Olivia Attwood claims her husband Bradley Dack wouldn’t have dated her when she was flat-chested and says Victoria Beckham was her ‘boob job idol’

Olivia Attwood claims her husband Bradley Dack would never have dated her before she had a boob job and lip filler.

The ITV star, 32, investigates the multi-billion-pound cosmetics industry in her new documentary The Price of Perfection and reflects on her own procedures, including her first breast augmentation at just 20-years-old.

Since increasing her boob size, Olivia has been honest with her 2million plus fanbase about having veneers, lip filler, and Botox to maintain the look that got her noticed by Love Island producers.

And it wasn’t just TV bosses that recognised Olivia’s beauty, with the Loose Woman admitting that Bradley, 30, wouldn’t have looked at her twice before she had cosmetic enhancements.

When Olivia asked Bradley if he would have been keen to date her before her boob job, he replied, ‘No’ before she pushed him further and he confirmed, ‘No.’

Rather than having an argument over Bradley’s confession, Olivia insists that she got a ‘big kick’ out of him being that upfront because she believes most men are initially drawn to looks over personality.

She said: ‘I got a big kick out of him being that honest… even though Brad has been a footballer for many years, and he’s done my show, he’s not PR trained so he is quite off the cuff sometimes… I thought it was cool.

‘He’s not saying that he would never have loved me but what turned his head the first night we met was the way I looked, some of that is what I was born with and some of it, the blonde hair and my lips, is stuff I wasn’t born with.

‘As we know, typically, stereotyping here, men are image based and are drawn to looks, more so than women… if I see a really handsome man, I think, ‘would he be boring?’ but men are turned on by that instant look, it’s interesting that Brad was truthful about that.

‘We are very secure, he knows me, I am very secure in our relationship. We talk honestly.’

Before becoming one of Love Island’s most successful entities, Olivia was a grid girl and part of her job involved wearing tiny outfits and baring her cleavage.

At 25 she rose to prominence on the ITV2 dating show where she flaunted her figure in skimpy bikinis for eight weeks on national television.

Olivia, who’s grateful for her past opportunities, says it frustrates her when other celebrities are embarrassed by the image that made them famous and earned them millions of pounds.

Olivia Attwood says she ‘wants to have children but not right now’

She said: ‘I can’t stand when people have things done and gain off the back of that look and then say they regret it.

‘In a weird way, the way I looked served a purpose for me, I was happy with it, would I have been a grid girl if I didn’t fit that brief? There’s an argument to say I wouldn’t have.’

And so, she has no regrets over having a boob job at 20 but wishes she had been better educated about the implications of the procedure rather than opting for a quick fix, which she brands the ‘McDonald’s approach’ to surgery.

She explained: ‘It wasn’t my age, for me, I was always going to end up having a breast augmentation but I wouldn’t have gone so big and saved up more money, gone to a surgeon who was more cautious and slow with me instead of the McDonald’s approach of surgery, that I wanted it yesterday, which is what I did.

‘I still have breast implants now, I just didn’t need to be as big, I should have taken the advice of my mum and other people who said, “That doesn’t suit your frame” and gone to a surgeon that would have told me things like that.

‘I should have been told they were going to be heavy and give me back ache, I wasn’t told any of that and it seems like it would be obvious, but I wasn’t told at all.’

As a teenager growing up in the noughties, Olivia says that she was influenced by the likes of Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, and Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, who increased her double A breasts to an enormous DD in 1999 before having the implants reduced in 2009.

But the impact of Victoria’s iconic style had already reached thousands of young women, including Olivia, who says she longed for oversized boobs like Posh.

Olivia said: ‘It was Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, and in the UK Jodie Marsh, Pamela Anderson, the people that you would see in OK! or Heat magazine on a Tuesday.

‘Victoria Beckham was one of my boob job idols, I was like “yes, I want that”, the trend was if you had breast implants, for them to look false… It was the more fake look around that time, the bigger the better.

‘But now the surgeons are saying that the trend has gone completely the other way, people are now having more breast augmentations than ever they’re just going after a very different look. Before you got them to look like you had them.’

Olivia’s five-part documentary sees her meet the everyday people who are going under the knife in their mission to achieve the perfect body.

Each episode investigates five of the most popular body parts for cosmetic surgery including the face, boobs, bum, vagina, and penis, with Olivia discovering a huge rise in males having Scrotox, which is where Botox is injected into the scrotum.

And Olivia had some of her own procedures filmed for the series, including a ‘Botox top-up’ and using a machine called Emsculpt, which lifts and tones muscles without the use of surgery, on her bottom.

Olivia added: ‘I had a Botox top-up in the face episode, skincare, and in the bum episode I tried a couple of the nonsurgical options, the Emsculpt, all these energy powered machines are really changing the market.

‘It’s not the same as having a BBL (Brazilian bum lift) but the mortality rate for BBL is higher than any other surgery, my advice to anyone would be to try anything before that.’
