Victoria Beckham looked shattered as she exercised in the gym during a strenuous workout session with her husband David on Monday.
The fashion designer, 49, took to her Instagram Stories to share a picture of herself in some black activewear as she trained her toned arms.
She wore a black cropped top and a pair of skintight leggings, with her black medical boot visible on her foot.
The star suffered a ‘clean break’ to her foot on Valentine’s Day in February after falling over during a workout and has been forced to wear a medical boot and use crutches while it heals.
But she still took some time to work on her upper body, wearing a pair of black gloves and looking strained as she put in some effort.

It comes after Victoria poured water on the flames fanned by friend Mel B about a Spice Girls reunion, revealing all five members will not be getting back together for a reunion tour or comeback performance to celebrate their 30th anniversary – just a private meal to ‘reminisce.’
The artist formerly known as Posh has said there will categorically not be a musical reunion to celebrate the anniversary of their formation in 1994, much to fans’ disappointment.

‘It would be lovely for us to do something to celebrate – a dinner or a lunch – and reminisce, but yes it will not be any more than that,’ she said during an interview on Radio France.
Victoria insisted that her singing days are firmly behind her and that she is now focused solely on her fashion and beauty empire.
‘I’m so proud of what I achieved with the Spice Girls that now, for me, it’s about empowering people through fashion and beauty,’ she said.
‘There have been lots of rumours about tours and performances but that will not happen.
‘But I’d love to celebrate with the girls in another way just me and them.’

‘We are wanting to do something and we are, but I can’t really tell you because I’ll get kicked out of the WhatsApp group again,’ she said.
‘We’re definitely doing something. I’m probably going to get told off! I’m in trouble now.’
