On Sunday night, Kim, 43, took to her Instagram Stories and posted a mirror selfie.

In the snapshot, The Kardashians star teased the slightest hint of cleavage.
She appeared sitting and lifted one of her legs to flash her bare skin.
The Hulu star pouted her plump lips as she held her cell close to her face.
Her long dark hair was parted slightly in the middle and flowed past her shoulders.
THE COMMENTS
When Kim’s photo resurfaced in an online thread, critics suspected a nose job after pointing out that the star’s shrinking nose seemed “thinner and small.”
One critic said, “Her natural nose was so beautiful.
“I love a nose bridge that has a natural bump to it. What an absolute shame she changed it.”
Another critic added, “That nose never had a chance. Beyond botched indeed.”
A third critic claimed, “Kim doesn’t have any nose left to remove.”
A fourth person assumed, “Kim has completely changed her nose shape. It really makes a difference.”
A commentator chimed: “I feel like this is a nose job. Breathe Kimmy!
“I feel like it’s both. Filters or a new procedure done.”
This is not the only critics who have commented on the reality star’s appearance.
A MOTHER AND DAUGHTER MOMENT
In mid-January, the Skims founder uploaded a sweet photo with her now six-year-old daughter Chicago.
Before her daughter’s birthday on January 15, Kim shared a selfie with her look-alike daughter.
The 43-year-old star pouted at the camera while wearing a neutral face of makeup, which consisted of a mauve lip color.
Although the mother/daughter seemed to be enjoying themselves and in good spirits, fans became distracted by her highly overlined lips.
One critic stated, “Look how way overlined her lips are.”
A second critic mentioned, “Yep trying to make them look full!”
A third critic asked, “Why do women wear their lipstick so far outside of their natural lips? Do they think we don’t notice where the natural lips end?
‘NEVER DONE ANYTHING’
The former E! star faced plenty of plastic surgery rumors over the years and even admitted to getting Botox.
In August 2022, in an interview with Allure, Kim set the record straight about her beauty enhancements.
“A little bit of Botox,” she said.
Kim pointed to the space between her eyebrows and added that she has “chilled actually.”
The TV star insisted she has never had lip or cheek fillers.
“No filler. Never filled either one, ever,” Kim added.
“No. I’ve never had eyelash extensions. I’ve never done anything.
The TV personality concluded, “I have a drop of mascara on today. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips.”
In addition to Chicago, Kim and ex-husband Kanye West, 45, share three other kids: daughter North, nine, and sons Saint, seven, and Psalm, four.
