Max Verstappen is seeking a fourth-straight world title, Lewis Hamilton is looking to finish on a high at Mercedes (and there are a record-breaking 24 races!)… Mail Sport’s ultimate guide to the 2024 F1 courses, drivers and teams

It’s ‘lights out and away we go’ for the 2024 F1 season – which officially begins on Thursday with Practice 1 and Practice 2 of the Bahrain Grand Prix ahead of Saturday’s curtain-raiser race.

With winter testing over for the 10 teams involved – it’s time for the racing to begin as we embark on a record-breaking 24 Grands Prix.

There are two rebrands in the paddock with Visa Cash App RB and Kick Sauber replacing Alfa Romeo and AlphaTauri respectively – with both teams hoping to fare better than last season’s showings.

Red Bull remain the team to beat and Max Verstappen will take some stopping as he seeks his fourth-straight world title to further extend his dominance over the rest of the field.

Looking ahead to the mouthwatering campaign, Mail Sport have provided you the ultimate guide to it – with a brilliant interactive map for the 2024 term and the lowdown on the runners and riders competing.
