Eamonn Holmes spent ‘months’ trying to save Ruth marriage but she was ‘determined’ to leave

Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford are said to have split over a year ago, but were battling behind the scenes to save their marriage until a statement was allegedly ‘orchestrated’ by the Loose Women star to alert fans to the break-up

Eamonn Holmes is said to be ‘furious’ over his split with Ruth Langsford and blaming the public end to their 14 year marriage as being ‘orchestrated’ by the Loose Women star.

The couple’s shock separation was revealed by their representatives this weekend. The bombshell joint statement read: “Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes have confirmed their marriage is over and they are in the process of divorcing.”

It has now being reported that the pair actually split over a year ago but Eamonn wanted to keep the news under wraps while they worked on their relationship.

The news broke on Saturday after mounting speculation with fans questioning what was going on between the once close-knit pair, who worked together on This Morning, after spotting they hadn’t been seen together for months.

Pals have now claimed that Eamonn has been ‘struggling’ behind the scenes and did not want to make the news public.

Eamonn Holmes is said to have spent months trying to save his marriage to Ruth Langsford before the announcement was made

The joint statement is said to have been arranged by Ruth, 64, with Eamonn ‘refusing’ to get involved. “Ruth can do what she wants but keep me out of it,” the presenter is said to have told his friends.

Eamonn is reported to be furious about the separation having spent months trying to ‘save’ the marriage, saying the break-up has ‘very much been orchestrated by Ruth’ who was ‘determined’ to walk away.

Eamonn Holmes’ camp are said to be alleging that Ruth ‘orchestrated’ the break-up while he had wanted to work on the marriage

According to the Mail On Sunday, one source who knows the Irish star said that Eamonn would become ‘very angry indeed’ when probed on the truth of his marriage.

“His language became really quite rude. He was struggling to accept it.” Another source added: “Eamonn’s preferred way was not to tell anyone. Deep down he knew it couldn’t carry on but he was kind of sticking his head in the sand. He is very upset indeed.”

After the sad news was finally made public, Eamonn is now gearing up to speak for the first time publicly when he returns to GB News on Monday morning.

Outspoken Eamonn is said to be willing to discuss the update to his personal life, as he knows his loyal fans will be wanting to hear answers direct from him.

“Eamonn is always frank on camera and knows it will be odd for him to discuss the day’s news without mentioning his split so he’ll say a few words,” a source told The Sun. “He is putting on a brave face and will be the true professional he always is. Focusing on work will be a welcome distraction.”

Eamonn Holmes’ TV return confirmed as he’s set to ‘reveal all’ about Ruth Langsford split

Eamonn Holmes was surprisingly missing from his morning show on GB News this Monday amid reports of a Ruth Langsford ‘tell-all’ interview – but his return date has now been revealed

Eamonn Holmes’ return date to GB News has been revealed after he was missing from the show on Monday amid reports of a Ruth Langsford ‘tell-all’ interview.

Over the weekend, it was announced that Loose Women star Ruth Langsford and TV presenter husband Eamonn, 64, had split. The couple shocked fans with a statement confirming that their 14 year marriage was over. Amid his heartache, Eamonn is gearing up to tell all about his second divorce when he returns to GB News this week.

And now that date has been revealed as Eamonn will be back tomorrow after the bank holiday, a spokesperson has confirmed. It comes as Eamonn was tipped to reprise his hosting duties this Monday, May 27, on GB News’ Breakfast with Eamonn and Isabel.

However, when the clock struck 6am on Monday, presenters Nana Akua and Michael Portillo were filling in for Eamonn and co-presenter Isabel Webster. The Daily Mirror reached out to GB News and Eamonn’s representatives for comment, with the latter confirming Eamonn would reprise his role on the channel “after the bank holiday.”

Over the weekend, a source told The Sun that Eamonn was “putting on a brave face” amid the split but he was ready to open up about downfall of his marriage on the small screen. “Eamonn is always frank on camera and knows it will be odd for him to discuss the day’s news without mentioning his split so he’ll say a few words”, the insider claimed. “He is putting on a brave face and will be the true professional he always is. Focusing on work will be a welcome distraction.”

Golden TV duo Ruth and Eamonn were both axed from This Morning in 2020 and left the program together the following year after more than a decade on the breakfast show. While Ruth moved on to the Loose Women panel, Eamonn found new opportunities on GB News. But the transition came at a cost.

“Eamonn and Ruth’s relationship changed when they left This Morning. They started moving in different directions in their careers and their priorities started to change”, a source recently told The Sun. “Eamonn was desperate to return to Belfast, which he thinks of as home, but Ruth would never move. It became a bone of contention.”

The couple progressed on different wavelengths, which led them to lead separate lives on all levels. “As her ITV career continued, Eamonn went down another path and they became ships in the night. For the past two years they had “led separate lives, professionally and personally.”

Princess Lilibet’s sweet six words to Meghan Markle before Nigeria trip

Meghan Markle has opened up about her and Prince Harry’s two children, Archie and Lilibet, as she spoke about motherhood during a panel discussion on women in leadership in Nigeria

Meghan Markle has revealed her two-year-old daughter Lilibet blew her away when she spoke a sweet six-word sentence to her mother.

The Duchess of Sussex was keen to open up about her “chatty, sweet” kids, Archie, 4, and Lilibet, 2, during a heartfelt chat in Nigeria. Meghan, alongside hubby Prince Harry, delved into the joys and challenges of motherhood while speaking at a panel on women’s leadership.

And the 42-year-old former actress took the opportunity to share a touching anecdote about her daughter Lilibet with the students.

She said: “Our daughter, Lili, she’s much, much tinier than you guys. She’s about to turn three, and a few weeks ago she looked at me and she would just see the reflection in my eyes. And she goes, ‘Mama, I see me in you’.”

The first picture of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's daughter Lilibet has been released in a Christmas card on Dec 23, 2021. The image shows Harry hugging their son Archie, as Meghan raises Lilibet into the air. The picture was taken by Alexi Lubomirski this summer at the couple's home in Santa Barbara, California. A message on the card reads: This year 2021, we welcomed our daughter Lilibet, to the world. Archie made us a 'Mama' and 'Papa', and Lilibet made us a family. Meghan said that when Lilibet uttered these words, she was speaking “really literally,” and she “hung onto those words in a very different way.” She added: “I thought, yes, I do see me in you, and you see me in you. As I look around this room, I see myself in all of you as well.”

Meghan also reminisced about a pivotal breakfast meeting with NBCUniversal’s vice-chair Bonnie Hammer, where she sought advice on juggling career and family.

Meghan shared: “She invited me to have breakfast, and I thought this was just the biggest deal in the world. And I asked her that exact question. I said, ‘How do you find the balance?’ And she said, ‘You don’t, you’ll never find the balance’.”

Reflecting on her life’s unexpected turns, Meghan told People magazine: “And this was before I was married. This was before I had children. This is before all the things in my life have certainly had a plot twist.”

Meghan created a heartfelt moment as she shared her thoughts on motherhood and her children’s personalities. She said: “What I think that means now is that that balance will always change for you … What seems balanced 10 years ago is going to shift, and so being a mom has always been a dream of mine and I’m so fortunate that we have two beautiful, healthy, very chatty, sweet children. I love being a mum.”

Prince William ‘furious with Harry over his royal tour with Meghan and determined to stop them’

Prince Harry is not close with his brother Prince William and one royal expert believes his recent trip to Nigeria with Meghan Markle has angered the Prince of Wales

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have left King Charles and Prince William “absolutely furious” with their Nigerian tour, according to a royal expert.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex visited the African country over the weekend to promote the Invictus Games. However, they’ve faced criticism for the trip, with some people dubbing it an unofficial royal tour.

Royal expert Tom Quinn has suggested the Prince of Wales isn’t happy with the couple. Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, he claimed: “William is absolutely furious and determined to find a way to stop this happening in future. Charles is said to be angrier than anyone has ever seen him.

“What’s really upset the applecart is the fact that the Nigerians treated Meghan and Harry as if they too thought this was an official tour – all the signs were there as the couple were greeted with dances, receptions, visits to schools and charities.”

The royal author said there had been fears among the Royal Family that Meghan and Harry “would try to pull a fast one” and believes the Nigeria trip “has confirmed their worst fears.” He explained: “It’s as if Harry and Meghan have gone rogue – their Nigeria trip is a bold statement that they refuse to accept they are no longer working royals.

“William and Charles are scratching their heads and thinking, ‘How are we going to control this nightmare situation?’” Looking back at Meghan and Harry’s trip, Tom said it’s “easy to see why the senior royals are worried”.

Would you like to see Harry and Meghan go on more royal-style tours? Vote in our poll HERE to have your say.

Tom explained: “Everything you might expect from an official royal visit was there – the receptions, the visits to schools and charities, to wounded soldiers and the disabled. Meghan and Harry’s speeches and their whole attitude has been designed to give the impression that they are still fully paid-up royals and William and his father King Charles don’t like it one bit.

“For Charles and William, it’s as if Meghan and Harry are saying, ‘We don’t need your permission to be working royals – we will do it on our own terms whenever and wherever we like’.”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ‘prove they want to have their cake and eat it’

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle visited Nigeria to promote the Invictus Games earlier this month but seemed to follow the ‘tried-and-tested royal playbook’, a biographer has claimed

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle seemed to have a “have your cake and eat it” attitude during their recent trip to Nigeria, a royal biographer has claimed.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were invited to the country in West Africa and during their 72-hour trip, they met charities, politicians and the kings of four different states. According to biographer Emily Andrews, their tour had “all the marks of a presidential visit” and also resembled a royal tour thanks to a number of aspects including a formal welcome, cheering crowds, and an official dinner.

However, the trip was not an official royal tour, also because Harry and Meghan stepped down as senior royals back in 2020, and rather than representing the Firm, the Sussexes now “represent themselves”, Ms Andrews noted. The pair’s visit aimed to promote the Invictus Games, which Harry founded in 2014, but it was also an opportunity for Meghan to connect with her own heritage after she revealed that a genealogy test helped her discover that she is 43 per cent Nigerian.

Writing in Woman magazine, Ms Andrews said the visit, during which “Brand Sussex” seemed to have taken Nigeria “by storm”, could be “the start of a ‘relaunch’” for Meghan, as she develops her American Riviera Orchard brand and films a new Netflix show on cooking and hosting. The Nigeria tour generated “huge positive publicity” for the Sussexes, even though it seemed to be a “‘have your cake and eat it’ situation”, the writer added.

Ms Andrews noted that when Harry and Meghan stepped down as senior royals, made it clear that they wanted to earn their own money, but during the latest tour, they seemed to follow, “on their own terms”, the “tried-and-tested royal playbook” that they previously rejected. She wrote: “The visit to Nigeria – complete with many glamorous looks for Meghan, including a backless Heidi Merrick ‘Windsor’ dress and yellow Carolina Herrera gown she had worn to announce her pregnancy with daughter Lilibet – certainly generated huge positive publicity for the duke and duchess.

“As with everything Sussex-related, it was a ‘have your cake and eat it’ situation. Back in 2020, they made it extremely clear to the late Queen, Charles and William that they did not want to be working royals and would earn their own money instead. Yet this tour followed the tried-and-tested royal playbook that was previously so heartily rejected by the Sussexes. But this time, it was on their own terms.”

Following the pair’s successful visit to Nigeria, a source recently told us that a trip to Ghana could be in the Sussexes’ sights. The insider said: “There is already a lot of talk and excitement in Ghana, everyone is so keen for Harry and Meghan to come and experience the great culture and warmth.”

They added: “Several top names have already visited Ghana in recent years from Ed Sheeran to Naomi Campbell and One Direction’s Liam Payne.” And now, off the back of their Nigerian tour, “which was undoubtedly a high-profile success”, according to royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams, he claims the couple “would need an excuse” to visit Ghana after it was mentioned.

Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, he noted: “They would surely need an excuse, their security in Nigeria was provided by the Government and the visit was linked to the Invictus Games, which Nigeria participates in and reportedly is keen to host, but Ghana does not. Nor has Meghan Ghanaian ancestry.”

He then told us that “another quasi-royal tour might make the Sussexes objects of mockery”. Adding: “They only lasted less than two years as senior working royals. It was originally thought that they would be ideally suited to tours especially those with Commonwealth links and some of their patronages, bestowed by Queen Elizabeth, reflected this. However, they chose to walk away.” The expert concluded: “Returning on their terms, but without a purpose, would be meaningless.”

  • Prince Harry terrified ‘new happiness’ with Meghan Markle could be ruined as couple face latest blow

Prince Harry terrified ‘new happiness’ with Meghan Markle could be ruined as couple face latest blow

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are said to be worried about a new documentary about the Royal Family which could unearth some ‘explosive’ revelations about the couple

Prince Harry is thought to be fearing his “new happiness” with wife Meghan Markle could be ruined as the couple face what could be another blow.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex may be feeling the heat as a new documentary threatens to reveal “explosive” details about their past lives. The royal pair, who are no strangers to controversy since stepping back from working Royal duties, are understood to be concerned about what this upcoming programme could expose.

The documentary is being crafted by seasoned Royal journalist and German TV producer Ulrike Grunewald, who has journeyed to California with her team to delve into the Montecito lives of Harry and Meghan. Among those contributing to the documentary is Richard Mineards, a former UK Royal correspondent now residing in Meghan and Harry’s Californian neighbourhood. In his recent column, Mineards revealed, “Los Angeles-based producer Melanie Hillmann grilled me for two hours on my Riven Rock neighbours, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, under director Ulrike Grunewald.”

Despite their claims of valuing privacy, the Sussexes might be feeling uneasy about the potential revelations this new documentary could unearth. A source suggests there could be a sense of “worry” or even “panic” within the Sussex camp, a common reaction when a new documentary is on the horizon.

The insider revealed: “There are many things that both of them, especially Meghan, don’t necessarily want in the public domain. It’s no secret that they both led colourful lives before they met each other, and while Harry has spoken about a lot of mistakes in his book, there are still things about Meghan we don’t know”, they tell OK!.

Meghan, of course, had a life before she became Prince Harry’s wife, and was a familiar face on the Hollywood party circuit. The insider alleges that there are aspects from her past that she’s “brushed over” but there are individuals out there “willing to speak out”.

Regarding what other parts of Meghan’s history might be scrutinised, the insider tells OK!: “It could also delve deeper into her fall-out with Kate and challenge the Sussex camp narrative that it was all Kate’s fault. But Harry and Meghan are now desperate to leave everything in the past as they want to start afresh and I think Harry will fear that their new happiness could be ruined if Meghan’s past is investigated.”

DON’T MISSThis all comes at a difficult time for Harry who, our source claims, may be feeling “humiliated” about the fact that his father did not make time to see him during his recent trip to Britain for the Invictus Games event. Meghan did not accompany Harry to the UK, reportedly due to “security concerns”. Just days later, the Sussexes embarked on a three-day visit to Nigeria to promote the Invictus Games.

A key aspect from Meghan’s past that could be under scrutiny could be the collapse of her first marriage, something which could prove “explosive”, suggests the insider. In 2011, seven years prior to marrying Harry at Windsor Castle, Meghan wed talent manager and film producer Trevor Engelson. They separated two years later, with their divorce finalised in 2014, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause for the marital split. Meghan then met Harry in 2016.

“Her first marriage didn’t end well and her ex-husband is yet to speak out but who knows, for the right amount of money, he may have his say,” the insider speculates.

Both known for their passion for humanitarian work, the couple were due to carry out a series of engagements aimed at fostering cultural exchange as well as celebrating the spirit of resilience among service members. A packed itinerary kicked off with a tour of the Lightway Academy, a primary and secondary school in Abuja.

Visits to military rehabilitation centres, sports facilities and meetings with local organisations working to support veterans’ welfare were also scheduled. The trip was expected to be particularly special for Harry as it underscores his dedication to the Invictus Games, the sporting event he founded for wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women.

This is their focus right now, claims our source, and they don’t want anything “overshadowing” that. “This is their big chance to show they can still be royal without the full-time commitment. But they’re aware it’s going to ruffle a few feathers and insiders at the palace may have contributed to the new documentary as a way of keeping them down.”

Still, this is not the first instance where the couple have faced adversity and emerged more unified. A source hinted: “It just makes them stronger as a couple they feel they can overcome anything when they’re together.”

Meghan and Harry returned from their community service trip to Nigeria. Now, Meghan appears to be in control following an Archewell Foundation controversy

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were spotted after a trip to Nigeria.

The pair were spotted returning to Los Angeles after a lengthy travel day along with news that The Archewell Foundation was accused of being behind on paying some legal fees. A representative for the organisation has since denied those claims. The issue seems to have been resolved with insiders, claiming the cheque has been sent in a timely manner.

After arriving back to California, Meghan walked ahead of her husband which body language expert Judi James noted could be a sign that she’s the one taking control of the situation while Harry is keeping quiet.

She told The Mirror : “Harry’s shoulders look slumped and he walks alone, wearing what looks like a mouth clamp gesture. Meghan looks much more like the one taking care of business. In Nigeria the couple were perma-linked, walking hand in hand and side by side, but here she strides off, ahead to climb into the car while Harry packs his bag in the boot, with her phone held aloft as though taking a call.”

In the photos, Meghan wore a pair of white trousers and a long, brown jacket. She added a pair of nude, pointed flats and left her signature dark hair down. The Duchess of Sussex carried her phone and a pair of sunglasses in her hand and accessorised with a gold watch on her wrist.

Harry, trailing behind her, wore a gray button up with a black suit jacket. He added a pair of dark trousers and some trainers. The Duke toted with him a portfolio as he was followed by the pair’s team and security detail.

The excruciating 18-hour travel day follows the pair’s successful tour of Nigeria where they supported their “Giants of Africa” programming, including an announcement that they plan to expand their efforts by providing “an additional adaptive court and accessible sport for the community of Abuja.”

According to their website, Meghan and Harry hosted a basketball clinic. “The Duke took to the courts to participate in an array of fun ball bouncing drills. The day was filled with sports, laughter, and meaningful conversation,” the site explained.

Queen Camilla ‘first saw her step-grandson Prince Archie on royal photographer’s phone’

Photographer Arthur Edwards claimed he was the first person to show Queen Camilla a photo of Prince Harry’s and Meghan Markle’s son, Prince Archie, when he was born in May 2019

Queen Camilla first saw a photo of Prince Harry’s and Meghan Markle’s son, Prince Archie, when a photographer showed her the image on his phone, it has been claimed.

Photographer Arthur Edwards, who has been taking snaps of the Royal Family since 1977, noted that when Archie was born in May 2019, Harry and Meghan took a different approach from other royals – such as Prince William and Catherine – who took pictures outside the hospital “to show the whole world their baby.” The photographer claimed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex tried to keep Archie’s birth from the British press and did not share details straight away.

Mr Edwards said he was on a royal tour in Germany with some of Harry’s family members, including Camilla, when Archie was born. He claimed he was the first person to show Camilla a photo of Archie, which he described as “difficult times” for the now Queen Consort.

The photographer told The Sun on the Royal Exclusive show: “I remember showing Camilla in, I think, Munich the first pictures of Archie that was taken by the press. I showed her on my phone, and that was the first time she saw him. It was difficult times.”

Mr Edwards claimed Harry and Meghan “stage-managed” their son’s birth as he explained: “When the baby was born, when Archie was born, that was another, in my view, disaster – I knew we were not going to get a picture of [Archie]. Everybody was hoping we would get pictures.”

He added: “We were led to believe that she had gone into labour at two o’clock, when the baby had been born many hours earlier. We were led to believe it was going to be a home birth and it was in a hospital. The whole thing was just stage-managed to suit them.”

Arthur pointed out how it was very different from when the Princess of Wales gave birth, who was pictured outside the hospital with her first child Prince George just hours after giving birth. Meghan has previously revealed why she didn’t pose for pictures on the hospital steps with Archie.

Speaking on her and Harry’s Netflix docuseries, she said: “There was already the pressure of the picture with Archie on the steps. Are they going to do that or are they not? But I had been really worried going into that labour because I am older and I didn’t know if I would have to have a C-section.”

She added: “I had a very long-standing relationship with my doctor and that is who I trusted with my pregnancy. And they said, ‘Right, but she is at Portland Hospital and the steps are at this hospital (the Lindo Wing)’. And I said, ‘OK, we could do a photo call in front of Portland Hospital’.

“They said it is impossible. We couldn’t barricade the streets off and it would create a threat for the emergency room entrance because that is where you would have to do this picture.” Instead, Meghan said she and the palace came up with an alternative plan to have pictures taken at Windsor Castle.

The year after Archie was born, Harry and Meghan stepped down as senior royals and moved to the US, where they currently live. Since then, they have made a number of claims about the Royal Family during interviews, their Netflix series, and Harry’s memoir, ‘Spare’. Harry also made personal attacks towards Camilla, claiming she played “the long game”, with a campaign aimed at marriage and “the crown”.

He wrote in his book: “I had complex feelings about gaining a step-parent who, I believed, had recently sacrificed me on her personal PR altar.” Sources claim that the public comments Harry has made about Camilla may well be hindering any potential for reconciliation between the Duke of Sussex and his father, King Charles, who is currently being treated for cancer.

An insider told Daily Beast that “Harry has made things very difficult for himself by saying such cruel and hurtful things about Camilla,” adding that Charles is torn between his affection for his sons and his wife.

“Charles loves his sons, but he also loves his wife. The last few months have made it very clear how important she is; she has been the one propping up the whole edifice. Harry has made it very clear, very publicly, that he despises her. He has forced Charles to choose, which was a very silly thing to do because Camilla and he both chose each other a long time ago,” the anonymous source said.

The couple became parents for the first time on May 6 2019 when Meghan gave birth to Prince Archie at the Portland Hospital in Westminster. However, the couple broke Royal Family tradition as they decided not to pose for pictures on the steps of the hospital.

Photographer Arthur Edwards has criticised the decision and said Meghan and Harry “stage managed” the event. He explained: “When the baby was born, when Archie was born, that was another, in my view, disaster – I knew we were not going to get a picture of [Archie]. Everybody was hoping we would get pictures.”

Speaking on the Royal Exclusive show, he added: “We were led to believe that she had gone into labour at two o’clock, when the baby had been born many hours earlier. We were led to believe it was going to be a home birth and it was in a hospital.

“The whole thing was just stage managed to suit them.” Arthur pointed out how it was very different to when the Princess of Wales gave birth, who was pictured outside the hospital with her first child Prince George just hours after giving birth.

We couldn’t barricade the streets off and it would create a threat for the emergency room entrance because that is where you would have to do this picture.”

Instead, Meghan said she and the palace came up with an alternative plan to have pictures taken at Windsor Castle instead. She added: “It was like, ‘Yes, yes, oh great, yes.’ At no point did someone go, ‘Absolutely not’.”

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were left speechless on their whistlestop trip to Nigeria – after they were presented a very special gift from a talented local teenager.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have given fans a glimpse of what happened behind-the-scenes of their Nigeria visit.

In a stunning moment, Meghan came over all emotional when she was presented a very special gift for Archie and Lilibet. She had earlier said how much she missed not being with them for Mother’s Day so it was even more poignant.

During their high-profile visit to the African continent, we can reveal the Duchess of Sussex was left speechless by a gesture from young Grace Busari, 13. Meghan was overwhelmed when she was presented a pair of stunning hand-stitched teddy bears from 13-year-old Grace, daughter of CNN Nigeria Bureau chief and Senior Editor invited to join Meghan and Harry on their visit.

The cuddly toys from Grace’s line @graceteddies, made from traditional African print material, almost reduced Meghan to tears as she grabbed Stephanie, Grace’s proud mum for a hug. Stephanie, who was part of the Women in Business conference Meghan attended, opened up about the groundbreaking trip. She said: “Wow! That was the weekend that was! Flying to Abuja to cover the Duke and Duchess of Sussex visit, I truly didn’t know what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised. They are fun, caring, loved up, compassionate, total naturals with a crowd. To see Harry sitting on the floor to play volleyball with disabled servicemen was something and he showed such compassion too during his hospital visit to Kaduna.

“It was a private visit but looked like a royal tour in all but name! So happy that Harry and Meghan visited Nigeria to shine a spotlight on the injured servicemen and women, Invictus Games and mental health — and to dispel a few myths about Nigeria being a dangerous place! Also wonderful to see Meghan celebrated and welcomed as per Naija girl! Welcome Omowale Ada Mazi Adetokunbo Amira. (Just a few of the names she has received while here!)”

Meanwhile, Grace opened up about the inspiration behind her bespoke toys. The young star, who used to live in London with her family before moving to Nigeria, said: “When I was 5, I moved to Nigeria with my mum, I cried when I saw children begging on the streets and I always knew I wanted to help them in any way I could. ”

“As I turned 9 on Nov 22 2019, I now have a chance to do that with the launch of my foundation and the #GraceTeddies brand, which will give money to support children on the streets for every teddy bear sold. Please buy and support @graceteddies and help a street child today by telling everyone about us. Thank you. ”
