The actress, who is said to be close with Meghan Markle after having been seen hanging out together on many occasions, took to social media to congratulate Princess Kate on her return to public life.
Kate made a rare public appearance – her first this year after having been diagnosed with a form of cancer – during King Charles’s birthday parade after revealing her treatment is ongoing and that she has “good days and bad days”.
The future Queen was pictured in a carriage with her children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, while she also made an appearance on the Buckingham Palace Balcony with the rest of the royals for the RAF flypast.
