Oleksandr Usyk's furious reaction after seeing footage of John Fury headbutting his teammate

A new video shows Oleksandr Usyk’s immediate reaction to a member of his team being attacked by John Fury.

Usyk was left stunned by John’s shocking actions as his interview with Sky Sports was interrupted.

Saudi Arabia authorities have made a decision on whether to punish the 59-year-old for his headbutt.

Fresh footage of the aftermath has emerged online, showing Usyk watching the incident with his entourage, including promoter Alex Krassyuk.

After watching a clip of John headbutting a member of his entourage, the unbeaten world heavyweight champion says: “It’s bad behaviour… because it’s a big man. It’s father… It’s not a street fight,”

He then pointed to the person who was attacked, adding: “He’s the son of my friend.”

Usyk continued to call out John’s ‘bad behaviour’ before walking away from the scene of the incident.

It’s worse than bad behavior, it’s an assault and so out of order and really shows up wat John fury IS. if he was my father He would’ve been on a plane instantly after this and never ever allowed near any boxing events. even Usyk can see

Krassyuk was also unhappy at the situation as he hit out at Tyson Fury’s father.

He said: “I said, ‘Hey, listen, calm down. Let me deal with my guys, I’ll take care of that, I give you my word, if someone was wrong, he will be out of the team’.

“That’s what I told him. Now I see that no-one was wrong. But someone from their team was wrong. Would they do the same? It’s up to them.”

The promoter added: “I saw John Fury was bleeding, it was almost out of control, so I jumped in and told everyone to calm down. I apologised for my guys because I thought initially that my guy, one of our guys, hit John.

“But then I saw the video and it was vice versa! So, I have to take my apologies back or what? What should I do? It was his misbehaviour.

“So, I think it would be proper if he brings his [apology] because this kind of behaviour does not give a good impression about us to the rest of the world.

“This is a classic sport. This is the diamond of combat sports. And people have to know that boxing is a sport of intelligent people, that’s why [he must apologise]. It’s up to him, but let the world know that we are intelligent people.”
