Nicola Peltz paid a gushing tribute to mother-in-law Victoria Beckham as she took to her Instagram Stories to mark Mother’s Day on Sunday.

The actress, 29, who’s married to the Beckham’s eldest son Brooklyn, 24, declared her love for the former Spice Girl, 49, alongside a beaming snap of the pair.

Putting to bed feud rumours, which began around the time of her wedding, Nicola captioned the post: ‘Happy UK Mother’s Day I love you @Victoria Beckham’.

Meanwhile Brooklyn shared his own post to honour the occasion with a throwback snap of himself and his mum.

It comes after Nicola told how ‘close’ she is to her in-laws after tensions reportedly rose over the actress’ wedding dress for her £3million Palm Beach ceremony in 2022.

Nicole and Brooklyn were hardly seen with the Beckham family in the months following, however they have since continually quashed any speculation of a row.

In a new interview with Byrdie magazine, Nicola opened up about the importance of family, as she gushed over her ‘strong support system’.

She told the publication: ‘Family is everything to me, and I mean that with my whole heart.

‘I’m so close to mine and Brooklyn’s family and I think there’s no better feeling than knowing you have a strong support system.

‘It’s such a blessing, and I never take it for granted. I go to Florida any chance I get, and we stay at my parents’ house.’

‘It honestly makes me so happy to wake up and have my siblings around. It’s really hard to get us all in the same place because there are so many of us. When we’re all together, it’s so fun.’

Nicola went on to say she felt ‘inspired’ by David and Victoria’s 24-year marriage, as well as her parents’ own 40-year union.

She said: ‘Anyone who has been married for a long time, it’s such a beautiful thing,’ she says.

‘My parents have been together for maybe 40 years? And David and Victoria have been together since Brooklyn was a baby, which is like 25 years. My parents, their love inspires me every day. It sounds cheesy, but that’s how I feel.’ ‘

‘He’s [David Beckham] so amazing with Victoria, and Brooklyn is so amazing to me,’ she says. ‘I’m so thankful they raised such an incredible guy I got to marry.’

Meanwhile Nicola and Brooklyn hit the town in LA with  long-time pal Selena Gomez to celebrate her boyfriend Benny Blanco’s 36th birthday.

Nicola and Selena started posting each other on social media towards the end of 2022 after becoming fast friends in September.

Since then, the pair have spent a lot of quality time together along with Nicola’s husband Brooklyn, and the trio rang in the New Year together in Mexico.

Nicola and Selena even got matching angel tattoos to cement their friendship, and the Only Murders in the Building star has joked they are in a ‘throuple’ with Brooklyn.
