Kanye West’s abandoned £1.7million ranch falling to pieces with large holes in crumbling property

Kanye West’s abandoned ranch has been photographed falling down with crumbling walls and roof tiles laying in the grounds of the

property that once carried his Yeezy Home vision

Kanye West ‘s abandoned Calabasas ranch is seen crumbling and falling to pieces in shock new photos.

The $2.2million (£1.74million) property has been boarded up for nearly four years after he left it in disrepair in September 2020.

Pictures of the sprawling residence show sections of it falling down, with debris and roof tiles littering the ground around the building.

Kanye initially bought the ranch back in 2018 as well as obtaining the 300 acres surrounding it for a further $4million (£3.16million).

He originally used it for Sunday Service and his Donda Academy headquarters.

However, since he abandoned it in 2020 the home has remained uninhabited with the front entrance falling down. There are also overgrown plants and trees around the front of the building. The concrete driveway has disintegrated in sections and one side of the property has been concealed by a red covering.

One circular section – believed to be the remnants of one of Ye’s domes he built – has a fence around it and is also falling apart. Ye constructed The Yeezy Home dome shelters as an attempt at helping provide a solution for homelessness in the Los Angeles area.

Kanye bought the ranch when he was still married to ex-wife Kim Kardashian, with it located just eight miles from the Hidden Hills home the former couple shared. The dilapidated property also has walls falling down, with gaps in the fencing and the white fabric covering it visibly fraying.

Elsewhere in the grounds props left from the Donda Academy including drums and trikes are seen scattered around. At one stage Kanye was reported to be living in the property with his girlfriend at the time Irina Shayk, as he transformed it into a bachelor pad while Kim remained in their $60million Calabasas mansion with their four children.

The property was originally billed as having a “stunning floor-to-ceiling stacked-stone fireplace, beautiful inlaid hardwood floors, huge vaulted open-beam ceilings, and spacious ground-floor master suite with a walk-in closet and spa-style bath.
