What do Mike Tyson and Brock Lesnar have in common?

Well, for one thing, they are both legends of their respective sports and secondly, they have both seemingly always been jacked.

Recently a photo comparison appeared of the two online in which Tyson was 17 and Lesnar was 16 and clearly neither man was short of muscle even at that early stage.

In the photographs, not a lot can be seen of Iron Mike’s torso, but judging from the size of his shoulders, I think there can be little doubt that physically he was already in ridiculous shape.

It is little wonder that at just 20, Kid Dynamite became the youngest boxing champion in the history of the sport.

Equally, it is no surprise that the heavyweight champion could take so many punches judging by the photo as his neck was certainly far thicker than that of the average teenager.

Tyson won his first 19 professional fights via knockout and he was the first heavyweight boxer to hold the WBA, WBC and IBF titles at the same time. He is also the only heavyweight to unify them in succession.

Mike Tyson & Brock Lesnar looking stacked & terrifying as teenagers

Mike Tyson was also ranked first in ESPN’s list of the hardest hitting heavyweights of all time and it is little wonder judging from his build at 17.

Brock Lesnar, meanwhile, at 16 too looks like a man destined for the peak of physical sport as he flexed his extraordinary build by the waterside.

In 2002 at age 25, Lesnar broke the record for youngest winner of the WWE championship before going on to dominate the sport. He was even Universal Champion for 504 days.

Away from wrestling, Lesnar also briefly tried to make it in the NFL before later entering the world of mixed martial arts. In 2008, Lesnar signed with the UFC and by 2010 he had already become the unified heavyweight champion, although his MMA career was cut short by diverticulitis.

He then returned to wrestling once more before a short return to the UFC and now he is wrestling again.

As these photos suggest, Brock Lesnar and Mike Tyson have been maintaining their physique since a very young age. As teenagers, they were clearly dedicated to achieving their sporting goals and worked hard to be in the required shape to meet them.

When you see photos like this of the two men as teenagers, it is little surprise that even now, many years later, they are two of the toughest and scariest men on the planet.
