Meghan Markle needs to ‘come up with a new act’ says Lady Colin Campbell

Meghan Markle faced criticism from Royal Family fanatics last month as she guest-edited an issue of British Vogue.

‘I have an awful feeling that Meghan needs to understand things that she doesn’t understand yet,’ she said.

‘There’s a massive difference in being a celebrity and hustling your way from the bottom to to the top.

‘And she was a proud hustler.

‘She sought it, she’s got it.  I think she needs to now embrace it and understand it’s a new game in town.

‘She’s an actress, she needs to come up with a new act’.

Despite her critique of Meghan, Lady Colin Campbell, who has written three books on the Royal Family, believes that there is still hope for the 38-year-old to win the British public over.

‘I think the verdict is out,’ she said.

‘I’m rooting for Meghan. I hope that Meghan’s going to do as well as she appeared in the very early days that she would be doing.’

Lady Colin Campbell’s latest comments on Meghan are tame compared to her comments the Royal Writer made just last week.

She branded the Duchess of Sussex as ‘cheap and vulgar’ for her role guest-editing Vogue.

‘She was never an A-lister, so she needs to stop acting like one,’ Colin Campbell told Closer Magazine.

‘Royalty does not behave like celebrities do. It’s cheap, vulgar and irresponsible.’
