This Morning viewers didn’t hold back their opinions on My Mum, Your dad stars Jenny and Danny during Monday’s show.
The couple joined the ITV morning programme to chat with hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley about their growing connection in the mansion.
As the dating series unfolds, audiences have witnessed Jenny and Danny’s relationship develop, leading them to be the first duo to use the snuga new feature this season that lets parents turn off the live feed from their kids for some privacy.
In the interview, Ben probed if their romance had any staying power, prompting a significant breath from Jenny and a coy response from Danny: “You’ve got to keep watching haven’t we?”
Cat tried to coax more details from them, but Ben noted their body language, observing: “They’ve separated a little bit, I can’t quite work it out.”
Danny offered a small teaser: “The one spoiler I’ll give is that absolutely all of us have come out completely and utterly best friends and will be lifelong friends.”

Although many viewers were quick to spot the huge space between them on the sofa, with some believing the duo are no longer on good terms.
One person wrote: “‘It was all filmed so long ago’ – what better way to say that you’re already distancing yourself from the show and that you’re not together and that this is a contractually obligated interview.”
Another commented: “They cannot stand each other. But obviously contractually obliged by ITV to appear on shows like #thismorning to sell this b****cks.”

Another joked about the pair’s distance on the couch, adding: “Jenny and Danny didn’t hit it off then? Danny will fall off the end of the sofa in a minute.”
While someone else wrote: “May as well have sat them on different sofas they’re sitting so far apart!”
Danny shared his initial reluctance about appearing on the show, confessing he had no interest at the start.
He said: “My daughter put me forward secretly! I had an email out of the blue, I read through and thought, ‘Absolutely not’ and deleted it.
“It was a month later she owned up to it and I had to explain that I had no interest in meeting anyone and I had no interest in going on TV.”

Nevertheless, Danny ultimately embraced a new approach for the year, admitting: “However, at the start of the year, I decided to say yes to everything in life and stop shying away.”
The two are set to cozy up in the snug during Monday night’s episode, despite Danny confessing that the prospect was initially quite daunting, reports the Manchester Evening News.
When discussing what happened off-air, Danny highlighted that Jenny talked about her CV because she was feeling nervous.
He quipped: “I hope it was nerves, it was the most dull-” But Jenny swiftly interrupted him, retorting: “Charming, thanks.”
