Viral clips shows Anthony Joshua’s brilliance as he knocked down Francis Ngannou three times in brutal second round victory

A clip showing every time Anthony Joshua knocked down Francis Ngannou has gone viral after the Brit’s second round knockout in Saudi Arabia.

AJ became the first person to knock down the UFC champion in his career before putting him to the canvas another two times to defeat him on Friday night.

Joshua had sent Ngannou tumbling to the canvas once in the first-round before doing so twice more in the second – with the third knockdown proving crucial.

Ngannou couldn’t get back up and Joshua went one better than his foe Tyson Fury by finishing Ngannou after just two rounds.

Now, a video showing each one of AJ’s knockdowns has gone viral as he was back to his very best in front of a star-studded crowd in Saudi Arabia.

Boxing fans couldn’t believe what they were watching, with many suggesting that Joshua made light work of Ngannou.

One fan took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to say: ‘Aj looked too sharp, he is in the form of his life.’

‘J showed there’s levels for sure,’ said another.

A final fan concluded: ‘Masterclass by Anthony Joshua.’

Others suggested that AJ’s performance made Fury look bad as he relied on a decision to beat Ngannou in their bout.

‘Anthony Joshua just made Tyson Fury look like a BUM,’ wrote one boxing fan on X. ‘No offense but this match was needed to revive heavy weight boxing again.’

‘Does this not show that Tyson’s victory was a fraud?’ asked another fan.

It remains to be seen as to what is next for Joshua, who openly called out the winner of Fury’s bout with Oleksandr Usyk for his next fight.
