The former footballer, 48, and the Spice Girl, 49, both took took to their respective Instagrams to send their followers wild.

David shared a video of his latest gruelling workout, filming himself doing a series of pull-ups in the gym, while shirtless.

Clad in nothing but a pair of red shorts and matching trainers, the athlete left his ripped physique on full display.

He also allowed his fans a good look at his extensive ink collection, boasting more than 60 tattoos across his arms, legs, neck, back and torso.

Last September, David told The Sun that all of his body art was dedicated to his loved ones, saying: ‘Any of the tattoos I’ve got are of the family.’

He demonstrated how he manages to maintain his chiselled abs and bulging biceps, as he effortlessly pulled himself up in the impressive clip.

His followers flooded the comments with praise, writing: ‘Anyone else hypnotised? No? Just me then; Ffs not what I want my wife to see; Well that’s made my afternoon!’

However, David was less preoccupied with his display of physical prowess and stamina, than he was by his hair.

Captioning the video, he jokingly hit out at his personal trainer, Bobby Rich, writing: “Knee’s up to your chest“ shut up Bob @mrbobbyrich hairs a mess that’s more important right now’.

Not to be outdone by her husband, Victoria also took to her Instagram with a saucy snap, wearing a strapless swimsuit.

The fashion designer showed a hint of her slender figure in the blue one-piece, posing for a selfie in front of the sea.

It comes after David and Victoria enjoyed a night out together in Miami on Wednesday evening.

The couple attempted stay under the radar as they made their way home for the evening.

Victoria covered her face under a pair of oversized black sunglasses as she got into their car with David and they made a low-profile exit.

Earlier this week, the couple were busy soaking up the sun on their luxury £5million superyacht Seven in Miami.

They were spotted sunbathing on the top deck while yacht staff attended to their every need, with their son Cruz, 19, was seen chilling out on one of the lower decks.

Their yacht is aptly named Seven, after the former England player’s shirt number. It’s also the middle name of 12-year-old daughter Harper.

It comes after David admitted last week he didn’t realise how ‘strong’ Victoria was until they got married.

He tied the knot with the singer-turned-fashion designer in 1999 after two years of dating.

Speaking on This Life of Mine with James Corden, David revealed that he ‘really fancied’ her at the time, even though he ‘didn’t know’ who she really was until their relationship progressed.

He said: ‘I really just fancied her. I did. I just fancied her. I didn’t know what she was like as a person.

‘I just actually fancied her like most people did at that time, and I didn’t know who I was marrying [or] who I was going to be with for the rest of my life.

‘I didn’t realise what a strong woman she was, and that is what really attracted me to her more than anything.’

While David thinks Victoria is ‘beautiful’ and ‘sexy’, his heart lies with her caring side and how she parents their four children, Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 21, Cruz and Harper.

He admitted: ‘I like a strong woman, and I like the fact that she works hard. I like the fact that she’s a great mum.

‘I like the fact that she looks after me sometimes, most of the time, and you know, we’ve created this life with four amazing children, which are the most important things in our life, so that’s why I chose Victoria… the way that she kind of runs the family.’

The retired footballer will forever hold the Spice Girls song Say You’ll Be There in his heart because the music video first attracted him to Victoria.

He said: ‘It’s my favourite because it was the song that was on the TV when I was sat in my room with Gary Neville and it came on the telly and that was when I turned around to Gary and said, ‘I’m gonna marry that one in the short black dress.”’
