Brooklyn Beckham sports his father David’s old England football shirt as he joins wife Nicola Peltz out in LA… after flaunting their $80k weekly wardrobes

Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz cut casual figures while out for a stroll in LA | Daily Mail Online

Brooklyn Beckham was pictured wearing his father’s number seven England shirt when he and wife Nicola Peltz went for a walk around Los Angeles on Sunday.

The newlywed couple kept their outfits simple as they strolled the streets enjoying their time together and were accompanied by their fluffy white pup, Lamb, who they welcomed to their family in October.

This casual outing came only a few days after the pair shared their ‘week in looks’ with Vogue, which added up to over $80,000 worth of lavish pieces.

While on their walk, Nicola, 28, donned a black North Face padded jacket, wide-leg jeans, and black platform boots.

The Transformers: Age of Extinction actress accessorized with a light blue headband, sunglasses, and large gold hooped earrings.

She carried a green purse with a brown strap over her shoulder and her adorable pooch in her arms.

Brooklyn, 23, strode next to his wife wearing a long-sleeved jersey sporting his soccer star dad’s number and name on the back.

He is the son of former professional soccer player David Beckham, and his mom is Victoria Beckham, famously known as Posh Spice of the Spice Girls.

The budding chef paired the jersey with blue jeans, white sneakers, and a black baseball cap, which he wore backward.

Despite hitting the town in casual looks, the couple also knows how to amp up the style factor.

The outing comes after heiress Nicola claimed ‘no family is perfect’ as she addressed claims of a feud with her mother-in-law in an October interview with The Times.

The star, who previously confirmed that the rumours had begun after she didn’t wear Victoria’s wedding dress design when she tied the knot with Brooklyn, doubled down on the claims.

But she denied that the frosty tensions were a ‘feud’ and explained that the Victoria ‘s atelier simply hadn’t had time to make the dress, as she insisted: ‘No family is perfect.’

Nicola said: ‘It’s not a feud! I keep seeing everywhere that word, “feud, feud, feud!?” I mean, maybe they picked up on something? And now they’re labelling it feud?’

‘I think it all started, and I’ve said this before, because I didn’t end up wearing Victoria’s wedding dress, but the real truth is, I really, really wanted to wear it and I thought it was so beautiful that Brooklyn’s mom got to make that for me! And I was really excited to wear it! And I didn’t end up wearing it.’

She went on to say: ‘But I, truthfully, was really excited to wear her dress. It makes me sad when I read things that people say I was never planning on wearing it. That’s just not true.’

This is not the first time Nicola has dismissed the feud narrative and said that she believes it all started when she opted for Valentino couture instead of Victoria’s design.

She told Variety: ‘I was going to and I really wanted to, and then a few months down the line, she realized that her atelier couldn’t do it, so then I had to pick another dress.

‘She didn’t say you can’t wear it; I didn’t say I didn’t want to wear it. That’s where it started.’

Brooklyn, in a rather muted defence, added: ‘Everyone gets along, which is good.’

However, Victoria did manage to dress herself and other loved ones in designs from her eponymous fashion label -including BFF Eva Longoria, mother Jackie Adams and son Romeo’s then-girlfriend Mia Regan.

Elsewhere in the interview, Nicola gushed over her ‘legend’ father-in-law David Beckham, and described 11-year-old Harper as the ‘coolest little sister’.

And on Wednesday, Nicola and Brooklyn flaunted their designer clothes as they appeared in a video with Vogue and put together a week of looks.

Fans also took note of Brooklyn’s attempt to make another career move; having already attempted photographer and chef, he has now moved on to stylist.

Aside from the constant career changes, the main shocking element of the video was the price of all the pieces.

By the end of their ‘week’ the cost totaled out to a whopping $80,249 combined.
