Kim Kardashian has suffered an injury following her appearance at the Balenciaga show during Paris Fashion Week.

The reality TV star, 43, stepped out sporting a bandage on her finger for a lunch at Costes in the French capital on Sunday.

Kim still managed to chic a cut a trendy figure as she channelled her inner mob wife aesthetic and donned a fabulous animal print fur coat.

Risen from TikTok‘s black hole of micro-trends, the mob wife aesthetic is replacing last year’s clean aesthetic for a more flashy, garish vibe that is typically littered with designer logos, animal prints and fur coats.

Her pricy floor-length garment, which she paired with a blood-red manicure, featured dramatic lapels and a sturdy leather belt.

As Kim stepped out of her blacked-out Mercedes, she flashed her latest preferred footwear as she flaunted a pair of sock-styled stilettos.

Earlier on Sunday Kim led the arrivals to the star-studded Balenciaga show during Paris Fashion Week.

The icon flaunted her hourglass physique in a figure-hugging black lace dress as she posed up a storm heading to watch the runway show.

She looked great in the chic number which cinched her in at the waist and had a sexy low scooped back design.

Kim wore her dark tresses in a sleek pony tail and opted for a typically glamorous makeup look for the event.

It comes after earlier this year Kim was blasted by fans after revealing she has become an ambassador for Balenciaga, one year after the brand faced controversy for an advert featuring children and BDSM items.

The reality TV star announced her partnership with the label, helmed by creative director Demna Gvasalia, in January.

The mother-of-four previously refused to cut ties with the fashion house but said she was ‘shaken and disgusted’ by the images which sparked a backlash against the brand.

After announcing her new partnership many fans were left disappointed by the decision and hit back at her statement, in which she wrote that her relationship with the brand was built on a ‘commitment to doing what’s right.’

‘Of all the brands, she had to choose the one with child abuse allegations. Not even surprised though…’ one person wrote, while another branded her a ‘hypocrite’ adding, ‘Money is all that matters to her.’

Another person accused Kim of throwing her ‘morals out of the window’ for money, while someone else added, ‘Anything for money and a higher net worth I guess.’

Kim’s full statement about becoming an ambassador for the brand read: ‘For several years now, Balenciaga’s designs have been a part of my many looks – and some of my most iconic fashion moments.’

‘This historic fashion house embraces modernity, craftsmanship and takes an innovative approach to design under Demna.’
