In his annual Christmas speech, King Charles announced that he has revoked the prince and princess titles of Archie and Lily, the children of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Despite not being able to spend the holidays with his son, Prince Harry, the king revealed that Harry plans to approach him along with Meghan and their children from their Montecito mansion.
According to a reliable source, the couple’s new strategy is focused on reconciliation.

This attempt at reconciliation comes after a tense year for Prince Harry, marked by the publication of his memoir.
In the memoir, he criticizes his stepmother, Queen Camilla, as well as other senior royals.

After several reports that King Charles III wants to spend more time with his grandchildren, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, speculation has been rife that the Duke Of Sussex has been house hunting in the UK. Now Royal author and expert Tom Quinn has said that Harry could be set to introduce a new UK base into his family’s life. But the move could be far more complex than hoped with Harry having to weigh up his options carefully. Talking exclusively to Mirror.co.uk Tom said: “Harry has spent a lot of time trying to work out what sort of UK base he might have. He has no experience of living in anything other than well protected houses that are also well away from the public, so he has a huge problem. Every house he looks at has drawbacks. ” For all the latest on news, politics, sports, and showbiz from the USA, go to The Mirror US. He continued: “Apart from the security risks Harry has become increasingly obsessed with his privacy and wants to be well away from prying eyes – that was the key reason he was so upset and angry when his father King Charles evicted him from Frogmore Cottage. “Frogmore is actually a substantial house deep in the grounds of the royal estate at Windsor – it’s also very secure and it would have been perfect. It never occurred to Harry that giving up being a working royal meant giving up the house, but then Harry has always been nothing if not naïve.” Prince Harry Highgrove is King Charles’ countryside escape ( Image: Getty Images) Quinn then said how Harry is hoping to replicate the kind of property his father has with Highgrove. He said: “With no chance of returning to any of the houses in the gift of his family, Harry has looked at buying the kind of secluded Georgian house in its own grounds that his father has at Highgrove in Gloucestershire.” However, Tom believes one major spanner in the works for Harry could be the cost of security in the UK, but the benefits for his children could outweigh that drawback. He said: “The fly in the ointment is the fact that Harry doesn’t want to pay for security and he is convinced that a great deal of security would be necessary even if the house was close to his father’s home. On the other hand, the idea of buying a house close to his father means he will be able to come to the UK for short periods with his children so they can have some kind of a relationship with their cousins and their grandfather.”
The tension between family members was further highlighted in Scobie’s new book, “Endgame,” where Charles was named as one of the discriminating royals alongside Princess Kate.
Meanwhile, Princess Kate filmed the speech for the annual Christmas show with a film crew from British television station ITN.

The speech, which is broadcasted every Christmas day at 3pm on British television networks, is also shown on stations in Commonwealth countries like Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
However, Prince Harry and Meghan will not be joining the other royals at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle for Christmas.
Instead, they will be staying in Montecito.
The latest issue of The Hollywood Reporter highlights the challenging year faced by Meghan and Harry.
The couple, once known as their royal highnesses, are now fighting to be recognized as anything else.
Their reconciliation plan, which was seen as a farce by many, has been met with criticism.
The level of arrogance displayed by the couple is unprecedented, matched only by their delusion that they can have their desires fulfilled without putting in the necessary work.

According to the Express, King Charles has no intention of meeting his youngest son, Prince Harry, unless three demands are met.
The lack of trust between the two has made it difficult for any personal interaction to take place.
Despite rumors of a possible meeting over Christmas, it seems unlikely unless certain conditions are met.
A source revealed that if a meeting were to happen, it would need to be conducted in a reasonable manner, with assistance and officials present to document the proceedings.
It appears that Meghan and Harry’s selfish motives and failures in California have further strained their chances of successful reconciliation.
Their desire for financial gain and the perks of their royal status without taking on the responsibilities associated with it has not been well-received.
As the year comes to an end, it remains uncertain whether a reunion between the king and his son will occur.
In conclusion, King Charles has revoked the prince and princess titles of Archie and Lily, signaling a rift in the relationship between Prince Harry and the royal family.
Despite attempts at reconciliation, the lack of trust and differing priorities make it unlikely for a successful reunion to take place.
The coming year will reveal whether the divide can be bridged or if the differences will continue to grow.
