She shared a letter apparently from Liam, saying he wrote down their plans to get married
Kate, 25, revealed in the caption that they had planned their future and he wanted to get married “within a year”.
One photo showed the handwritten note from Liam, in which he wrote: “Me and Kate to marry within a year / engaged and together forever”.
His heartbroken girlfriend also described the One Direction star as someone who brought happiness to millions.
Calling Liam “the love of my life” and her “best friend,” she wrote in a new tribute: “I don’t even know where to begin. My heart is shattered in ways I can’t put into words.
“I wish you could see the huge impact you’ve had on the world, even as it feels so dark right now.
“You brought so much happiness and positivity to everyone-millions of fans, your family, friends, and especially me. You are so incredibly loved.
“You are – because I can’t say were – my best friend, the love of my life, and everyone you touched felt just as special as I did. Your energy was contagious, lighting up every room you walked into.
“None of this feels real, and I can’t wrap my head around this new reality of not having you here.
“I’m struggling to figure out how to live in a world without you by my side. Together, we got to be kids again, always finding joy in the smallest things.
“Liam, you had the kindest soul and the most fun-loving spirit. It feels like I’ve lost the best part of myself. I can’t imagine a day without your laughter and love. You brought so much light into my life.”
She continued: “A few weeks ago, we sat outside on a beautiful evening manifesting our lives together.
“I keep your note close, even though you told me not to look at it.
“It said, ‘Me and Kate to marry within a year/engaged & together forever 444.’
“Liam, I know we’ll be together forever, but not in the way we had planned.
“You’ll always be with me. I’ve gained a guardian angel.
“I will love you for the rest of my life and beyond, carrying our dreams and memories with me everywhere I go.”
She ended the heartwrenching tribute, writing: “Forever yours, Katelyn 444.”
The 31-year-old star tragically died on October 16.
Prior to Kate, Liam was engaged to his ex, American model Maya Henry, and welcomed a son, Bear, with his former partner, Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Tweedy.
He also previously dated fitness influencer Danielle Peazer and childhood pal Sophia Smith.
Kate had been on holiday with Liam in the South American country but returned home to the US two days earlier.
On Friday, Kate broke her silence, and took to her Instagram where she said she was at “a complete loss”.
The couple had flown out to Argentina to watch Liam’s One Direction pal Niall Horan perform in the country and, while out there, extended their stay.
After two weeks away the American actress revealed she was ready to leave and decided to head home.
The pair recently moved into a new home in Florida.
Liam was first linked to Kate in October 2022, before making their first red carpet debut together two months later.
Kate’s final Instagram post of the pair together, pictured at a wedding just weeks before his death, prompted emotional tributes from fans.
The couple went to their friends nuptials in Paris and were pictured looking loved up at a beautiful estate.
FINAL DAYS
Tragic Liam met fans outside the hotel in the days before he died.
One fan, Daiana Gauna, said she met and chatted to her idol hours before he fell from his hotel balcony.
She told Argentinian TV show TN Central: “Liam looked in good shape, not drunk or aggressive like they’ve been saying on social media.
“He approached us and spent quite a bit of time talking to us and telling us about his experiences in Buenos Aires, the places he’d been to and where he wanted to go.
“He said he loved the city and would like to buy a home here, that he loved the countryside around Buenos Aires.
“We were outside the hotel when we first saw Liam and he invited us into the lobby. I was with three others. We were talking for 10 to 15 minutes.
“He said he had just woken up and was going to eat something and then go out.
“When he came down to the hotel reception the sister of a girlfriend of mine had just left school and was still on her way and we asked Liam if we could see him again later because she was bringing a present for him and he said: ‘Of course’.
“That was about 3.30pm.”
She added: “Liam also told us during the conversation that he’d been to the countryside with his girlfriend, that on Sunday morning about 7am they’d gone out running together.
“He told us he was really enjoying Buenos Aires. He was on his own at the time.”
Another one of the last people to see Liam alive said they witnessed his erratic behaviour around 4.30pm.
Accorrding to reports, Liam had smashed his laptop and had to be carried back to his room following an erratic incident earlier in the day.
His death was confirmed as soon as ambulance crews arrived.
Cops discovered “what appeared to be narcotics, alcohol, destroyed objects and furniture” in his room.
Photos published by Argentine media showed white powder, burnt aluminium foil and a smashed TV screen inside his suite.
The singer had been open about his battles with addiction in the past.
