The early returns for Kanye West‘s porn endeavor are not encouraging.
West, 46, was slammed by fans via Twitter/X Wednesday evening as he hyped up the project he’s reportedly working on Stormy Daniels’ ex-husband Mike Moz with the double entendre statement, ‘Yeezy porn is c***ing.’
The Grammy-winning artist, whose career has dipped amid a torrent of anti-Semitic remarks he’s made since the fall of 2022, received dozens of responses from fans who were disappointed into his foray into adult entertainment.
A number of fans brought up West’s past spiritually-driven projects – including his 2019 album Jesus Is King and his Sunday Services – in comparison to the porn project.
‘I thought you gave your life to Christ what happened man? You took it back or what?’ one fan said.

‘JIK Ye Fans seeing this,’ the fan said with a broken-hearted emoji, referring to the 2019 album.
A number of users threw West’s past comments on porn back in his face, sharing anti-porn sentiments he expressed on his Twitter in December of 2022, according to Newsweek.
One read, ‘The use of Porn destroyed my family but Jesus will heal everything.’
Another said, ‘Remove any and all forms of pornography from Twitter and every platform. Pornography is the product of [pedophilia]. When grown men look at porn they are watching someone’s daughter relive trauma for money.’
A user posted the old tweets, adding in reference to the turn to porn: ‘We just fetched your archives.’

West’s move toward launching a Yeezy Porn studio comes five years after saying he had an ‘addiction’ to lewd material.
The musical artist previously expressed regret that he watched pornography so often, even claiming adult entertainment had ‘destroyed my family.’
More recently, however, he is thought to have been behind his wife Bianca Censori‘s jaw-dropping outfits that leave her intimate parts exposed to view.
A representative for West informed TMZ Tuesday that the rap star hopes to add an adult entertainment branch to his Yeezy empire, possibly this summer.
He is said to be communicating with Moz in hopes he will run his studio.
Moz’s history in porn stretches back to at least 2007 when he was an art director on Operation: Desert Stormy, whose star Stormy Daniels he married that year.

Although West has purportedly been considering entering the porn industry for some time, he is now said to be in serious negotiations to start a studio.
West described himself as a porn addict in 2019, saying that his fixation with adult entertainment began when he was only five years old
‘For me, Playboy was my gateway into full on pornography addiction. My dad had a Playboy left out at age five and it’s affected almost every choice I made for the rest of my life,’ he told Zane Lowe on Apple Music’s Beats 1 Radio.
He added: ‘From age five till now, having to kick the habit and it just presents itself in the open like it’s OK and I stand up and say: “No, it’s not OK.”‘
Three years later, during a bitter feud with his ex-wife Kim Kardashian over their children’s schooling, West claimed porn had ‘destroyed’ his family.
The former couple are co-parenting two daughters, North, 10, and Chicago, six, as well as two sons, Saint, eight, and Psalm, four.
West and Kardashian wed in 2014, and filed for divorce in February 2021 after months of speculation that their marriage was on the verge of collapse.
