Loose Women ‘axing huge part of show loved by fans’ in desperate bid to save money

It has been claimed that Loose Women will be scrapping its live studio audience when it returns with a reduced schedule next year

ITV have decided to axe a huge part of Loose Women in a desperate bid to save money, it has been reported. It has been claimed that the show will be scrapping its live studio audience when it returns with a reduced schedule next year.

This will come as a major blow to its panellists, who enjoy interacting with the audience as part of the programme. The decision to eliminate the studio audience is reportedly a cost-saving measure, with insiders revealing that it’s a pricey feature due to being managed by an external company, which also provides security and a warmup person.

However, for the presenters, this change is predicted to be a ‘disaster’. This move follows ITV’s announcement of significant budget cuts to their daytime schedule, from reducing Lorraine to 30 minutes and only broadcasting the show during school term times, to slashing Loose Women’s output to 30 weeks a year.

It comes after the Mirror revealed last month that staff fury at the channel is growing over the sweeping cuts, which includes the axing of 220 jobs.

Sources have informed MailOnline that key talent on Loose Women are ‘upset’ about the loss of the live studio audience, as it’s what distinguishes the show from Lorraine and Good Morning Britain. There are concerns that viewers may ‘switch off’ completely.

Meanwhile, a source told the Mirror: “While there is a proposal to not have a studio audience for Loose Women from 2026, that doesn’t necessarily mean that we’ll never have a studio audience again, it just won’t be in the same way as it is now. At this stage we are still exploring new ways of working and producing the show when we move to a new studio next year.”

Loose Women panellists such as Ruth Langsford, 65, Kaye Adams, 62, Nadia Sawalha, 60, and Charlene White, 44, have become household names thanks to the ITV show, but that hasn’t stopped big names speaking out about the changes.

The changes are expected to cause job losses across ITV’s morning offering including This Morning, Lorraine and Loose Women, which will be broadcast from a new location in central London while still being produced by ITV Studios.

Good Morning Britain is to be extended by half an hour from January, while Lorraine Kelly’s morning talk show will be reduced to 30 minutes for 30 weeks of the year, ITV said earlier this month.

This Morning, hosted by Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard, will remain in its 10am-12.30pm slot on weekdays through the year, with panel show Loose Women on from 12.30pm to 1.30pm.

Last month, Nadia criticised cuts to ITV daytime’s schedule, saying they have been “absolutely brutal” to production staff and came “out of the blue”. Speaking on her YouTube channel, the former EastEnders actress called conversations about the cuts “misogynistic”.

The Mirror also previously revealed that many are blaming chief executive Carolyn McCall for the “death of daytime” and have criticised her for pocketing a massive £4million salary, including bonus, last year.

Almost everyone knows the name Eileen Grimshaw from her time on our screens over the last two decades, but as she exits the show, fans are learning more about the real star behind it all. From finding her husband to a terrifying health battle – Sue Cleaver has been through a offscreen – while playing Eileen onscreen.

Sue joined the soap in the year 2000 and is about to make her final exit in her role as Eileen. Throughout her time on the show, she has made appearances in other parts of the TV world, gaining recognition for her down-to-earth nature, away from the Corrie limelight.

However, before it all began, the actress was raised in Barnet, Hertfordshire, by her adopted parents. It wasn’t until her twenties that she reconnected with her birth mother and discovered a relationship with her sisters, who also happened to be actresses.

As she found her passion for drama, Cleaver played her first ever TV part, albeit a minor role, in A Touch of Frost, kicking off a television career that would go on to last over 20 years.

After her first role, she starred in the highly acclaimed series, Band of Gold, before solidifying herself in the world of TV alongside Julie Walters in Girls Night – but it was her role on Coronation Street that skyrocketed her to fame.

As well as becoming a household name, Sue also found love on the ITV soap. Sue is currently married to Brian Owen, lighting technician for ITV. The couple met on the set of Corrie in the 2000s, and have been together ever since.

Previously, the star was married to actor James Quinn – who also starred in soaps including Emmerdale, Hollyoaks, and Doctors. The couple tied the knot in 1993, before parting ways ten years later. The couple share son Elliot together.

During her time on one of Britain’s favourite soaps, Cleaver was able to dabble in other projects that helped fans get to know the real her. In 2022, the actress joined Ant and Dec in the jungle for the 22nd series of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, where she gained even wider recognition, placing 9th in the series.

Three years prior to her stint on I’m A Celebrity, Sue went through a terrifying health scare, when a battle with sepsis left her fighting for her life. Initially thinking it was an IBS flare up – it was co-star Melanie Hill who noticed Sue’s feet were blue and purple.

Speaking to Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford on This Morning back in 2019, she recalled uncontrollably shivering as her husband came back from a night shift. “He came back and I was just shaking. He rang out daughter, who’s a paramedic who said: ‘Get her to hospital.’ My temperature was 39.9. I didn’t know I had sepsis till the next day.

“Immediately I was on fluids and antibiotics. There was an hour window of opportunity,” she shared. The star also opened up about the terrifying ordeal on Loose Women this year – after becoming a panellist on the show.

She also opened up about her departure from the soap, saying: “I have decided after 25 wonderful, wonderful years that it is time to hang Eileen back up in the prop cupboard.”

She continued: “I’ve decided that it’s time to leave. I mean, they’re keeping the door firmly open for me. But it’s just, it’s the right time; it’s the end of an era.”

Just last year, the star published her first ever book, A Work in Progress, and in it, she detailed her life stories, from time on the cobbles to family life, all while sharing her tips and advice for other women.

Speaking about her iconic onscreen punch up with rival Gail Platt in 2004 in the publication, Sue penned: “We had to wear kneepads and elbow pads – it was quite physical. It took hours and hours to film. At one point I was lying on the cobbles which were soaking wet and she sat astride me and we looked at each other and I said: ‘What a f*****g stupid way to pay the mortgage.’ We both got the giggles.”

Tonight, Eileen Grimshaw will finally say goodbye to the cobbles – as she embarks on new adventures. Fans will surely miss the star – but the door has been left open, should she ever want to return to the soap.

Loose Women star Stacey Solomon and her husband Joe Swash have given a realistic perspective on their home life, admitting they have a “constant battle” with their kids. Former EastEnders actor Joe, 43, and Stacey, 35, have six children between them.

Together, they have Rex, five, Rose, three, and Belle, two. Stacey has two children from previous relationships, Leighton, 12, and Zachary, 17.

Joe also has a 17-year-old son, Harry, who he had with his ex Emma Sophocleous. The couple separated when their son was very young, with Joe going to court to see his son.

But parenting has taken on new difficulties in recent years, with Stacey and Joe forced to put their feet down when it comes to the relatable issue of screen time. They now call using the phone “a privilege”, making sure Rex only has an hour at the weekend to play games if he behaves at school and completes his chores.

In a new interview with Huffington Post, Joe explained his and Stacey’s “battle” with their son and his weekly reward of screen time. He said: “But even that, me and Stacey begrudgingly let him have that.

“It’s difficult, it’s a constant battle … And even then, when he’s playing the games, we’re constantly watching what he’s doing, what games he’s playing. It’s something that concerns us, you know?”

Joe explained that he feels it’s a balancing act – with their older children, he knows that access to a phone is a big part of their social life. But he still wants to keep tabs on their usage, to make sure they’re safe.

Although the couple are on the same page when it comes to using the internet, Joe admits there’s “no real right or wrong”. He added that every parent is “muddling through” and “making mistakes”.

The couple are always ones to keep it real, and with their new reality show Stacey & Joe: Full House, fans are getting a look into life behind closed doors for the close-knit family. Their series has given a realistic look into the ups and downs of family life, and how they all navigate their busy careers and home.

The pair, who tied the knot in 2022, revealed they’ve turned to marriage therapy to keep their relationship on track. A source recently told OK! that Stacey and Joe may have underplayed how big a step having cameras around for every tricky moment would be.

The source said: “They underestimated how difficult it was going to be doing this reality show and having cameras around, and watching it back hasn’t been the easiest thing. The pressures of all the kids and work while balancing their relationship has been hard, they won’t deny that.”

The source also claims they are proud of opening up about having couple’s therapy on-air. “They’re going to therapy because they love each other and would never want to get to the point where they don’t want to be together anymore. Yes, there have been ups and downs and it’s been quite a rollercoaster – but they know there’s no shame in therapy and both realise it’s the best thing for their relationship and to iron out their issues.”

EastEnders’ Bradley Branning star unrecognisable with different job 15 years on

Charlie Clements, who played Bradley Branning in EastEnders has undergone a dramatic transformation since departing the soap, and has now switched his career entirely

Charlie Clements has undergone a remarkable transformation, now sporting glasses and a beard, a stark contrast to his on-screen EastEnders persona. The actor who brought Bradley Branning to life started on the BBC One soap in 2006 before leaving in February 2010.

Charlie’s dramatic exit from EastEnders took place in its first-ever live episode, marking the show’s 25th anniversary, where his character fell to his death from the Queen Vic’s roof while being chased by the police. Bradley had pledged to protect his wife Stacey after she murdered her rapist Archie Mitchell, and the couple had devised a plan to flee together.

However, their getaway plan went disastrously wrong when Bradley attempted to scale The Vic to dodge the police. His hasty escape attempt ended in tragedy, leaving his wife a widow and sending shockwaves through Walford. The groundbreaking episode captivated nearly 20 million viewers.

Over a decade after his EastEnders days, Charlie decided to step away from acting, admitting that, like everyone else, he needs to “pay his bills”. In May 2024, he announced to his Instagram followers: “Aware that some may be less interested in my golf related activities! But for those who are go follow me at @charlieclementsgolf.”

His dedicated golf page showcases his new life as a greenkeeper, featuring photos of him honing his golf swing. In a recent post, the ex-soap star revealed: “In my career as an actor I’ve had some incredible opportunities and moments..

“But since starting out as a Greenkeeper a year ago, this is up there with the best of them… Touching the hallowed turf of Centre!”

Known as the unsung heroes of the golfing world, greenkeepers play a vital role in preserving the game’s manicured greens and fairways, overseeing tasks from smoothing out sand traps to grooming the plants that border the course.

Charlie was recognised for his work during his time on EastEnders, scooping the Most Popular Newcomer award at the 2006 National Television Awards.

Following his dramatic departure from EastEnders, Charlie continued to make his mark in the entertainment industry. He played Jake O’Reilly in Casualty and in 2017, he appeared in the documentary Elizabeth and Her Enemies, portraying the Earl of Essex.

Off-screen, Charlie married his long-term girlfriend, Rebecca Clatworthy, in 2018 and the pair have three children. In addition to his acting prowess, Charlie has a keen eye for photography, frequently sharing photos of landscapes and nature on his Instagram page.

However, like many during the pandemic, Charlie faced the need to adapt. During the lockdowns, he temporarily put his acting career on hold to support his family. He worked in a restaurant during the initial lockdown and later at a garden centre during the second.

Speaking candidly on Loose Women, the actor explained: “Acting is my first love and career choice, but at the end of the day, I’m a jobbing actor. I’ve got bills to pay and a family to support like everyone else.”

Back in February, Charlie reflected on his EastEnders success on Instagram, writing: “Reminded today that ‘I died’ 15 years ago today which makes that little thing even older.!!! As EE turns 40 I remind myself how fortunate I was to work on such an institution at such a young age and will be forever thankful to those to who made it possible.”

He concluded: “Happy birthday EE, I am immensely proud to have been a small part of you.”

From Royal Riches to Rumored Ruin: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Reportedly Slashing Staff, Ditching Projects, and Selling Off Dreams as Montecito Mansion Bleeds Cash, Netflix Dries Up, Spotify Collapses, Private Jets Vanish, and the Former Duke and Duchess Stare Down a Harsh New Reality Without Royal Paychecks, Public Sympathy, or Hollywood Calling

It started with a $100 million Netflix deal. Then came the podcast empire, the memoirs, the documentaries, the red carpets, the speeches. It all looked golden.

But now, insiders claim Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are facing a brutal financial reckoning—and the cracks are no longer hidden behind palace walls or Montecito hedges.

According to multiple sources close to the couple, the Sussexes are slashing staff, freezing creative projects, and watching the money flow out faster than it’s coming in. From security bills to empty production slates, from underperforming content to vanishing VIP perks, the fairytale is, reportedly, bleeding.

MONEY’S TOO TIGHT TO MENTION! SUSSEX ATM DRY? #meghan #meghanmarkle #royal

    Montecito Mansion, Empty Calendar

Let’s start with the estate: a 16-bedroom, $14 million mansion in Montecito—complete with a chicken coop and endless overheads. But what’s a royal retreat without royal revenue?

According to industry insiders, the couple’s once-buzzy production company, Archewell Productions, has stalled. Seven planned projects? Gone. The only thing to materialize: a low-impact polo series and a trickle of digital detritus.

The massive deals they signed with Spotify and Netflix—heralded in the press as revolutionary—are reportedly “performance-based,” with most of the big bucks contingent on actual, successful content. And when Spotify dropped them like a hot mic in 2023? That hurt more than reputations—it hurt the bank account.

Residual Myth: The “Suits” Fantasy Debunked

One particularly laughable narrative recently resurfaced: that Meghan, due to the rebroadcasting of Suits, is quietly cashing in.

    Rubbish, say industry veterans.

“She was seventh on the call sheet,” one UK entertainment source explained. “Residuals for a decade-old show on streaming? We’re talking coins—maybe £47 if you’re lucky.”

So, no, she’s not secretly raking in millions from Netflix reruns of her paralegal days.

No Staff, No Stars, No Showtime

In recent weeks, the Sussexes have quietly let go of multiple staff members—including publicists, assistants, and production aides—many of whom were reportedly on freelance “stringer” contracts.

That’s not unusual in Hollywood—but it is when you’re supposedly building a media empire.

“The problem,” says a former Archewell consultant, “is that there’s no actual work coming in. No greenlit shows. No press tours. No upcoming releases. Just costs.”

And costs are everywhere. The Montecito property taxes. The private security. The travel. The stylists. The jet fuel.

Every time Meghan boards a private plane, one source said, “the credit card groans.”

Security Nightmare: Harry’s UK Court Loss

Prince Harry’s recent legal defeat in the UK—failing to regain taxpayer-funded royal security—has added another bill to the pile.

Now, when the couple returns to the UK (which is rare), they must pay privately for elite protection. And that doesn’t come cheap.

“That ruling devastated him,” one close friend reportedly shared. “He’s become withdrawn. Frustrated. Depressed. Because he knows the dream of straddling both worlds—royal and rebel—is crumbling.”

MEGHAN BROKEN AFTER THIS CRUEL SPOOF- LATEST #megynkelly #meghanmarkle #royal

No More Free Rides: Even Private Jets Dry Up

Remember when celebrities lined up to lend their private planes to the Sussexes? That’s over.

    Why?

Because climate hypocrisy doesn’t trend well—and no star wants their aircraft linked to a couple known for lecturing on environmentalism while flying high-altitude.

“That New York trip to see the musical Gypsy cost tens of thousands,” one source said. “And it generated… what? A photo op? No ROI.”

The image of glamor and global purpose simply isn’t enough anymore.

Where Did It All Go Wrong?

Many blame overreach. Others, poor management. But at its core, the Sussexes’ struggle seems rooted in a simple reality: They overestimated how long the world would stay fascinated.

“When they first left the royals, they were hot,” said royal biographer Eliza Faye. “Now, even Hollywood is bored. They’re not working royals. They’re not working stars. They’re just… in-between.”

A Tale as Old as Windsor: Duke and Duchess of Disconnection

Observers are now drawing stark comparisons between Harry and Meghan and the original ex-royal rebels: the Duke and Duchess of Windsor.

They too were hot—briefly. They too were courted—then forgotten. Eventually, they too were forced to cut back, living in smaller homes, appearing in awkward photo spreads, their royal mystique dimmed by time and disinterest.

“It’s eerie,” said historian Patrick Daniels. “History doesn’t just rhyme—it’s playing on repeat.”

What’s Next? More Cuts, More Silence

According to the latest reports, the couple’s financial reality will only tighten as autumn approaches. No new revenue streams. No confirmed projects. Just rising costs and fewer staff to manage them.

And here’s the kicker: they still live like global stars, but the world no longer sees them that way.

The press may be brutal. The satire may be cruel. But the accounting? The numbers don’t lie.

Final Word: A Crisis of Currency—Both Financial and Cultural

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle wanted to redefine royalty. But in doing so, they also redefined risk. No royal budget. No sovereign support. Just fame, feelings, and fragile fortunes.

Now, as the headlines whisper of budget cuts and mounting pressure, the ex-royals may soon discover something harder than leaving the Palace: staying relevant when the cameras stop rolling.

Their empire was built on the promise of a new kind of royalty.

The question now: does anyone still want to buy it?

Broke, Bitter, and Brutal: Meghan Markle’s Lavish Empire Implodes as Staff Speak Out—From Tina Knowles Desperation to ‘Meg the Bully’ Allegations, the Sussex Survivors Club Grows Louder While Harry Fades and Divorce Rumors Explode

    The fairy tale is unraveling—fast.

Meghan Markle Being Called Out | TikTok

Once hailed as the dazzling modern couple who could reshape monarchy with compassion and charisma, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are now facing a full-blown reckoning. Their Montecito empire—built on Netflix dreams, podcast ambitions, and royal mystique—is imploding under the weight of silence, scandal, and a growing chorus of staff who say they barely survived working for the couple.

In a whirlwind week of media firestorms, three bombshells have erupted: Meghan’s desperate podcast grab featuring Beyoncé’s mom, fresh staff departures linked to toxic work environments, and now—most damning of all—a former royal aide breaking her silence, face visible, voice trembling, calling Meghan’s behavior “soul-shredding.”

From Suits to Spoofs: The Podcast Disaster

Let’s start with Meghan’s supposed comeback.

After the Spotify debacle—where Meghan and Harry lost their multimillion-dollar deal amidst accusations of laziness and fraud—a new podcast was teased as her “big relaunch.” Hopes were high. Would Oprah appear? Michelle Obama? Maybe Beyoncé?

No. The guest was Tina Knowles, Beyoncé’s mother. Not a bad guest for a lifestyle chat—but a far cry from the global superstardom Meghan envisions. The move reeked of desperation. Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield confirmed that Meghan pursued Dolly Parton, who declined. Taylor Swift reportedly never responded to Meghan’s handwritten invitation. And multiple A-listers now avoid her like a PR wildfire.

“This isn’t a comeback,” one Hollywood insider told The Telegraph“It’s a cry for relevance.”

Even the podcast teaser—a weird attempt at a Southern accent paired with over-produced quotes about “matriarchs”—was mocked online. Meghan’s garden photos, intended to show humility and domesticity, were also picked apart: “Those vegetables don’t grow together.” “Where’s the dirt?” Again, image over substance.

Inside Montecito: A House Too Big, A Staff Too Few

Malicious weasel!" Meghan Markle called out for "disgusting" Lilibet lie she told about late Queen - YouTube

Behind the gates of their $14.65 million mansion in California, things are reportedly worse. Prince Harry and Meghan have quietly laid off multiple key employees—including their senior communications director and Archewell’s head of external affairs. According to Page Six and The Times, over 40 staff have departed the Sussex orbit since 2020. Many now identify as members of the “Sussex Survivors Club.”

These aren’t just disillusioned PR reps. We’re talking assistants who claim they were screamed at at 3 a.m., nannies who weren’t allowed to rest, and even senior palace aides who said they were left emotionally wrecked.

“She didn’t just break people,” one former Kensington Palace staffer told Sky News Australia this week, “she shredded their souls.”

The Bullying Claims Resurface—Now with a Face and a Voice

The most damning development came when a former royal staffer finally went public—on camera—to recount her experience with Meghan.

According to her, Meghan’s charm in public masked a chilling reality in private: icy cruelty, manipulation, and emotional control. The staffer alleged Meghan “shape-shifted” depending on who was in the room—lovely and gentle when Harry was near, cold and controlling when he wasn’t.

But it was her account of Queen Elizabeth’s private reaction that hit hardest.

“She read the complaints personally. She was heartbroken. She said, ‘This is not what Harry was raised to allow.’”

Queen Elizabeth reportedly called Harry in for a one-on-one meeting. Nothing changed.

“Harry defended her. He was in love. He looked pale, stressed, like the Harry we knew had disappeared.”

"Malicious weasel!" Meghan Markle called out for "disgusting" Lilibet lie she told about late Queen

Another aide said Harry “turned gray” from stress in his final royal year. His jokes stopped. His face grew weary. His spark, one said, “vanished completely.”

The Sussex Survivors Club Is No Longer Silent

In the past, these claims might have been dismissed as tabloid venom. But now they’re echoed by veteran journalists like Dan Wootton and Angela Levin—who claim staff were driven to therapy, medication, even rehab due to working conditions. One anonymous source told The Times Meghan called them “incompetent” in front of others and banned staff from making eye contact unless spoken to.

“She saw kindness as weakness,” one survivor said. “She demanded loyalty, but gave none.”

Angela Levin noted that this may be just the beginning. Many staff remain bound by non-disclosure agreements. But as the Sussexes’ public shield crumbles, so does the fear.

    No Denial, No Apology—Only Silence

The Sussex camp has not issued a denial. Their Archewell Foundation remains mute. Harry and Meghan continue appearing at curated events and photo ops—but the public notices the silence.

“She called herself a champion of mental health,” a former assistant told Vanity Fair“but she mocked us when we cried.”

    And Then There’s Divorce

Angela Levin, speaking on TalkTV, didn’t shy away from the growing rumors:
“If the Netflix money dries up, if the brand continues to sink, Meghan may cash out—and leave.”

Multiple reports suggest Meghan is preparing for a strategic exit. The couple’s joint projects are failing. Archewell isn’t making the impact it promised. And Harry? Sources say he’s isolated, missing his old life, and growing weary of the Hollywood treadmill.

“He was born for service,” one royal staffer said. “But now he just serves a brand that’s breaking apart.”

In the end, the Sussex experiment—part love story, part rebellion, part global media empire—may be remembered not for its ideals, but for the way it fell apart.

    Not with a bang.

But with a podcast featuring Beyoncé’s mom… and the sound of 40 staffers whispering:

    “We survived.”

It was supposed to be a solemn day of remembrance—an anniversary to honor the 52 souls lost and over 700 injured in one of Britain’s darkest hours. But instead, July 7, 2025—the 20th anniversary of the 7/7 terrorist attacks—ignited a firestorm of controversy as King Charles III’s official statement was met with rage, disbelief, and accusations of betrayal from survivors, commentators, and citizens across the nation.

At the heart of the uproar? A single sentence.

“Let us therefore use this 20th anniversary,” the King said, “to reaffirm our commitment to building a society where people of all faiths and backgrounds can live together with mutual respect and understanding—always standing firm against those who would seek to divide us.”

But what exactly did “those who would seek to divide us” mean?

For broadcaster Dan Wootton and political commentator Alex Phillips, the implication was crystal clear—and deeply offensive.

“I have great respect for the King,” Wootton began solemnly on his show Outspoken, “but you know that we know what you’re saying there. You’re talking about Nigel Farage. You’re talking about Tommy Robinson. You’re talking about people like me.”

His voice rising with emotion, Wootton recalled the terror of that day. He had been on the London Underground that morning, en route to pick up a tuxedo for a now-cancelled event. “At Earl’s Court, the panic swept through the tube. A conductor said, ‘You’ve got to get off now. There’s been a bomb.’ I ran. I remember everything. The chaos. The smoke. The confusion.”

Wootton wasn’t just a commentator—he was a survivor. And like many, he felt betrayed.

“What I’m not proud of,” he continued, “is the fact that 20 years later, we are still being gaslit by our leaders—including King Charles today. We’re not seeking to divide. We’re trying to talk about the real problem.”

The real problem, according to Wootton and his guests? Islamist extremism—and the government and media’s refusal to name it.

“The Men Who Tried to Blow Us to Pieces”

In graphic detail, Wootton recounted the horror of the morning of July 7, 2005. Four young British men—homegrown Islamist extremists—detonated bombs on three underground trains and a double-decker bus. Fifty-two civilians were murdered in cold blood. Dozens were decapitated, dismembered, or crushed in pitch-black tunnels. Survivors had to crawl over body parts. Some waited over an hour for medical help.

Yet despite the horror, Wootton argues, British society remains unwilling to confront the ideological root cause.

“This wasn’t a power surge. This wasn’t a freak accident. This was a coordinated Islamist attack by people born and radicalized in this country. And two decades later, we’re still afraid to talk about it.”

The Line That Crossed the Line

For Alex Phillips, the King’s message was more than a misstep—it was a coded rebuke to anyone brave enough to speak up.

“Islamism is terrorism,” she declared. “We’re not talking about peaceful Muslims. We’re talking about those who believe it’s okay to take little white girls as sex slaves, who want to blow up arenas, who radicalize children. And instead of addressing it, we’re told we’re the problem.”

Phillips warned that new legislation on so-called “Islamophobia” could criminalize discussion and silence critics. “At that point,” she warned, “it’s over. Especially for women. Especially for gay men. We won’t even be allowed to speak about the threat.”

    A Nation Gaslit

Charlie DS, representing a younger generation, added a chilling data point: “Forty percent of British Muslims aged 16 to 24 say they support Sharia law. That’s not integration. That’s radicalization.”

He pointed out that the four 7/7 bombers were all under 30—young men born and raised in the UK. “This issue hasn’t gotten better,” he said. “It’s gotten worse. And no one dares admit it.”

In an alarming moment, Phillips cited intelligence sources warning of a potential shift in terrorist tactics: incendiary attacks, coordinated arson, attacks on infrastructure. “It wouldn’t take 40,000,” she said, referring to the number of individuals reportedly on the UK’s Islamist watchlist. “Just a few hundred, armed with petrol bombs, could overwhelm our cities.”

She reminded viewers that only 3,000 Hamas militants paralyzed Israel on October 7, 2023. “We are not prepared,” she said flatly. “We are sleepwalking into disaster.”

    A Deafening Silence

What made the fury explode was not just the King’s carefully worded statement—it was his absence. Charles did not attend the memorial at St. Paul’s Cathedral, sending Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, in his place. The Palace cited “convention”—monarchs traditionally only mark the 25th anniversary—but to many, it felt like a snub.

“It just feels like he doesn’t care,” said one caller. “We’re grieving. We’re terrified. And our King is talking about unity instead of evil.”

Meanwhile, Reform UK leader Nigel Farage was the only major political figure to explicitly link 7/7 to Islamist ideology, calling for a hard stance against extremism. Wootton praised him—and ominously hinted that “mass deportations” might be the only solution.

    The Final Hour?

For many viewers and listeners, the segment wasn’t just a rant—it was a reckoning. A wake-up call. A cry for truth over tolerance, action over appeasement.

“The 11th hour,” Phillips warned, “may have already passed. When even our monarch won’t say the word—Islamist—we are lost.”

And as the show faded out, Wootton looked into the camera with a chilling final appeal:

“Your Majesty, we beg you—no more platitudes. No more coded statements. Name the threat. Honor the victims. Protect your people. Or history will not forgive you.”

Denise Welch has been scammed of thousands of pounds after making a huge error – and is warning others not to do the same.

The Loose Women star has opened up about being scammed by a phone call, where she lost £2000 when she picked up the phone convinced she was talking to the Barclays fraud squad – but it was actually an impersonator.

Denise appeared on Good Morning Britain today, where she chatted to hosts Ranvir Singh and Ed Balls about her own experiences, hoping that it could help others and stop them going through something similar.

When asked what one thing people should have in their minds if they’re worried about this happening to them, Denise said: “In my opinion, do not give your information to anybody unless you can somehow be 100% sure. Ring them back. Anybody that’s calling you, even though you may have spoken to that person before, say, do you know something? You’ve called me.”

Recalling what happened, Denise explained she was busy at the time she got the phone call and panicked.

She added: “It was a few years ago, it was pre pandemic, and I was rehearsing a show – Calendar Girls: The Musical. We weren’t supposed to look at our phones or take personal phone calls. We all have a sneaky look. And there was Barclays.

“I went out, took the phone call and they said, it’s the fraud squad. They said there was some fraudulent activity going on with your card, and we want to put a stop to it. And I had absolutely zero doubt that I was talking to the fraud department from my bank because it had come up under the headline of Barclays that I had put into my phone.”

Revealing how she was taken in by the man, she admitted it wasn’t until the fifth call when she made the mistake.

She explained: “I was talking to this chap called Michael. I remember him, he was obviously very personable. And I went through, over a series of about four phone calls, all of the information you are duly expected to give. It was my full name, my date of birth, my address and postcode and my mother’s maiden name – again, didn’t hesitate because it said Barclays.

“So over about four phone calls, Michael had become my best friend. He said it was taking a long time to do this because this was a fraud that was potentially going to be bigger than they thought. This is where anybody watching this will be shouting, well, that’s on you. How stupid of you. They then said, on about the fifth phone call, we’re going to have to ask for your four digit pin.”

“Now, even I know that you don’t give your pin away, but because I was talking to the fraud department at Barclays, I did. And the next day, I mentioned this to my husband, who went absolutely spare,” she recalled.

She sadly lost her beloved dad in January last year as he died after a long battle with prostate cancer. Kym has now shared her cousin Carl has died “far too soon” alongside a heartbreaking message.

The TV star wrote: “I can’t believe I’m writing this. Today our family say goodbye to Carl. My cousin. A legend to all who knew him. A light turned out far too soon.” It comes after reports of the sad fortune Steve Irwin left his wife and kids as they went into debt.

“A huge hole in our lives that will never be filled. Sometimes life makes no sense. There are times when you just can’t understand how such cruel things happen, to good honest people. This is one of those times.”

She added: “Carl was the kindest, funniest, most unique person I’ve ever known. The memories I have of us growing up, the camping holidays with the fam, the laughs, your silliness, your loyalty.

“You were one of a kind cuz, and I will miss you until the end of time. I wish I could be there today to say my final goodbye, but I know that you know how much I love you, and I know you would be telling me to stop being a silly arse and stop crying, and that you would want me to be where I am doing what I’m doing.

“Doesn’t stop me wishing I was there, or thinking of my family today, or grieving, or wishing I could make this better for everyone. I know that the family will give you the best send off cuz and that they will do you proud.”

Kym emotionally concluded: “We will love you forever and always. Good night god bless my wonderful cousin. Sleep tight.”

Earlier this year, Kym marked what would have been her dad Dave’s 80th birthday with a heartfelt tribute. She shared a photo of her dad smiling while holding a bowl of ice cream.

She penned: “Happy heavenly birthday Poppa Bear. You would have been 80 today and I so wish you were here to celebrate that! I would love nothing more than to hear you laugh and tell jokes and look at your amazing smiley face. I miss you so much Dad.”

Kym added: “You have left a huge hole in my life that can never be filled. My hero. My biggest champion. My world. I love you always and forever, or as you would say, to Aldi and back!! Have fun up there. Always your shadow, Kym.”

Kym has spoken about grief and “hard times” recently. In an interview with Closer magazine, she suggested that “life is always a struggle” and teased that she will “put herself first for once” ahead of her 50th birthday next year.

It comes following the family heartbreaks and her split from her boyfriend. She told the outlet: “Life is always a struggle – it’s not like all of a sudden, it’s a fairy tale.”

Kym then said that there are “always things” that people are struggling with, whether that be a “hard time” or “trying to achieve a dream,” before adding that her advice is to “just keep going”.

David Beckham showed his support for his eldest son Brooklyn Beckham on social media this week following rumours of a rift between some of the family in recent months

David Beckham has made a supportive gesture towards his son Brooklyn Beckham this week. The public support comes following rumours of tension between the retired footballer and his eldest child in recent months.

The speculation was fuelled by reports that Brooklyn, 26, was absent from a 50th birthday party for David, 50, earlier this year and he is thought to have missed other family celebrations. There has been an apparent ‘olive branch’ on social media since though amid hopes for reconciliation.

David showed his support for his eldest son this week by liking a post that featured a video of ‘aspiring chef’ Brooklyn making spaghetti carbonara. It comes after David ditched his iconic tiny trunks on yacht trip with Gordon Ramsay’s family.

Brooklyn shared the video with his followers on Instagram yesterday. The post has amassed more than 650,000 views on the platform since it was uploaded and his father David is among the 12,000 likes.

Although met with support, Brooklyn also faced criticism over the carbonara recipe tutorial this week, with some viewers having suggested that he had burnt the guanciale. Chef Aldo Zilli even waded in amid reaction last night.

Brooklyn however included a note about the guanciale in the comments section of his post. Dismissing the idea that he had burned the cured meat whilst preparing the dish, he wrote to fans in a comment: “Guanciale has a lot of sugar in that’s why it’s darker. I slow cooked it so it’s not burned.”

David’s support over his son’s post comes following rumours of a rift between Brooklyn and his parents. Brooklyn’s been spending time with his in-laws instead and it was recently teased that the two families narrowly avoided running into each other whilst on separate holidays in France.

Brooklyn’s parents David and Victoria Beckham, 51, who has been liking some of her son’s posts lately, were spotted on a yacht whilst on the holiday with family and friends. They are understood to have been joined by their younger kids Romeo Beckham, 22, Cruz Beckham, 20, and Harper Beckham, 14, on the vacation.

Instead, Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz, 30, were seen enjoying a trip abroad with her family last month. It comes following speculation earlier this year that Brooklyn hasn’t really felt “like he fits into” his own family lately.

Last month, amid Brooklyn’s trip, it was reported that Sir Elton John, 78, has acted as “peacemaker” for the family. He’s said to have caught up with his godson Brooklyn and his wife Nicola over lunch in Cannes whilst they were away.

A source told the Sun: “[Elton’s] utterly neutral in this row.” They added: “Elton and [his husband David Furnish] think the situation is terribly sad, and has gently suggested to all involved that life is short – and to patch things up.”

The group still had a “really fun long lunch” though, according to the source. They told the outlet: “Besides a very brief chat on the subject that dare rear its name, they discussed loads of other, much more lighthearted matters.”
