Arsenal fans brand Kim Kardashian a ‘glory hunter’ after hearing she is set to attend their huge Champions League clash against Bayern Munich… and insist Rihanna is a PROPER fan who was ‘with us in the trenches’

Arsenal fans have decried Kim Kardashian as a ‘glory hunter’ after hearing rumours that she will attend their Champions League showdown with Bayern Munich tonight.

A Gunners fan account has claimed that she is ‘planning to visit’, sharing a photo of her and her son West from an Arsenal game last year.

Kardashian watched Arsenal crash out of the Europa League against Sporting CP at the Emirates in March 2023 with her son, but has also revealed a fondness for Erling Haaland.

Fans seem opposed to Kardashian attending their match with Bayern tonight and have hailed Rihanna as an example of an honest celebrity supporter.

Rihanna was present when Arsenal beat Everton 5-1 in February 2018, in a tricky season when they stuttered to sixth in the Premier League and bade farewell to Arsene Wenger.

The pop star met players and she was hailed as a lucky charm – but she was only there as an ambassador for PUMA, it should be noted.

‘Look at these glory hunters man… Rihanna was with us in the trenches,’ one fan responded to the Kardashian rumours, showing a photo of Rihanna with Shkodran Mustafi and Sead Kolasinac from 2018.

‘We’re finished man,’ another wrote on x, formerly Twitter.

‘Somebody stop her,’ said one firmly anti-Kardashian user.

‘Please don’t [attend],’ another said.

‘Someone please inform UEFA that she is a Bayern Munich supporter,’ somebody joked.

One slightly dramatic commenter hinted at extreme measures to prevent Kardashian from lapping up the Emirates action: ‘I’m calling the police.’

In fairness to Kardashian, there wasn’t much glory to be sought when Arsenal crashed out of the Europa League last 16 on penalties when she attended last season.

When explaining why she was there, she said: ‘I try to find what my kids’ passion is, and do a trip with them. I’ve taken Chicago and her friends to San Diego. They love the zoos and the Legoland’s and all that.

‘Luckily, Psalm just tags along, you know. North loves Paris and fashion, so I took her to Paris. Saint loves soccer, so I figured this is our trip. It’s gonna be so much fun and it definitely is just such an amazing bonding experience.’

She posed with an Arsenal shirt presented by Eddie Nketiah and her kids were decked out in the club’s strips as well.

They all revealed that Bukayo Saka is their favourite player in the current squad.

Some believed that Arsenal’s drop-off in form towards the end of the season signified some sort of Kardashain curse.

‘Arsenal lost the title when Kim Kardashian visited them,’ one user wrote. ‘That lady is just bad luck, most especially to those guys whom she and her sisters have dated. I feel sorry for Arsenal fans, leading the title race then losing it at the end.”

She has also spilled hints that she and her son have a shine for Erling Haaland.

The 43-year-old immersed herself in the drama of the match as Arsenal lost on penalties

‘I was in Italy and I see Erling Haaland, and I freaked the f*** out because I know my son would be so excited, it’s like his thing,’ she told GQ.

”So, I’m like such a loser FaceTiming at this event being like, ‘Saint, you’ll never guess who I ran into.’ I’m FaceTiming him and I’m like, ‘I’ve turned into this person that… it’s… I’m sorry.”

She also revealed how Cristiano Ronaldo is one of Saint’s idols, and that the pair love watching Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami.
