For quite some time now, journalist and media personality Megyn Kelly, who presently hosts a talk show and podcast, has been dabbling in controversy. As we all know how blunt she is; remember her recent bold comments about star Erin Moriarty?

The talk show host charged the actress with having plastic surgery on her face after comparing an old and a newer picture of her. Having said that, Kelly’s critical remarks did not target just her. Her opinions on a variety of celebrities led to her being highlighted in tabloid stories. She has made some hurtful comments and started outright feuds on multiple occasions.

But, prior to criticizing Moriarty for allegedly having plastic surgery, the former Fox News anchor reiterated her contempt for Meghan Markel, the Duchess of Sussex. Erin Moriarty is retaliating against online trolling and criticism regarding rumors that she has had plastic surgery, which came from former Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly (via CBR). After the actress posted some new photos and videos to Instagram, some fans even began to argue that her cheekbones and face shape had changed.

However, the controversy has now grown even more since Kelly chose to voice her opinion on the matter (for whatever reason). The journalist revealed her surprise at seeing a recent photo of Moriarty on her podcast, The Megyn Kelly Show:

“I thought it was a face generated by artificial intelligence, but apparently it’s real. I find it a sign of mental illness. It’s extremely upsetting. It discourages me enormously. I just really want to get into the heads of these young girls and say, ‘Please don’t do this.’”

Moriarty chose to address the accusations on her Instagram account before deleting it. She criticized the journalist’s approach, alleging that she had contrasted an old, ten-year-old photo of herself with a recent one. She clarified that she had only applied cosmetics.

“I put on makeup that day, and it involves major contouring, and I remember leaving and feeling pretty…I saw the comments, scathing enough to turn my comments off.”

The journalist has never refrained from expressing her opinions over the years, even when they are sometimes harsh. That being said, there have been other occasions in which she has made offensive comments and ignited major arguments.

Megyn Kelly was discussing Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, just like the rest of the world, but not in a good way. She seemed to be irritated and demanded that the Duchess of Sussex stop calling Prince Harry “” (via the NY Post).

“I’m glad she’s [Markle] not going. Who wants to sit and look at her try to pretend like she’s there in any way supportive of the royal family? She hates them, despite the fact that they made her a megastar.”

Well, Kelly never appears content when talking about Markle. However, it appears that this is merely one viewpoint. It does not seem like Prince Harry’s wife has responded to the podcast host’s criticism of her.
