Nicola plays teenager Marley Meyers, nemesis of the film’s protagonist Tunde Johnson, played by 13 Reasons Why’s Steven Silver, a black young man who is shot dead by police.
Tunde finds himself re-living the moment he was killed over and over as he becomes stuck in a time-loop and unable to break free.
Despite Marley seeming content in her relationship with Spencer’s character Soren, she is linked with Tunde when it’s discovered her boyfriend is also Tunde’s secret lover.
It doesn’t stop the actress, who is engaged to Brooklyn Beckham, 21, from sharing steamy kisses with the hunky American.

Brooklyn, however, has nothing to worry about – as he and Nicola plan for their wedding next year.
The Beckham’s oldest son popped the question to his model girlfriend in July 2020 – promising to be the “best husband and daddy”.
Sharing a snap of Nicola revealing her engagement ring, Brooklyn told fans on Instagram: “Two weeks ago I asked my soulmate to marry me and she said yes.
“I am the luckiest man in the world. I promise to be the best husband and the best daddy one day. I love you baby.”

He was dating the Transformers star for nine months before getting down on one knee, with the pair living together in the US.
It’s not yet known when they’ll tie the knot, despite insiders originally saying they’d saved the date for September 2021.
A source then told The Mirror that celebrations – allegedly planned for Brooklyn’s Cotswolds family home and later in Nicola’s home state of Florida – have been postponed until 2022 due to the risks of coronavirus.
Though it seems Brooklyn was keen to show his commitment in other ways – recently cementing his love for Nicola with a new tattoo, calling her “my life, my love, my precious”.
