George Clooney ‘ditches’ Meghan, Harry in favour of King Charles: Report

Add Gorgeous George to the list of Hollywood stars “ditching” the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Citing sources, the U.K. Mirror suggested Meghan Markle once enjoyed a close friendship with George Clooney but the relationship ended shortly after Meghan and Prince Harry’s 2018 wedding.
The Oceans 11, 12 and 13 star and his wife, Amal, reportedly would visit the royal couple’s homes in Los Angeles and Oxfordshire but the movie star and his wife are “more linked to King Charles now,” the Mirror reported. They appeared at a Prince’s Trust event in London in May.

Clooney was recently asked whether he knew Meghan and replied, “I don’t.” He made the response despite having attended the Windsor Chapel wedding, according to the U.K. Mail.
Clooney’s apparent fallout with the Sussexes comes on the heels of suggestions that Harry and Meghan are getting “ignored” by Hollywood A-listers as the Duchess aims to become a “power player” in Tinsel town.
Markle, the former Suits star and one-time Toronto resident, was recently reported to have signed with esteemed talent agency William Morris Endeavour.
