KANYE West has listed his partially-renovated $57million mansion in Malibu, California, mansion, amid odd behavior.
The rapper, known to fans as Ye, claims the cement walls of the home he purchased in September 2021 are “too gray” for his liking.

Kanye, 46, has decided to sell the home rather than complete renovations on it, according to The Daily Mail Online.
The pricy pad, purchased prior to his marriage to Bianca Censori, was initially designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando.
Kanye listed the four-bedroom ocean-front property for sale last week.
After making the home his, the Chicago native had walls, doors, windows, and plumbing torn out of the home.
According to an insider, Kim Kardashian’s ex has shaved $4million off the price he paid, claiming that the concrete walls are too cold and gray for his liking.
The source said: “Ye prefers Earth tones, muddy colors from silt to loam but never too cold and nothing visually draining like a clay.”
“Architects and designers working for Ye have in the past been dispatched to collect soil samples from the UK, France, and elsewhere as color references for his iconic looks.
“Unfortunately, the concrete settled into more of a cadet gray and he was hoping for a warmer tone, more of a dovetail gray or coachman’s cape.”
The insider added: “Ye would only visit the house at sunrise and sunset, when he said the color didn’t irritate him so much. Eventually, he stopped going altogether.”
It has sat largely empty for many months.
The mansion was built in 2013 for Richard Sachs who spent seven years on planning and construction before listing it for sale.
It boasts 1,500 square feet of deck space, massive windows and views of the Pacific Ocean.
There is not currently air conditioning, doors, or any appliances.
Kanye and Bianca are reportedly living in a $ 12,000-per-month apartment in Los Angeles amid the sale.

Kanye’s mansion has been generating negative buzz for months.
In May, The U.S. Sun reported that the mansion may be left sitting vacant after the musician’s construction company shut down.
At the time, rumors were swirling that the Yeezy founder was struggling financially after being dropped by Adidas in October because of his anti-Semitic remarks.
He then canceled contractors working on the property, according to an insider, leaving the project unfinished.
Exclusive photos revealed a mess left behind.
The U.S. Sun revealed at the time that the star closed down Yeezy Construction Inc. in November, several months earlier.
The construction firm was established in Wyoming, where Kanye owns a $14million ranch.
He listed that home for sale in August 2022 amid reports that it was also left to gather dust.
KAN-YE BEHAVE?
The unexpected sale of Kanye’s mansion comes amid odd behavior from the rapper.
He recently resurfaced on Instagram and has been occasionally posting several months after he left platforms like Instagram and X – formerly Twitter – amid backlash over his comments toward the Jewish community.
Among the recent posts he’s shared was one showing his wife Bianca, 28, posing nearly nude.
In the first of three photos, the Australian architect went braless and pantless in a black thong that barely protected her modesty.
She paired the bottoms with a furry shawl that hardly contained her breasts.
Bianca had on pointed-toe sock heels and her hair tied back in a do-rag.
Kanye captioned the post: “No pants this year.”
In another post, he showed his wife in the bathroom of a hotel.
Bianca’s breasts were almost entirely exposed save for a micro bikini she used to cover her nipples.
The model was wearing a tight black corset, micro black thong, knee-high boots, and a trench coat.
Her hair was slicked back and she was sporting a face of full glam makeup.
Kanye matched Bianca in a Matrix-inspired outfit that featured a similar black trench.
He did not include a caption.
In the third and final image, Bianca is shown standing alone in the bathroom of a hotel room.
She had on the same outfit as she wore in the second pic, but ditched the trench coat.
She was leaned over, allowing her chest to fall forward and leaving her inches from a wardrobe malfunction.
Kanye’s caption read: “Dropped sumn [sic]?”
He has faced major backlash for the outfits he styles Bianca in.
Back in September, the pair found themselves under investigation following a series of public indecency claims.
