Meghan Markle’s Panic: Princess Eugenie Questions Lilibet’s Existence at Ernest’s Birthday Party

That tensions are rising after photos emerged from Princess Eugenie’s son August’s first birthday party this past weekend, casting doubt on Lilibet Mountbatten-Windsor’s very existence.  Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, hosted a lavish party at Frogmore Cottage to celebrate little August turning one. Guests included the Queen, Princess Beatrice and her family, Zara and Mike Tindall with their kids. However, conspicuously missing from the guest list were none other than the Duke and Duchess of Sussex themselves. Meghan and Harry apparently failed to RSVP or send a gift for their cousin’s son’s birthday, despite Eugenie having welcomed them into her home on several occasions, including letting them live at Frogmore before they stepped down as senior Royals.

According to my sources, Eugenie was furious that her efforts to include Harry and the family were met with such disregard. However, things took an even more dramatic turn when photos from the exclusive garden party started circulating online and on social media. Observant royal fans quickly noticed that not a single photograph showed any sign of Lilibet’s presence, either in person or through a gift or card from her supposed parents.

This glaring omission sparked intense speculation over whether Lilibet truly exists or if she’s merely a publicity stunt created by the Sussexes. Many wondered why, if Lilibet is real, she wasn’t brought to the UK to meet her British family. And if she couldn’t make the trip, surely Harry and Meghan would have at least sent a photo or note acknowledging their daughter’s existence. But incredibly, nothing related to Lilibet appeared in any of the birthday pictures.

Sources tell me Eugenie found this omission extremely insulting, especially given that she welcomed Lilibet during a brief UK visit last summer. With no proof of Lilibet’s existence, Eugenie began to question whether the entire Lilibet narrative had been fabricated by the Sussex PR machine. If they were willing to lie about having a daughter, what else might they invent for headlines and Netflix deals?

The final straw came when Eugenie liked an Instagram comment suggesting that Lilibet doesn’t exist. Instead of defending her supposed cousin, Eugenie’s like added fuel to the rumors that she too doubts the little girl’s reality. Word of this social media drama quickly reached Harry and Meghan, sending them into a panic.

According to one of my best Palace sources, Meghan has been distraught for days, frantically calling everyone she knows within the Royal ranks, begging them to release an official statement confirming that Lilibet is indeed real. She’s terrified that Eugenie’s public questioning will trigger an unstoppable flood of doubts about their daughter’s existence, potentially destroying their brand and ruining their lucrative Netflix deal.

Harry, on the other hand, is said to be furious with his cousin for causing such a scandal rather than discreetly defending them behind closed doors, as Royals are expected to do. After reportedly sending Eugenie a scathing message accusing her of betrayal, tensions have reached an all-time high between the once-close royal cousins.

All eyes are now on Buckingham Palace, waiting to see if the Queen will intervene to quell this family firestorm before it spins further out of control. Of course, Her Majesty has remained characteristically tight-lipped, but you can bet an emergency summit is underway behind closed doors. The ball is now in the Queen’s court to publicly reinforce, in no uncertain terms, that Lilibet Mountbatten-Windsor is indeed a living member of the royal family. If the Queen fails to give her stamp of approval, some experts believe it could completely destroy any remaining hope of reconciliation between the California and British branches of the family. With Andrew already such a stain on the monarchy, the Queen can’t afford another PR nightmare over fabricated Royals and family feuds playing out so publicly.

Right now, Sussex fans are undoubtedly on edge as these sensational developments unfold. But honestly, is it really that surprising that family members would start questioning wild narratives after being shut out and disrespected so many times? I don’t think anyone can blame Eugenie for wanting proof after the way she’s been treated.
