After Nicola Peltz and Brooklyn Beckham announced their engagement, Peltz joined the Beckhams on a family trip to Puglia, Italy.

Perhaps this was for further celebration, or maybe they were location scouting for Nicola and Brooklyn’s upcoming wedding. Only time will tell.

During their stay, we were able to catch a glimpse of Nicola and her soon to be mother-in-law walking side by side, showing off their distinct holiday styles.

While VB kept it sporty in a muscle-tee style romper, which showed just a hint of her triangle bikini underneath, Nicola opted for a Chanel halter dress that she completed with heeled sandals.

Victoria, on the other hand, accessorised with flip-flops, a baseball cap, and a clear pouch.

This led me to, first and foremost, respect their signature travel looks — each chic in their own way — but also wonder: when it comes to swim cover-ups, am I more of a Nicola or a Victoria?

My gut tells me I’d tend toward gym shorts and easy flats, but I do love how feminine Nicola’s outfit is — a shoulder bag, kitten heels, designer dress, and stunning new diamond sparkler on the beach? If anyone can pull it off, it’s Nicola.
