VICTORIA Beckham was pictured hobbling on the set of an A-list fashion advert just days after her lavish 50th birthday.

The fashion designer and Spice Girl, who partied with Hollywood’s elite in London at the weekend, broke her foot earlier this year after falling over in the gym.

She was snapped looking typically stylish in a tailored white suit from her collaborative range with retailer Mango.

Victoria propped herself up with black crutches as a beauty team worked on her makeup on a balmy evening in Barcelona.

But she ditched them for a series of photos with A-list talent on the site including fashionistas Emily Ratajkowski and Alexa Chung.

Sharing snaps from the shoot on Instagram today, Victoria wrote: “Such an amazing night celebrating #VictoriaBeckhamxMango! I’m wearing the tailored white suit from the new collection. Kisses.”

She showed no signs of discomfort as she posed in the plunging blazer and flared trousers with one hand tucked in her pocket and her brown hair in a ponytail.

Posh Spice was jovial behind the scenes too smiling and laughing with the crew as she prepared for her moment in front of camera.

Birthday dancing

At the weekend a whole host of A-list names descended on a fancy London venue to celebrate Victoria’s milestone birthday.

We revealed that her husband David spent an estimated £250,000 on the bash which counted Tom Cruise among the guests.

Beforehand, the couple and their four children — Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 21, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 12 — posed for a picture in their £30million West London home.

Then, decked out head-to-toe in designer clothes, they headed out for a “golden ball” at Oswald’s, an exclusive nearby private members’ restaurant.

Posh stunned in a see-through green, floor-length gown, with organza detail, and diamond jewellery.

After David shared a picture of Posh reunited with her Spice Girls pals for a dance, she once again ditched the crutches on her way home and instead got a piggyback from her husband, 48.

Snaps from the end of the night showed the Spice Girl wrapped in her husband’s dinner jacket and holding on tight just after 2am.

Victoria was followed by Mel C and Emma Bunton – after the Spice Girls’ reunited for a sing song earlier – and Hollywood superstar Tom, with the celebs besieged by autograph hunters.

Other guests included Salma Hayek and husband Francois-Henri Pinault, who were spotted leaving after midnight clutching Victoria Beckham goody bags.

David and the children all personally penned their own heartfelt speeches they delivered at Victoria’s intimate party.

A sources at the soiree said “there wasn’t a dry eye in the house”, as the family spoke of their love for Victoria — while also cracking jokes about her.

Posh posted a snap of the family in their finery to her 32 million followers with the caption: “Can’t wait to celebrate with my friends and family! I love you all so much.”

An insider said: “David really splashed the cash. He wanted it to be extra-special for her after she always makes such an effort for everyone else.”
