And who could blame her? At present, the right arm of the Beckhams’ youngest child Harper gets more attention than Brooklyn’s well-heeled other-half when it comes to their family Instagram snaps.

An insider told me: “Nicola is known in the US but over in the UK she’s at the bottom of the publicity pecking order in Brooklyn’s famous family.

“She has a team behind her who are keen on boosting her profile over here — and Brooklyn is right behind her.

“Strictly has been mooted as the perfect show for Nicola.

“She’s an accomplished actress, has the right look and appearing on the show would attract a huge amount of positive promotion.

“Her team are playing a long game and they’ve been slowly upping her profile to get her on the radar of a wider audience.

“She’s teamed up with Pretty Little Thing and was papped in their clothes last week. It’s all part of the plan to start building up her profile with Brooklyn. They want to become known as a couple in their own right.

“Nicola’s genuinely got something about her, so has every hope of building on her own fame away from Brand Beckham — 2024 promises to be an exciting time for BNB.”

I can imagine Strictly’s lot would be rubbing their sequinned hands to- gether in glee at the prospect of getting any of Britain’s most famous family into the Elstree studios. In the past few years they have made a play for Brooklyn.

He, rightly, decided the inevitable public ridicule of cocking up a paso doble in front of a live studio audience just wasn’t worth the aggro. And perhaps the less said of his photography book, the better. Bless.

And given her and Nicola’s rocky start over that wedding dress saga, this ploy would ingratiate Nicola even further into the family fold.

TAKE THAT VEGAS

THEY are one of my favourite Nineties bands and after Take That frontman Gary Barlow admitted the group were planning a Las Vegas residency, I am pleased to report it’s been given the green light in Sin City.

Michael Gruber, the man behind Kylie Minogue and Christina Aguilera’s residencies at the Voltaire nightclub at the Venetian Hotel, is backing the Everything Changes singers to put on a show.

Michael said in an exclusive chat with Bizarre: “I love Take That. I absolutely want them to perform at Voltaire. It is perfect for them.”

He went on to reveal that he had previously been locked in talks with Take That, which also includes Mark Owen and Howard Donald, but said they couldn’t get it over the line.

He added: “We thought we would have a show but it didn’t work out in the end.”

Gary admitted in December that the trio, whose comeback record This Life went straight to the No1 spot last month, were keen to put on a show in Vegas.

I will be catching up with the band to get an update on the plans later this year, when they kick off their tour in Sheffield on April 13.

Margolden globes

I DOUBT that anything will be able to wipe the grin off Margot Robbie’s face any time soon.

Her Barbie movie, which blew the competition away at the box office last summer, was expected to win big at the Golden Globes ceremony in Los Angeles last night.

Still revelling in his “hot priest” era, Andrew Scott – who turned up in a T-shirt that seemed to have an artist’s impersonation of me in the mornings printed on the front – enjoyed the night with actresses Christina Hendricks, Rosamund Pike and British actor David Oyelowo.

Heidi Klum and Reese Witherspoon kept it in the family, with the supermodel taking her daughter Leni as her date and the Oscar-winning Walk The Line star bringing along her son Dylan.

It beats helping your mum with the weekly shop, kids . . . trust me.

BECAUSE our soft and crumbling justice system means people hardly ever serve a full sentence behind bars, the morally decrepit Stephen Bear will be swaggering out of HMP Chelmsford in the next few days.

But first for a bit of good news.

I have been told his trusted way of making quick cash has been cut off at source, after OnlyFans vowed to ban him from their platform.

Before he went down, Celebrity Big Brother contestant Stephen had been cashing in with grim videos of himself on OnlyFans, which weirdly people paid to watch.

I’d rather douche my eyes with vinegar.

I’m told OnlyFans made the decision after Love Island’s Georgia Harrison bravely worked with police last year to nail him for revenge porn, after finding out he had secretly recorded them together and posted it on the subscription site.

An industry source said: “If Stephen thinks he’s walking out on to Easy Street, he’ll get a shock when he tries to reactivate his OnlyFans account.

“OnlyFans worked with the police at the time and Stephen had to pay back the money he made from it.

“They won’t allow members on the platform who have made a serious breach of the rules.

“So if he thought he’d be coming out and logging back on to try and make some money, it won’t be happening.

“Stephen made shedloads of cash from them before he was jailed, so he’s lost the only lifeline he had.”

I have no doubt in my mind that reactivating his account is exactly what Stephen had in mind for the first week of his release.

And I sincerely hope OnlyFans stick to their word.

There is only one place for Stephen to go now, and that’s the gutter.

The week in bizness

WEDNESDAY: THE nominees for the EE Bafta Rising Star award will be announced at an event in central London, pinpointing the most promising talent in cinema for the next 12 months.

James MCavoy, Tom Hardy, Kristen Stewart and Tom Holland have won the title before, so there will be high expectations on the shoulders of those who are shortlisted ahead of next month’s awards.

FRIDAY: LIL Nas X will return with the first single from his second album, which is bound to cause a stir.

The song, called J Christ, could even have a surprise guest, as he tweeted: “My new song features a very beloved pop star who I’ve been a fan of for a long time.”

Only time will tell if he is actually referring to himself.

FRIDAY: KANYE West and Ty Dolla $ign are due to release their album Vultures after three months of delays.

If this actually does materialise, it’s likely to feature a track called Everybody, sampling Backstreet Boys’ song of the same name, which Kanye previewed last month.

He’s still got a long way to go to redeem himself after his antics of late.

SUNDAY: THE great and the good of Hollywood descend on LA for the Critics’ Choice Awards following last night’s Golden Globes.

Barbie looks set to dominate with 18 nominations, followed by Oppenheimer and Poor Things with 13 each.

Margot Robbie, you’ve got my vote.
