved-up in recent snaps, having attended GB News star Nana Akua’s engagement party earlier this month.

According to Bella magazine, dad-of-four, Eamonn, gushed that Katie was his “soulmate” at the glamorous bash in London while also reportedly quipping: “In sickness you find out who is there for you.”

Commenting on the apparent dig, a source said: “It was an insensitive comment from Eamonn, but he’s smitten with Katie and does feel like she has been there for him through the hard times. That said, it is a kick in the teeth for Ruth because she has been there for him since the beginning.”

Now, often seen in a wheelchair due to his chronic health problems after having a double hip replacement and spinal surgery, Eamonn is said to be leaning on Katie, quite literally.

And there seems to be “no turning back” for the star’s ex, who was spotted without her wedding ring for the first time in more than a year after the split.

The Loose Women veteran announced her shock break-up with her husband of 14 years last May, and a source told OK! that ditching the ring after so long was a significant move on Ruth’s part.

The source close to Ruth said: “Removing that ring might have been a shock to fans, after she’s worn it for so long. But it was the final bit of closure. It was a message to Eamonn and symbolic that Ruth’s marriage and that chapter of her life is over.

She’s closing the door on her past for good. Taking it off is Ruth saying, ‘I’ve moved on, it’s all behind me.’ She’s just desperate to get this divorce out of the way, now. There’s no turning back.”

Keen cook Ruth, who shares son Jack, 23, with her Belfast-born ex posted an Instagram video recently which showed her happily prepping one of her “favourite summer dishes” – a “colourful, no-cook salad”.

It’s not the first time the seasoned star – who is now locked in a divorce battle with GB News presenter, Eamonn – has shared her culinary exploits on social media, but it’s the first time she’s done so having quietly removed the wedding ring on her left hand.
